It is exactly as shown in pictures. Beautiful building on the outside and inside. Very good location with metro and tram being super close. Also it is 2 min walk from a street full of stores and restaurants. The owner was really helpful and kind when communicating. There is a common space where you have coffee/tea or use the fridge.

The only thing was that the bathroom bin was too small and thus full in a day. The towels were worn out and they smelled awful after the first use. The owner entered the room without asking first in order to get a form we had to fill in, I would rather have given it to him in person.

A wonderful place to stay, and fantastic communication from Karl. The high ceilings and the big space made the room feel almost meditative, and going into the lovely bathroom every morning I almost thought I was still dreaming. We wished we'd been able to stay longer – both to see more of Vienna and to meet Karl in person. Unfortunately, we missed each other because of our timings but we hope to come back and set that right!

Perfectly clean room, quiet and very well located. Everything is reachable by foot and there are tons of coffee shops, restaurants and shops around. You're also in walking distance from the Mariahilferstrasse, one of the main shopping streets, and from the old city center.

The pillows were too soft - we still slept good, and everything else was good! Be aware that the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a simple sliding glass door - so limited privacy but for couple it should be fine!

Location, price, room and host were all great. Appreciated being away from the crowded tourist area of the Inner Stadt but within walking distance of all the attractions. The neighborhood is safe and friendly with many outdoor restaurants, young families and shopping. The room was large, comfortable and secure. Karl is a welcoming and helpful host. I can't recommend Rosa Linde enough. So happy I made this choice for Vienna.

Modern decor in a period room that worked well. Great shower and tea/coffee making facilities were provided and we had use of a fridge which was useful in the hot weather. The hosts were friendly and helpful in helping us plan our exploration of the heuriger.

The double bed was comfy, just a slightly larger bed would have been nicer.

I stayed in a lot of accomodation in Vienna but this one was far the best apartment. Location, cleanlines, ammenities... just perfect. I recommend it for exploring the city.

Room was beautiful with excellent decor and atmosphere. Free espressos, French press coffee and tea was nice touch!

Wonderful position, wonderful neighbourhoods. The room was very nice and clean. Karl was really kind.

It was a very joyful experience both with the visiting that beautiful city Vienna. The flat is 25 min walking to the very center of the city. 3 min walking to the Metro station ( U need no more in Vienna). Very bright and clean flat. Helpfull explanations from the owner of the flat is included )). Next time I visit Vienna (its going to happen for shure) - I am not going to look for a place to stay. I alreadt have it)
