The location of the hotel is accessible to places since most are walking distance. The room was clean and all facilities are provided. The breakfast was also delicious as some menu changes everyday. It was a wonderful experience as the staff was also very helpful. They even helped us book our trip to Shahdag. The bathroom was clean and the water have perfect heating. Overall, our experience was amazing especially it was our first time travelling as a couple.

The bed was actually a twin bed but just joint together so there is a space in between that can make your back uncomfortable.

Friendly & helpful staff; very good location: 3 min. from Nizami str and 10 min. from seaside; cleaning was done every day if needed; the lady who was preparing serving breakfast was just a sweetheart and caring; money wise - 👍🏻

1. breakfast was in another building, which at 1st glance was strange and not much comfortable but the vibe at breakfast itself was like you are at home and served by your mom because lady working in the kitchen was very kind and doing her best to make feel guests comfortable. 2. the wall paper a bit torn and condition of the room walls could be refreshed and bathroom sink and bathroom wall could be cleaned from mold more thoroughly. 3. we (couple) had only 1 small cover but on request the 2nd one was provided. 4. on last day we got only 1 big and 1 small towels. 5. while entering the room you could feel strange odour so probably the ventilation wasn’t working properly and you could see lighting coming through the door (the room was on the 1st floor as the reception).

Staff: Very accommodating and helpful! The lady helped us with our luggages during check in. On our check out, which was early, the gentleman in the reception also helped us carry our luggages and waited with us until our airport driver arrived. They would also ask if we would like to get our room cleaned. The staff are also able to communicate in English and Russian :) Facilities: The room we had was very spacious and I like that it was carpeted too! There was heater, patio, safety box, a dresser, fridge, kettle, closet, a round table and chair, slippers and toiletries. The bathroom also was pleasant and the shower had a separate sliding door too. The toilet had a bidet which is a plus and the sink had some racks to hold items. It was nice that there are several outlets and by the bed side. The towels were also changed during cleaning (upon request). Location: The hotel's location was so convenient and very essy to find. Location itself is safe in general. It's a 3-minute walk to Nizami street, and along a street where taxis can pass by. Supermarkets, cafes, bars, and a local bakery (Pirojki u Marusi, must try!!) are so close to the hotel. Just a note that you will have to enter a huge door and climb up few steps to enter the hotel lobby. Breakfast: Delicious breakfast! Every day there is a change in one of the menus which is great. The food served were fresh too. They served different sausages, toast, boiled egg, omelette, cucumbers, cheese, cereals, and drinks. The breakfast place is outside the hotel, inside Hotel Eleven which is just few steps from Seven Hotel. From Seven hotel you will have to turn right to reach the place.

Since it was near clubs, we could hear noises coming from the cars of the club goers, however it was not really a major thing. We'd fall asleep anyway as we're exhausted. There was a weird sewage smell in the toilet, I think it's coming from the drain or the sink. The hair dryer seems like it has a slight defect. It tends to overheat and has a burning smell when used for a long time. Other than that we really love this hotel and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. We hope to come back to Baku and stay here again!

Title: Great Stay with Prime Location! I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better—it's situated just next to Nizami Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They provided great recommendations and were always available to assist with any questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a prime location. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed in one of the basic rooms, which happened to be located right next to the reception area. Unfortunately, this meant we could hear quite a bit of noise from the front desk, which felt a bit uncomfortable at times. It would be great if the door could be reinforced to better block out the sounds from the hallway. Breakfast was decent, but a few more options would enhance the experience. A slightly wider variety would add a nice touch to the morning meal. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with a few adjustments, it could be even better.

The place is very well located, close to the centre with some market nearby. Apparently the street has some bars but we didn't hear any noise because of it! The room is comfortable, with nice breakfast which you can get from the neighbour hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They even got someone to pick us up in the middle of the night from the airport.

The room we stayed was economic, so it didn't have any windows - it didn't bother us but some people might not like it. Also our room was right next to the reception desk and in the first night we weren't able to sleep very well due to noise. The other nights were fine! The bed sheets were too small for the bed so would be nice to get some proper size ones and the shower didn't have door which led to the bathroom to get wet.

The room was spacious and the location is just 5 minutes walk to the double gates and 4 minutes walk to Nizami street. Hotel staff, especially Raffi was super friendly. The wifi is super fast! The room have refrigerator, kettle, tea but no coffer, I’m not a tea drinker. They also provide bottled waters and replace new bottles everyday. Nice bathroom with good shower, hairdryer is provided. This hotel is open 24 hours, an airport taxi costs 30 AZN. If you want your room cleaned you need to leave the key otherwise they don’t make up room.

Breakfast served at 8:30, which is too late. They should serves the breakfast early, tours start at 8:50. One staff name Yuzof is rude ( not sure the spelling of his name) when I ask for breakfast he didn’t feel like serving it, so I said to him never mind I skip the breakfast. And due to its central location and close to the pubs, you might have problems with the night music.

The bed was super comfortable, the Deluxe room was spacious and had a proper desk and chair that could be used for work. The facility is in an old building but renovated in a modern style so it feels luxurious with a refined personality. Yousef at the reception was very helpful, and the breakfast and internet were excellent. The location is really close to the busy Nizami street and old city with a great variety of grocery stores and restaurants and tourist attractions.

I guess it comes with the location being close to a vibrant night life, I could feel the "rhythm" and the "beat". It was good music nonetheless so not a negative.

Great location! It is walking distance from Nizami street, old city. The room and washroom are sparkling clean. The hotel has 8 rooms located on the ground floor so there is no requirement of lift. The hotel is at a walking distance from a super mart from where you can get your daily stuff at reasonable prices. Paid car parking is available just opposite the hotel lane. Night parking from 10 PM to 7 AM is free in the entire Baku city. The front office staff Yusuf was polite, friendly and helpful! He helped us to get the parking slot and also helped us with our luggage. Overall a pleasant experience

Breakfast is available in a different building but it's close ( walkable). The economy room does not have a window for ventilation or natural light and this is not mentioned on booking.com. We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel. For the 3rd night we were moved to another room on request and the room was very nice, spacious and well ventilated. The tariff is on the higher side.

Nice hotel and clean, good

We were disappointed with the breakfast setup during our stay. Unlike most hotels, we had to walk outside to a separate location for breakfast, which was inconvenient. When we arrived, much of the food had already been finished, and we had to wait quite some time for fresh food to arrive. This caused us to waste valuable time in the morning. The overall breakfast experience was below expectations, and improvements in both convenience and food availability would make a big difference.

It is centrally located and everything is around this property. nice walk for lunch dinner and coffee or Bar even. Special mention to Elvin, Yousuf and the Manager Suli . they made sure I was properly taken care and also guided me very well. For an example Elvin informed me how can I manage my tour with best places in best price. Suli helped me with foreign exchange from bank . ABB is a great bank in Nizam street . guys do go there to exchange if u r staying here. 2 mins walk and same rates plus nil transaction fee. Yousef gave me a small tour of the hotel and where the breakfast happens. Studying and working with so much of maturity being just 19yrs old.
