Clean and well organized apartment. Very suitable for families, the entrance, the feeling of security, entering the lobby with a code, then a code to receive the key. There is a place to store luggage, an elevator and everything is so clean and tidy, there is a parking lot on site for those who come with a car. The kitchen is equipped, clean sheets, plenty of towels and soap. A large supermarket in front of the building.

We were a group of 4 and stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was in a very good location with the tram stop at 100m distance. It was very clean and spacious with ample lighting. It had all the facilities as described. They emailed us with clear instructions on how to get in the apartment with access code, and the keys were kept in a lock box. The beds were very comfortable and we they also provided entire kitchen set for cooking. The Hofer mall is opposite to the apartment which is super handy if you need to grab some snacks or grocery if you are planning for a longer stay. Overall an excellent accommodation for a group of 4.

The location is a bit far from HB or city center. It takes around 35-40 mins to reach to the city center. But the connectivity is good and the tram stop is just 100m away from the apartment. Just a disclaimer: You cannot smoke inside the apartment!

The apartment was a good size for a family of 4 with older teenagers. The kitchen facilities added to the convenience. Location wise it was conveniently located to a tram stop and across from a grocery store.

The only issue we had was that the shower was blocked and there was sewage smell in the apartment. We shut the laundry door and had the exhaust on throughout.

We stayed in apartments 23, it was great, clean ant the kitchen was fully accepted. We were 3, it was very comfortable. Next door there is a big supermarket I attached the days &hours it's open. . Mikael was very friendly and helpful. We parked the car under the apparent (20€ per day)

If the windows are open it's a bit noisy, I'm very sensitive to noise... The bed was a bit hard for me, but I'm spoiled 🤪

beautiful apartment, perfect for a family, it has all the services including microwave and washing machine. Not directly in the city center but close enough and easily reachable by tram (nr. 2 and 5 are a couple of minutes from the apartment) or even walking (25 minutes max). loved it!

Location was good - close to tram line and not too far from center. Got the keys without any hassle. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean. Rooms were comfortable, dining area was nice and kitchenette was small but good enough for our need.

I did not like separate toilet (with no supply of water) and bathing area - was not comfortable for us.

Excellent location, right next to Augarten, one of the most beautiful parks in Vienna. There is a tram station near the apartment that connects to the Praterstern metro line (U1/U2) and Westbahnhof metro line (U3/U6). Hofer is located near the apartment, while Lidl and Interspar are one tram station away. The apartment is tidy and clean, with good sound insulation, and the garage is spacious and accessible for vehicle entry. Excellent instructions for self-check-in/check-out.

The owner of the apartment is very kind and helped me a lot even before I arrived at the apartment. The apartment itself is located in a good area and close to many kosher shops and restaurants and public transportation. The apartment is spacious, air-conditioned and definitely suitable for the accommodation of a whole family. It was even possible to get a technical key for Shabbat. Adjacent to the building is a synagogue. In short, perfect for a religious family

Comfortable, spacious apartment with well-functioning air conditioning and Wi-fi. Very well organized e-mail communication regarding accommodation. Simple, clear instructions for codes to the front door and key box. An apartment building in a good location. A tram stop around the corner, a shop across the street. 3 minutes from the building there are two car parks for 6 Euro per day. We parked during the entire stay -5 days without any unpleasant surprises.

The apartment was a very comfortable size, considering that we were such a large company (8 adults + 3 small kids). We really appreciated that there were good-sized bedrooms and a large living room. We were also pleased that there was such a large dining table, with enough space for everyone to sit comfortably. Very important that it was very comfortable to stay here with children - we were provided with 3 highchairs and 3 cribs. Grocery store right next to the house.

It takes approximately 20 minutes to get to the center by public transport (but the public transport system in Vienna is very convenient, so it was not a big problem). The TV in the living room was tiny (since the world football championship was going on, a larger size would have been appreciated). Otherwise very nice place where to stay. :)
