Price was great for a week in Vienna. Shower and toilet were working. Location was great for us. Just 2 stops by U-Bahn to Schönbrunn palace. Could also go running in the Schönbrunn park (a lot of people do it - park opens 7:30 in the morning). Grocery store and U-Bahn station are just across the street. It is very quiet unless you have noisy neighbours - no street noise. Staff seemed nice and helpful.

We were a bit underwhelmed by the appearance of the place at first - it has seen better days. But we mostly just slept there and we got used to it. One bed was very squecky. There were not enough forks and spoons for five people, but we managed.

Great location, 3 min walking distance from metro station with connections to the entire city. There are shops and a supermarket right in front of the entrance, plus a non-stop gas station with supplies 2 min away (also by foot). Very clean apartment and easy self check-in, there was no contact with the host whatsoever. Our economy room was surprisingly big, spacious and really hot on arrival, which is perfect in the winter time. Would definitely come back!

No parking, no iron and twin beds (united) that were listed as “one large double bed”.

- great price to value - expected bathroom out of apartment, had normal private one - clean, good beds, good wifi - perfect location - walking distance from Wiener Stadthalle and Meidling Trainstation - good safe neighbourhood, stores and bars around - even some cutlery and plates available

- smelly bathroom, water leaking from shower under the toilet - no elevator, was on top floor - I missed the booking message for self-check-in from the morning of the arrival day

The apartment was very nice, big enough for 2 people, clean and eqipped with everything needed. The location is perfect - near different means of public transport, including metro. Oppostite side of the street you have Billa and DM. Very close you have restaurants and fast food. In case of travelling by car - there is very close gas stations as well as 24/7 cheap underground parking. Self check-in and check-out is also very easy. Still, we are thankful to the boys from the reception that were very kind to orientate us.

It located close to public transportations and easy to find. The staff is friendly especially thank you so much to Silas to left my baggage until my departure time. They have self check-in and out service. So late check-in or early check-out is not a problem. Also, kitchen facilities are good. There is a big super market on the way to train station.

My private light wasn’t working however I didn’t need it much.

Very nice and friendly staff at reception, they took care of my luggage for a fee hours after check out. Easy and smooth 1am check in with kids. My apartment was big, it had dishwasher, soap and everything you may need. Two metro lines in front of the apartament and a supermarket. Metro Will take you to central in less than 10 minutes

Main room didn't have proper curtains, they were shorter than the window so i woke up too early

Facility is located next to metro station and center of city is in a few stations. Our room was huge with five beds and big kitchen, for family of four more than enough. Also private garage is nearby and cost 10€ per a day.

We were on the second floor without elevator, but we survived! :) Also, apartment doesn’t have air conditioning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Metro Apartments. They have self check in which I really liked, it is really easy to find because they will send you details via message a day or two before your stay. The apartment we were in was on the ground floor and I was worried there would be noise from people walking by, but all guests were very quiet. There is a patio with chairs and a table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The apartment itself was very clean, fresh sheets, clean bathroom with towels, a kitchenette with everything you need to make a simple breakfast and coffee/ tea and a big bedroom. There is no air conditioning but there is a big fan and you can put covers over the windows. Just across the street there is a supermarket, the metro and the bus station is just down the street. I am not sure about the tram and how it works, since we mostly used the metro. To get to Stephansplatz you need about 1 hour of walking but it's really worth it since you will get to see amazing architecture, small shops, cozy cafes and interesting restaurants(mostly asian and turkish) on your way there.

The patio could be the main attraction of the property but maybe with some new outdoor furniture and decor. Just a suggestion, I really enjoyed spending time at the patio. :)
