-Location: probably the nicest location ever, right inside the mall (you never get bored, can shop at any time, huge variety of shops-douglas, muller, intimissimmi, mango, H&M, Rituals, Guess, Samsonite, etc, and it takes 1 min to walk to the train station -Wi-Fi: another huge advantage- high speed wifi in the room, and pretty much anywhere in the mall for free -Staff: very hospitable and nice people, helped us with anything we needed and know English very well! -Tidiness: the room is very clean, large, up to date, the beds are comfortable; there is a TV -AC: the temperature is not that high as other people say, the AC works fine, and there is no need to open the windows during winter -Bathroom: clean, has a nice shower, good mirror to do your makeup with great lighting and also a blow drier -Safe: easy to use and to store your valuable items

Loads to like - great view of the Danube, comfortable and spacious room, fantastic shower, friendly and helpful staff, restaurant options are great with the Millennium City food court round the corner and it's right next to U Bahn and bus links into the centre. Breakfast felt slightly on the expensive side, but overall the place is very good value for money.

Not a lot. Only slight issue was the room was a little dusty in places on arrival but they sorted it as soon as we flagged it and were apologetic. If we were being fussy we'd say it would be good to have access to an English speaking channel or two, but who goes to Vienna to watch TV...?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at harry's home Wien hotel & apartments, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set the tone for my stay. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and exceptionally clean. I was particularly the stunning views from my window. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s amenities. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful dining experience with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was a standout, featuring a wide array of fresh and delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location is ideal—close to popular attractions while still providing a serene atmosphere. I enjoyed the ease of access nearby shops. Finally, I must commend the staff for their outstanding service. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

Nothing, expect Ice cubes when you need it.

I will give full marks just for the location! Simply fantastic. It's situated in a huge shopping complex. Everything from grocery to H&M you can get within a 200 metres radius. Moreover the Handelskai metro is literally next door with excellent connectivity to all major tourist attractions.

The breakfast especially vegetarian options could have been better. There were no veg savoury items for breakfast. The coffee in their cafeteria was amazing. Also, i thought my studio apartment could have been slightly cheaper but I am told everything is just simply too expensive in Europe!

Nice location, lucky to have a view on the Donau even though I did not pay extra for that. Paying through booking.com caused some issues but the staff was patient enough to help me and and send me a payment link. I also had mentioned the preference of a room with a bathtub, which we also received which was very nice! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

The curtains are a quite translucent for sleeping, woke up a couple of times in the early morning because of the sun. There is no mini fridge, which wasn't a problem but some might expect to find one.

Harry's home hotel is well placed hotel in the center of Vienna, few steps from amazing public transport from where you can get any directions of you tour. Room was super clean, bed comfy and personal one of the best I have ever met. I will come visit in the future, I'm sure. Btw: hotel's personal gived us room with look on the river for free 👍♥️

You can set air conditioning only by three degrees Celsius down than the temperature outside - on days when temperatures outside hits 34 degrees is quite hot in the room. But I understand this is needed to make us friendlier to our planet :) I missed the fridge in the room :(

Breakfast was decent and tasty - all preferences in food in the morning were taken into account! The location of Harry's Home is just super! View from the window on the river, convenient location in the Millennium Tower building, near the metro station (Handelska) - you can directly get to / from the airport - line S7 or Rex7. Our family liked our stay in this Place very much - we will definitely choose this cozy hotel if we are in other cities or countries where there is Harry's Home!!!

Very well connected to metro, place is inside the Mall, so you have so many options. Also a food court in mall is wonderful with so many options with reasonable price. Staff is super helpful, nice, humble, down to earth. Property was clean, professional, all things in order. Loved the stay.

There are no kitchen, it is a hotel, so don’t confuse it will apartment.

We liked the hotel very much and would recommend to anyone. The hotel is next to U6 and S-Bahn which bring you in no time to the Prater, to the center of the city and to Schoenbrunn (you need to change for anotehr U-Bahn line). The rooms are spacious and ours was with a view on the Donau, which was magnificant. The bathroom is also spacious with a bath tube. There was complementary water and a kettle to prepare tea or coffee. The beds were comfortable too.

The most worrying thing outside of control of the hotel is that as of May there are many parties on the river side. And you hear them. In our case there was a private party and the basses were so strong that the air conditioning was vibrating. So check whether there are festivals at the time of your stay and ensure that you take quiet rooms. The breakfast is nice mainly because of the lady who puts a lot of effort. As quality and diversity, however, it is average at best. The hotel is situated in the Millenium Tower which is a shopping mall with many restaurants and coffee shops. Unless you stay over holidays as we did and when everything is closed (or Sundays), you will have a choice of breakfast also outside the hotel.

Everything is exceptional. It is worth highlighting the ease of access to all types of transport and to supermarkets and restaurants, just below the hoyel

I had not paid attention to the fact that I would only have the right, throughout the 16 days of my stay, to have the room cleaned once. In addition to this, I ordered two more and at check-in there was a bill for 50 euros for these two extra fees. I think it's exorbitant
