Good location very close to the main train station, nice decor room, very comfortable beds and in general good room even though there is no fridge. Personel very polite. The breakfast was nice but i have a little disappointment that i desscribe in the negative section.

Its a bit weird for me to serve you a nice breakfast (22 euros/person for hotel visitors) but in the so-called coffee capital of the world in this price to provide you any kind of cofee from an automated coffee machine just pressing one button. The coffee was not good from this machine. They should make you for example cappuccino or espresso from the normal coffee machine that have in the bar with 22 euros per person.

I loved the design - fresh and modern. Bed was comfortable, there was everything I needed. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station, and frankly, I did not expect much from the hotel. But it did exceed my hopes. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet, staff was friendly. They have luggage lockers, so even though I was early for check-in, I was able to leave my bags and go exploring Vienna. And the train station is just a short walk away.

I can see how having shower and sink right inside of the room just separated by a curtain could be a problem for someone who likes privacy when taking care of their daily hygiene, but since I was traveling alone, I did not mind.

Excellent hotel in the Hauptbahnhof area. The whole hotel is very stylish and the check-in process was very smooth. My room was modern and had an excellent view of the surrounding area. The bed was very comfy with a selection of pillows. The bathroom was great and the bath supplies very good. I had the breakfast and it was worth the money, with an excellent supply of sweet and savoury stuff and good coffee. I also had to use the business centre to host a university lecture and it was very comfortable and well suited. Excellent by any means.

Nothing really. The USB plugs could have been on both sides of the bed but obviously this is the most minor of complaints.

The location was good, 1min to a tram, 3min to the train will take you to the centre and airport. Breakfast a great choice of eggs, cereal, fruit, bread, juices, tea, coffee, all you can eat which will keep you going all day. My room was simple clean shower, toilet and comfy bed, air con you could control and quite, and a chose of having it clean each day or not, if not they donated money each day to?

I was happy with everything about the hotel, they promoted green which I think was reasonably well done, but the plants which grated you didn't come up to that expectation, one was dead.

The breakfast was great (eggs, bacon, buns, coffe). The room had a proper thick curtain that block the morning sun very well (I can only sleep well in darkness). There was little noise coming from the outside, the window blocked it nicely.

The inner air circulation was a bit louder than I would have liked. The app didn't open the door even though the key was properly installed. The app generally has the right functionality but it requires a login every time you restart it which is annoying. You should login only once for a whole stay and not loosing the login again. The app re-initializes every time you leave it, would be nice if it could go back where I left it.

I liked the location right across from the main train station. Vienna is so well connected by public transport and so is this hotel. The beds were really comfortable and clean. I liked the lobby. It was nice to have a morning coffee and evening drink there. Also, its handy to keep baggage there after check out.

I wish there was a kettle or coffee machine in the room. It's not a cheap place so they can at least provide something warm to drink.

The breakfast was really good, and the location is superb- close to the tram station and 5mins from railway station. The bed was super comfortable. I liked the contactless check in.

It’s only my personal preference so I’m not sure whether it’s a disadvantage- I’m not a fan of shower in the bedroom and the fact that the toilet was located separately than the sink and shower. I do understand it’s how the rooms are designed in this hotel though.

I liked the bed - it was very comfortable. I loved the breakfast - it was rudimentary to an extent but just exactly what I personally like (eggs, scrambled + bacon and a cup of coffee with oat milk, yay!). The location was also great - not far from the city center and cheap.

I did not like the fact that the bedroom was separated from the bathroom and the shower only with a see-through textile. The light shone through, waking up my wife every time I had to go to the bathroom for any reason. Otherwise, not a terrible problem. I also did not like the ultra-small laptop table by the window, which was not very comfortable if you use a mouse with your computer. I had hoped we would get a normal desk - especially one was mentioned when we were making a reservation (a desk is listed; this was not a desk but a small table with a chair built-into the window sill. Not especially useful when the sun was shining - which it was, preventing me from seeing anything on my screen. Not a terrible thing, still, but this could be improved.

Very clean and cozy hotel near a train station and short tram ride to the city center. Nice breakfast choices and great coffee. Blackout curtains are nice and we got the garden facing room which was really quiet to rest after whole day of cite seeing.

I understand travel sustainability but our towels didn’t changed for five days. TV were blocked for casting and only CNN were available as an English language channel, opposite of what they were advertised. Minibar, coffee machine and kettle are not available in rooms as well as glasses for water or other beverages, that was really strange for four star hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient location, being about 500 m from the main train station. I was traveling with my dog and there are two huge parks nearby which was a really nice surprise. There are quite a few restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops in the area and it is also a great hub for accessing public transportation. It's a smaller hotel, a boutique style, that has a lot of charm. The rooms are quite large, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected! Really good croissants, eggs, a selection of fruits, fresh juice, and, of course, lots of bread and cheese. Overall, the best part of staying at this hotel was the friendly, attentive and polite staff. They really make the place feel more like a home than a hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Vienna.

The mattress was not as firm as I would like and the pillows were a bit too soft for me.
