Great location

Small room- entryway into the hotel was a bit dark and dingy and smelled strange

Property was very centrally located, within 5-10 minutes walking distance to the old city. Staff were super helpful and even allowed us to store our luggage with them temporarily for an hour, on our way back from Sheki to Baku (for our flight out that night). You could refill potable drinking water at the lobby for free.

Not a major issue, but just take note that the streets near the hotel will be closed during the weekend, so a taxi cannot drop you off / pick you up directly from the hotel, so you’ll have to walk on cobblestones for a couple of minutes to the main road.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and for accommodating my request to reschedule after an emergency cancellation—I truly appreciate the exception they made for me. The hotel is in a prime location, close to Nizami Street and the Old City, yet remains calm and clean. The rooms, including the bathrooms, are comfortable and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Everything was perfect! The only small improvement I’d suggest is enhancing the room service a bit.

THE LOCATION IS FANTASTIC!! It’s 5-15 min walk to any attraction or tour meeting point, 5 min walk to the Old City Double Gates, 5 min or less to Nizami St, and around the corner from a slew of restaurants and dessert options as shopping. The staff is fantastic! Ali, Aycel (not sure about the spelling, the sweet young lady at the front desk) and the young man who helped with my bags coming and going and the more mature aged gentlemen at the desk with the beard that checked me in —everyone was so helpful with sufficient English for the desired outcome. Be sure to speak slowly and clearly. For my American friends, The rooms and bathroom are small, as expected in this part of the world. I am one person and it was fine, for two is a tight fit, be sure you like your traveling partner in close quarters ;) Water pressure is good. Be sure to toss toilet paper in the bin/trash, not the toilet. If they book you a taxi confirm with the hotel the price of the taxi and AGAIN when you get in the taxi, the driver tried to rip me off saying “I’ll tell you the price when we get there” but I had already confirmed with the front desk and told the driver I won’t get in his taxi unless he confirms the same price, he then agreed. There is trouble in most of Azerbaijan about 40% of the time with credit cards Visa and MC, something about communication with banks, and American Express you can just about forget it. Apple Pay works well about 80-90% of the time. It’s inconvenient, but have cash as a backup or book a hotel where you can prepay or the hotel has a bigger name that can deal with such credit transactions (Hilton, Sheraton, etc). However, for the price point and location and helpful staff, this cute little hotel is well worth it and I highly recommend it!

Cash is inconvenient and Credit card payment can be cumbersome and scary if you don’t have the cash on hand to cover your stay. I was able to pay with Apple Pay which was comforting, but it took a few attempts and swipes and fumbling before we came to this conclusion

We loved our room with netflix. The central location, just a minute's walk from bars and restaurants, was perfect. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

The hotel is inside one of those old buildings near Nizami street area. You wouldn’t believe that inside that building was a very affordable and cozy hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, they are eager to assist and always have smiles on their faces. Additionally, the location of couldn't have been better. Situated in the center, it was conveniently close to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation, making it easy for me to explore the city at my leisure. Overall, my experience at was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The hotel was in the center of all the major attractions we had hoped to cover. The metro was 300 mtrs away. Taxis are a hand hail away. The bed was comfortable, The room was small but practical for 2. Cleanliness was our priority which was met 10/10. The bathroom albeit small was clean. The water pressure is good and there was hot water 24/7. The receptionists were warm and welcoming. The night shift person was very helpful with a broad smile. He did help with letting us know about a few useful apps to move around. A wonderful stay all in all. Recommended.

Unfortunately there haven’t lift, but for me it wasn’t problem.

I had an amazing stay here. The location was absolutely perfect – just a very short walk to all the main attractions in Nizami street and Old city, which made exploring the city so convenient. The rooms were very neat, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Aysel who went out of her way to assist us, making our stay even more enjoyable. We took the junior suite room with Balcony and the view from the Balcony was really nice. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Baku.

The hotel is in prime location. Surrounded by beautiful streets, cobble stone, amazing restaurants & bar. The room is tidy, well prepared with complementaries and really smells good. We loved our terrace spacious and perfect for the season. The staff are all accommodating, helpful and polite. They made sure we have everything we need. (Specially both Guy from reception when we arrived feb 12 around 11am and checked out Feb 15 6am). You don’t have to worry about safety cause police is around the corner literally 😊. We definitely recommend Zimmer boutique if you’ll stay in Baku.

Just the toilet bowl is placed in a very narrow space but the rest like shower and sink were totally fine

Huge rooms, staff is awesome and polite. We had alot of bags as I was travelling with my parents and a 2 year old., They didn't let us carry a sigle bag up the stairs, picked all bags and droped in the room.

Every thing was great. The property doesnot have a lift but the staff covers that part by carrying bags them self. The rooms are on the first floor only with 18-20 stairs, which is not a big deal considering the awesome location.
