A nice hotel with a welcoming staff. We stayed at the hotel for a week. In addition to the standard of a hotel, the hotel offers a variety of additional activities such as: a gym, sauna, kitchen that includes utensils for eating and cooking.We stayed in a double room. The room is comfortable and spacious. Spacious shower. Dining room offers a variety of cold cuts, cheeses, jams, salads, and breads. There is a supermarket on both sides of the hotel for buying food.

The hotel is a bit far from the center and two bus lines are needed to reach the tourist attractions. There is no parking on site. The hotel is built lengthwise and there are stairs in the hallway, which is difficult for elderly guests.

I stayed in the "Superior Room with Terrace". The view was very nice from the terrace where, if it wasn't raining, it was very nice to stay. The pictures on the website are relevant. The bedroom is on the upper floor, while the living room and kitchen are on the entrance level. It is a great choice, and I was pleasantly impressed by how the space was optimized to include everything you might need. However, this comes at the cost of limited free space ;) The area is very good with access to public transport and supermarkets. It is definitely a very good option for Vienna and I will book again on my next trip.

Unfortunately, we stayed during a period when some of the rooms on our floor were being refurnished, which, understandably, did not enhance our comfort ;)

Clean well well-managed modern hotel with a nice upmarket feel to it. Good sized room which was on two levels with two toilets and two TV's! Breakfast was fine with all the usual continental food offered. Nice lounge and bar area with some outside seating in a small garden. Easy connection to the city centre via bus, tram or train all within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Our balcony had stairs to the next room's balcony which took up a lot of the space available and made sitting on the balcony less enjoyable. The kitchenette had a sink, microwave and two-ring cooker. However, there were no kitchen utensils, saucepans dishes or cutlery. Apparently, the system seems to be you ask for what you need and they get it from their kitchen for you. That seems a bit restricting on your ability to make a quick meal in your room. The hotel is advertised as an Aparthotel with a fully equipped kitchen.

I love the area, although a bit far from the main attractions. Public transport is great, tho. Both rooms I booked for the family were tidy, but a little dull and old. We all agreed the beds were comfortable enough. I appreciate that there were plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby. The bartender makes amazing cocktails!

To park the car in an underground and rather creepy garage, we paid 40 euros (2 nights stay). There is a lot of noise from the neighbours and the walls are very thin, it was almost never fully quiet. We didn't receive slippers or a bathrobe, which is simply unacceptable considering the price. Small toiletries were not included (although we received shareable ones).

Very functional hotel, clean and comfy. Nice working desk and hangout area. Shower was awesome. Staff were nice and helpful. Space for parking.

A few weird (but fixable) things: 1. the bathroom door next to the bed was clear, so one person using the bathroom in the night could wake the other by turning on the light 2. lack of plates or silverware in the room 3. heat was set to very high level when we got there and the heating controls were hard to figure out

This hotel is very good value for money. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The locations is also very good if you want to be in the 19th district of Vienna, close to the heurigen restaurants and also near public transport for quick access to the centre of the city.

Some of the hotel needs renovation although I was staying in one of the newer rooms. My room was quite a distance from the lift and up several small stairs which for me wasn't a problem but might be for some people. My doorknob fell off and I did have to remind them to send a cleaner on one day, but these are not huge issues and were resolved quickly.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Vienna! It exceeded my expectations, as it was even cooler than the photos suggested. Despite not being in the city center, the convenient tram and bus options made it a quick 15-minute journey to downtown. The surrounding area had charming cafes, restaurants, and markets like Spar and Billa, near is Mcdonalds, too. Everything was impeccably clean, and the daily room cleaning was a nice touch. The staff's kindness and friendliness added to the overall positive stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and look forward to returning, especially in the summer!

While my stay was mostly fantastic, I encountered a couple of issues. After cleaning room and dishwashing, my cup still had lip gloss on it, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, on Christmas evening, I sought dining options and was initially told the hotel had a restaurant and room service. However, when I called, they clarified they didn't offer food services. It seems there might have been a language barrier with the receptionist, causing some confusion. Fortunately, we found alternatives and avoided going hungry on Christmas Eve. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was positive, and I'd still recommend the hotel.

Clean. Very helpful reception staff who provided valuable information and looked after the bags for us until the room was ready and then after we checked out. Excellent cafe on site. The food was very good and it had excellent cakes. Nice bar area. Two supermarkets very nearby. Excellent location for the tram and train. 20 minutes to central Vienna by tram and 10 minutes by tram to the very nice village of Grinzing.

The room was very warm and we were unable to reduce the temperature. Beds were a little basic. Quite small and just one pillow. We were quite near the lift and it was quite noisy with people coming back late and not respecting others' privacy.

We loved the location and proximity to public transportation. The clean modern design of the renovated rooms is just our style. The shower was one of the best we’ve had - better than hotels we’ve paid two and three times more for. The lobby is lovely for meeting friends and the staff was kind and helpful.

The two story room could have used a door for privacy between the two sleeping areas.

The room was a duplex appartment with a small outdoor space. The breakfast was excellent. A tram stop and bus stop were a stones throw from the hotel. We had left an expensive item in the room which we didn't realise until we got back to the UK. The staff were very helpful and arranged postage back to us.

Took a while to find the cutlery in the apartment. The plates and bowls were locked away!! Housekeeping had to be contacted, a receptionist came to unlock the cupboard as house keeping couldn't be contacted.
