Almost everything was exceed than expectation. Room was very clean and useful for family trip! Especially, breakfast was one of best ever! It is hard to express my satisfaction. I want to say that "Just try~" You will never regret. It was great!!!

Unfortunately, air condition was not work properly, so it was hot during the night. Weather of outside was OK, so I tried to open window, but there was not screen for insects. reception staff was not that kind, but house keeper was so kind. I am also use bar at night, one of there server seems not trained, he keep coughing behind bar without covering. He coughing in front of on my draft beer, so I ordered bottle beer for next.

The room was partitioned well. The internet was fast and reliable, and the shower was nice - I like that the bathroom was separate and not with the shower. The location is superb on the one hand it is close to the train station and one can go by foot and take VAL to the airport. Breakfast is rich with a variety of things I liked the omelets that were made for me. I enjoyed the gym. It's very nice to have a Gym, I used it primarily for Yoga. I wish there was a way to shut down the music - as nowadays everyone comes with its Bluetooth earbuds to the Gym it don't make sense to play music there.

The reception process was a bit tidy with the form filling. Somehow it was not receiving my info from booking.com as I hoped that it would be. I prefer to have everything set ahead. Sos maybe it is somehow my fault.

We just stayed for 1 night. The room was big enough and clean. I king bed and 1 sofa bed. We were 3 people and sofa was so big that 2 people comfortably could sleep on. We did not have breakfast as had to check out early in the morning. I really liked this hotel, as it was 5 min walking from Wien Hbf, market is on the next door. Wifi speed was perfect. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The location a bit far by walking to the center when there is a windy, but this is not related the hotel.

Very Modern Industrial look. The room was really comfortable, large walk-in shower, vanity table with mirror & balcony. The hotel also offers access to bikes you can check out for the day and come back to a hot sauna. Great looking gym and a full bar and restaurant. The staff was amazingly helpful and very nice. The hotel is 180m from the train station.

You do have to go about a mile to get to good restaurants and attractions, but the metro is right there and if you’re adventurous you can take bikes.

It was an incredible surprise to discover a spacious, impeccably clean, and free dry sauna of exceptional quality with a high temperature. I had the privilege of enjoying it on two separate occasions, and to my delight, I had the entire sauna to myself. Adjacent to the sauna, there is a cozy relaxation room where one can comfortably sit or recline. Moreover, outside the relaxation room, amidst lush greenery, there is a charming setup consisting of a table and a pair of chairs. The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, only a 5-minute walk from the Central train station. The staff members are genuinely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service at both the reception desk (even during late hours) and the bar. During my visit to the bar, I ordered tea to take back to my room, and to my surprise, I received a tastefully presented teapot with a ceramic mug, along with a delightful and flavorsome tea. The hotel, as a whole, possesses a unique charm, evident in its meticulous attention to detail (such as the fully soundproofed restroom) and its intriguing history of inception. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Vienna.

The location is great for the main railway station, my husband and I are inter-railing around Europe. As soon as you come out of the station there are unmissable signs and it is an easy short walk. It is just a couple of underground stops from the museum quarter and all the coffee houses that we wanted to visit. The room was sparkling clean and had a great layout: toilet separate to huge sink/mirror and walk in shower. Can’t believe such a great room in such a good location is so reasonably priced - wow! They serve great coffee in the hotel cafe too!

Great location near Hauptbahnhof, friendly staff who helped with check in when I arrived very late after flight delays. Comfortable and well equipped room.

Only a small thin duvet. Air conditioning was very loud but easy to turn off. There is no cut off time listed for check in but if I’d arrived a few minutes later after 2am the systems wouldn’t have let me check in.

Beyound Expectation! Great value, don't miss it! I only expected an "OK"-ish hotel, but Hotel Zeitgeist Vienna Hauptbahnhof was way more than that and amazing! I traveled with my parents, they love it as well. The breakfast was very nich, have various choice; the location is great, next to the hotel, there's a supermarket, only few minutes walk from train station to hotel. Room was very clean, and i just love that our room was facing the backyard, which was very quite in the night The wifi speed is also very fast

The pillow is a bit too soft, and we can hear the people walking and talking in the hallway very clear, but it didn't screw our entire experience :)

The receptionist Amir is doing his job perfectly! He got into our situation and check us in earlier than the actual check in time 2 pm. He called me and told me our number is ready and we can check in, at the same time when other lady (again receptionist) told us that they are fully booked and no way to check in earlier. I appreciate this kind of people. Thank you Amir, you made our stay much better

All good overall, the suite was fine! Just the toilet was too big, lol...

Very well signed. If you leave the train station and don’t find this hotel I can’t explain that. The signage right way when exiting the station tells you which direction to how and how many metres away the hotel is. The signage along the way city times right to the door. The staff communicate well in English.

Only thing I would prefer is a sink in the separate toilette room.
