The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable.

It felt the place is understaffed, because even though the employees were trying hard to cover all the areas that needed attention, literally running from one place to another, there were always queues everywhere in the hot-spots (reception desk, coffee machine, etc.). As a result, they can come off as not polite, when if fact they are just overworked. The breakfast was so-so. Not too much variety and many basic items that were popular (e.g. plain yogurt) were quickly out-of-stock. Because of this, it felt like it was not a good value for money.

I stayed here for a concert and it was perfect The staff were so lovely (man with glasses) and welcoming and even asked me what room I would like and if I’d like a room facing the venue which I did take The room and bathroom were nice and exactly what I expected and needed. The lobby is great very relaxed, clean and contemporary with lots of plugs

I didn’t dislike anything other than that there is no overnight security when I left at 3am it was dark and no security which I felt unsafe - not a big issue but only thing I can think of

Good location close to the city centre. The hotel is modern with spacious rooms and comfy bed. There is a private parking in the garage that can be reserved in advance for a good price. Staff was very kind and helpful when we arrived and had a bit of a trouble with the garage door.

When we arrived there was a trouble with the garage door. Even though we received all the necessary codes in advance it did not work. Luckily for us the reception was still working and the guy helped us get in. Otherwise, our booked parking space would be unused.

super close to the Stadthalle, also a 20 min walk from the beautiful Mariahilfe Strasse. Great location!

When we arrived at the property having a parking space pre-booked we had to go in to reception for a code, they did not let us in or would say the code on the phone, had to reverse back from the parking entrance and find a parking spot. a bit too much drama for a code really. Also the staff did not speak English it made it even harder… The reception felt very understaffed to be honest.

The room is as modern and simple as every B&B Hotel, which I like. The room was very clean. The location is very good, rather close to the city center. The metro station is nearby.

The hotel has its own garage that's not very cheap, but it's convenient as it's right under the hotel. The garage is very small and the entrance is so narrow it's full of markings of cars (unfortunately mine included). I wouldn't go with my car there again.

I loved that the manager sorted out my check-in after-hours when I couldn't figure out the payment on the machine. A BIG THANK YOU!!!! I was in the lobby alone (& scared) and the manager fixed everything over the phone. Thank you! Thank you! (I contacted the manager via booking.com customer service.) The hotel is in a central location, close to public transportation, groceries, restaurants, cafes, malls! The rooms are very clean, bright and spacious. My room was big. The bed is comfortable. TV good size. The windows are soundproof. Breakfast downstairs is good. Everything is truly fantastic 💗. Thank you for making my stay in Vienna so WONDERFUL.

The hotel is located next to Stadthalle, just 7-10 minutes away from Westbahnhof/U-bahn. The room is clean, the self check-in system is fast, easy and very convenient.

There was a weird smell in the room, nothing too unpleasant though, probably just some cleaning product (15-20 mins with open window solve the problem). There's no trash bin in the room except for the one in the bathroom. There's no kettle/glasses/cups. It's okay since it was mentioned in the description that there are none, but still it would be nice to have them.

Great location and good value for money. Staff friendly and responsive, clean averagely sized rooms, and comfortable bed in a silent room. Only minus was the breakfast which was not particularly rich in choice for the price (I would probably opt for a bakery next time)

Only the breakfast was below expectations, not bad but little offer for the money (as a guest i would rather pay 2-3€ more but have more choice of sweets and savory picks at the buffet)

Clean, comfortable twin room. Good location to travel from central city with public transport. Doors with code-lock, no need to carry on the key. Nearby nice Mikes pub where to have dinner or breakfast.

The bed was too hard, my back started to hurt. When I asked extra blanket (to put it in bed under to soften it), admin answered that "they don't provide that service" :O And we had surprising morning wake-up at 9, when roomservice broke in while we were sleeping.

The room was spacious, bathroom has enough room for cosmetic bags and hangers for towels next to the shower. The beds are comfortable, it was very quiet. Lift comes quicly, we never had to wait for long. The location is very good, approximately half an hour or less relaxed walk to Museumsquartier. Parking on street is available for free on weekends and holidays. We had no problem finding a spot in the same street on Saturday morning and Monday evening before the public holiday. Easy to reach, access from the main circular road.
