The absolute best aspect of the hotel is its location. Using the variety of public transportation nearby, you can be in the center of Vienna within 15 minutes. The district itself is amazing - there are plenty of cute shops, cafés and bars which make the atmosphere lively. The hotel, in fact, was clean and quiet, ideal for resting after a long day. The staff is lovely - they were always informative and helpful when we had issues with the heating and the safe deposit box.

What we consider slightly misleading is that the hotel is listed as four stars. Even though the place is nice, renovated, with modern furniture, the normal double rooms are quite small, far away from the 20m² mentioned. The lack of kettle and/or coffee machine is also inconvenient simply because some guests prefer to have their breakfast in the room and not book the one provided by the hotel. I believe this should be a basic facility in all rooms, no matter if they are deluxe or not. Also, the minibar itself is not powerful enough for keeping drinks or food cool for a longer period of time, which makes the use of it pointless.

The breakfast was really good! The location is perfect, not in the dead centre, but very close to Stadthalle (which i was looking for). Very fresh, clean hotel with a pleasant design (a bit greenish walls creaye a relaxing environment) and helpful personnel. Special note the beds were very comfortable!

Tea in the room was missing, the rooms are located in two buildings and in case you are in the second building, you feed to go out first to go to the reception (or breakfast). It would be nice to have an inside hall (maybe it is there?). Anyway these were really minor things, overall the stay was nice and pleasant.

A very pleasant and clean hotel with a great location. The hotel is close to the metro station, and you can also walk to the main city attractions. The room was very clean, with a very comfortable bed and it also includes a coffee machine where you can make espresso or cappuccino. They changed the towels and cleaned the room every day. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything you need. If you haven't booked a room with breakfast, I advise you to pay for it additionally because the breakfast is very tasty and diverse, with a lot of sweet and salty options and great tea, fresh juices and champagne. You won't regret it. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

Everything was just perfect!! It exceeded our expectations! After a very good research we decided to stay here and it did not dissapoint!! We arrived earlier and they were able to store our luggage for free, staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and cozy and the cleaning service was provided daily (+free refill with coffee pads). It was 10 min (by car) from the city center, 35 min (by car) to the airport and there is also an excellent restaurant down the street, a few meters away from the hotel. We will definitely be staying here again when we'll come back to Vienna! We cannot recommend it more!

We haven't tried their breakfast but I'm sure it would have been great as well. Really nothing to complain about!

Hotel is very nice, room is renovated, modern, tastefully furnished, a bit minimalistic (only hangers instead of a wardrobe), but it was very comfortable and has everything for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is nice, the bed is comfortable. The reception and dining room are located in the neighbour building. For the weekend, it was possible to park for free in the surrounding streets near the hotel. The hotel is located on the side street, so there was no noise or traffic at night. There was a free bottle of water in the room. The location of the hotel is fine, 40 minutes by foot or 15 minutes by car to the main street of Vienna. The breakfast was excellent, everything was available and there were many dishes that are not classic for a hotel breakfast - many types of jams, honey, cheeses, pancakes, butter, smoked salmon, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, pickles, olives, more types of different vegetarian hummus, cereal, watermelon, meaty fruit, scrambled eggs, fresh bread, julius meinl coffee machine. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The property is a very cozy complex centered with a garland lit tree, very heartwarming in the winter, with the most adorable breakfast nook, the rooms are very clean, with staff checking in every morning without fail, towels and toiletries were provided, no central heating but the heating rack in the bathroom heats up the entire room, spacious enough for my friend and i to unfold both our suitcases, unpack and pack comfortably, it’s a very friendly neighbourhood where you could walk any time of day and still find interesting shops (escape room, cosmetics store, vinyl store, bookshops, asian markets) just a walk away, i wish i could stay in vienna forever and thank you to the receptionist/owner who greeted us very warmly!!!!

We loved everything about this hotel! Exterior: The hotel is situated in a very nice and quiet street, near a lot of restaurants with different themes, and near the bus stations. Even though the hotel it's not in the center of the city, we were amazed to get right în the center in less than 15 minutes using the bus and the metro.(on Google maps it shows about 30-40 minutes, but it was not correct, it was more about 10-20 min with the right bus/metro lines). All the bus/metro lines connect perfectly with eachother to get in the right destination, and we personally searched the right route on our phones on Google maps. Also, the people on the street offered to help us even without asking, which was so sweet. Interior: The place looks amazing, it's clean, it's well maintained. The room and bathroom were exactly like the pictures, not even one slight difference. They were clean and someone came daily to make sure it's ok and to take the trash out. And they do have AC which is amazing, it was very hot while we stayed there. The service was amazing. All the people working there were sweet and ready to help with anything. The food was also amazing, we chose to eat breakfast at the hotel and we had a big buffet with many things you could choose to eat, they also offered to make us anything else we would want.

Location is very good (7 Bezirk, Neubau), 15’ walk to the downtown and most of the touristic attractions, proximity of the train, bus and metro stations, it takes an hour and half from hotel to get to the airport by using public transportation, helpful and kind staff (no matter which shift), comfortable beds, pleasant bedside lighting, coffee machine in the room, very good breakfast, safety, Schilling restaurant around the corner, flat TV screen, hygiene. Big plus goes to breakfast and check-out time!!!

Few things that didn’t bother us a lot: 🤭 - super small bathroom (it’s modern tough, well equipped) - no bed side tables on both sides - limited wardrobe & storage space

The hotel is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but not far away from the city centre. The museum quarter is about 10-15 minutes of walking distance. There are lots of interesting and beautiful cafes and restaurants on the way there. Mariahilferstrasse and shopping district is less than 10 minutes away by walking. There are also U3 and U6 subway lines there. The hotel staff are hotel's real gem: polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We will definitely use this hotel again the next time we come to Vienna.

Brilliant property and absolute value for money …very nice rooms, comfortable bed and great shower . Room and bath are spacious. Fantastic breakfast for 16euros and i highly recommend it…it’s a good deal. Staff are superb a and friendly …a special shout out to all the front office staff…they were very helpful and graceful….we arrived at 9pm and the reception staff was very helpful with parking….parking available at the basement for 19euros for 24hrs….10min by bus or tram to the city center…highly recommended

Parking for 19euros for 24hrs is a bit steal…hotel should try and work out a better deal for customers. Parking is spacious and safe
