Room was big and comfortable hotel was nice

Check in were waiting more than 15 min the receptionist was on the phone no one else to help When you need information and city map and how to go around they city weren't very helpful She was talking as we are resident not tourist First language and name of places strange for us I travel all time never saw like that every one was helpful and explain in details how to get where you want Hotel location was far from any other attraction except the shabarun palace. Other think restaurant server they didn't know what thy doing seems lost No resturant or grocery close by all close early so one day we were starving even no room service cs they had a big group to serve so they close 930.

- Good location - in between 2 metro lines, near a small park and very close to Shonbrunn and its magnificent park - Big rooms and comfortable beds - The windows face the inner yard but they still can be open a bit for fresh air - Bathroom is spacious and has everything needed including hair conditioner and body lotion - Tasty breakfast with a selection of food

- The hotel charged me 95 euro more than the stated price which they returned 3 days after the check-out. Those were 50 euro as a deposit and 45 euro - nobody knew what for which is very strange. - The pillows were not comfortable and I slept not very well there

Located close to Schönbrunn Palace, about 10 min walk. The Technical museum is just next to the hotel. Clean room, comfy bed. Very polite personnel at the bar and restaurant.

Stayed on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The wifi was not working in the room at all. On the 2nd day I called the reception, they sent someone and together we checked 3 other rooms, the same. On the 3rd day, I’ve asked again the persons at the reception about the wifi, to which their reply was that there’s nothing they can do. Very “helpful” and very “professional” answer from someone working on a 4 stars hotel. There’s no variety at the breakfast. Stayed 4 nights, every morning was the same.

Great hotel highly recommended. located 10 minutes walking from Schönbrunn Palace & few minutes walking from the nearest Tram station. Also, it’s around half hour away from the city center & airport. Wide room with comfortable bid & pillows. Tea & instant coffee is available in the bar. AC/heating is available and under your control. Wide Bathroom with a bathtub. Iron with a table is available by request. Easy check in/out by nice staff (especially Ahmed)

Parking is 25 Euro/day. Shower barrier glass were small that makes the bathroom wet whenever you take a shower.

restaurant in the evening must be avoided. food is a bad joke, even one legged blind dog can cook better. also service for restaurant is something else: we received tea without water, souf was skilped for no reason, pasta was cold (like from the fridge), burger made with bread from Spar (the cheapest one) and some leftovers from the morning breakfast. worth mentioned the fries with garlic oil, that one was a nice surprise.

We went for a premium suite as we traveled with our 2 year old son and we wanted a separate sleeping area so we could watch TV after his bedtime without disturbing. The suite as a whole was very nicely decorated, spacious, with a big balcony and a nice view of the Schonbrunn Palace. The breakfast was good, many options. Room mini-bar was included so that's always nice. The staff was super nice, would definitely come again

Room: I would have liked better separation/soundproofing between the rooms but for a short stay it wasn't really a problem. For me (90kg with back issues) the mattress is way too soft although it does feel nice and fuzzy when you initially lie down :) Food: existing options are very well prepared and tasty but would enjoy more options for the restaurant and room service

The suite is still nice and the view from the balcony is nice.

Covid takes its toll on this hotel. The executive lounge is now closed, much need renovation in common areas were postponed so whole experience with this property fall from 9 to 8. It is just a standard business hotel for short stay. I do not watch TV much, but I expect that international business hotel will provide BBC world service channel on all TVs. It is easier to find channels with russian propaganda then proper news channel in english in this hotel.

I booked the junior suite. I highly recommend it for families. The room space is big. There is a big closet for clothes. The junior suite has a sofa bed which is a convinent option if you have kids. Overall it was an excellent hotel. The only concern is the location. It is outside the center, however it is not a big deal because you can get to the center easily through the underground. The nearest underground is less than 10 minutes walking.

Staff is helpful and kind. I am grateful for helping with changing my electric car. Facility(electric charger) didn’t work properly: the consumption of electric power form my car side is very low only 7kW/h but this charger can’t provide even this power level.) But hotel staff was able to provide workaround, many thanks for this. I hope the hotel will be able to solve this problem in future. Before this all electric car owners will be disappointed staying here. Air conditioner doesn’t respond to the specified temperature level. I specified less than 20C but I it keeps heating all the night so I didn’t sleep well. Web browser in the TV doesn’t have internet assess so I it is impossible to use youtube on it.

Staff works excellent. They pay a lot of attention to the guests and very helpful.

I appreciate the design of the place and the quality of bed and pillows. I also appreciate the profesionalism of staff and the pro client attitude.

Apparently the facade facing the road has some "particular" construction "approach". The masive windows seems to lack something (maybe the gasket... i don't know). What I DO know, is that when in the room, the traffic noise is so present as if you have the window slightly open. There is poor noise isolation. However the staff was very helpful and they changed the room facing the inner yard. Here a smaller window and no traffic meant no noise :)
