Love the modernised Duplex room with more work surface to prepare food and the extra toilet. When we needed an issue sorted the staff were caring, helpful and addressed the request. The staff go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great professional attitude

In other apartments there are a set of drawers in the wardrobe. The wardrobe in the office mezzanine could accommodate this. Need more USB points on lower floor & office. Television only one English news channel could be accessed on the TVs. Kitchen equipment: The vegetable knife was blunt and no improvement when changed. Really really need as standard equipment a flat silicone spatula for cooking eggs /stirring

The hotel is located in great neighborhood, with Grinzing, an old wine town a short walk away. The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. The sauna is excellent and was open until 10pm. The breakfast is plentiful and on request they provide gluten free bread as well.

It would be nice if there was a more detailed allergen labeling on the breakfast items. Parking in Vienna for tourists is difficult. The hotel technically has an underground parking, but it cannot be booked in advance, so when you arrive it is a question of luck if there will be free space. The staff was helpful in suggesting a garage that was close and affordable.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. The lobby area and next door cafe are very nice, however some areas of the hotel could do with a spruce up.

Initially I was checked into an apartment on the fourth floor, which was across two floors (a mezzanine bedroom with only a night light window I couldn’t close). That room was very dated and needs renovation and there were very steep steps up to the mezzanine. However when I asked for a change, that was accommodated quickly and I moved into one of the renovated rooms on the 1st floor which was much better.

The hotel was a perfect location - far enough outside of the city centre to feel a little less frenetic but travel into the centre is extremely easy by bus, tram or train. The quality of the hotel & room was very good & fairly well maintained. My husband says it was dated. We had a “duplex” room with a roof terrace balcony which was super. The small kitchenette was useful (it is not stocked with china etc due to Covid rules but the staff stocked it when asked) & the seating area appreciated. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom had everything we needed - even a magnifying mirror which is very much appreciated. The car park was greatly appreciated. Secure, but I would contact the hotel ahead of time to reserve a spot as they are limited. All the staff were friendly & helpful.

Decor & carpets little dated. The breakfast appeared to be the run of the mill buffet breakfast but we preferred eating at the wonderful local cafe (Friedl) opposite. I loved our terrace but we were lucky not to have anyone in the room next door, if we had it would not have had any privacy.

Very home like place. Nice bathroom. The kitchenette with fridge is handy. Big and spacius room. Nice view. Excellent breakfast. Spa is okay but a little old.

The door towards the hallway has bad noise isolation which is a bit annoying as you hear very good to room what happens in hallway. The hotel would be amazing if noise isolation of doors would be improved.

I lived in this hotel for a whole month and was ready to extend my stay, but there were no places for this.the hotel is suitable for long-term business trips, I felt almost at home. The balcony and view of the park favored this. there are rooms with renovation, there are without. I lived in a newly renovated room. There were a few details that could be optimized but I won't quibble as my stay was absolutely enjoyable there. This hotel has its own atmosphere - pleasant cafes and a restaurant downstairs, around banks, shops, parks. This is one of the most pleasant places in the 19th district of Vienna. Highly recommend for long term stay.

Since i stayed at this hotel 12 years ago, i noticed some improvements. They renovated some of the rooms, updated the kitchen area and made complete makeovers to the bathrooms. Our maisonette was amazing, but on our single room we got a glimpse of the past, with that old furniture and the worn out rug. It wasn't unpleasant though, since we have some great memories in this hotel, from the time when it was all looking like that. I guess changes cannot be made overnight to such a big hotel. They are now cleaning and changing bedsheets every day, compared to two times a week as it was before, and the drinks in the minibar are free and gets reloaded every day as well. Still, although we had that kitchinette, there were no cooking ustensils and silverware available (probably due to Covid measures, i suppose..). But long story short, we had a great time here, and most certain we'll come back soon.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything (except the pillows) was quite good, including 1. Interaction with staff, check-in/check-out, and room services. 2. Overall design of the hotel and the room. The space and amenities in the room were enough and convenient. The small balcony of the room was a big plus. 3. The breakfast was excellent!

The pillows were extremely soft and slightly uncomfortable, but this was not a big issue (folding the pillow saved the nights).

I reserved two rooms, one forcus and one for the children, and unexpected they were connected(I liked), they were clean and comfortable, watwr and beer in the refregerator. The staff was very nice, and helpful.

The doors between the rooms couldn't be fully opened because they hit the beds. There was no shampoo and no ear cleaners.

Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Sauna area was surprisingly nice for a city hotel (3 different saunas with modern fixtures and aesthetics, cold plunge tub, showers, relax room (although relax room ambience could be improved). Rooms were clean and modern in most ways, with a small modular kitchen area. Two waters and beers provided free each day in the mini bar.

Breakfast selection was decent, but inconsistent day-to-day. The good was that the staff happily provided some special request items we asked for that were not on the buffet. Room size was quite small for an "apartment." HVAC did not provide the set temperature and room got a bit stuffy when the system automatically turned off during the night. Couldn't open windows to compensate due to noise on the street outside. Common areas have been renovated, but the building shows its age in the stairways, elevators, and halls. All areas were clean though.
