Superior King Room - location was excellent and in the heart of Nizami street. Hotel Staff & Housekeeping were extremely polite and service was excellent. We were upgraded to a deluxe king room on arrival by Sgander, the impeccable hotel manager who is testament to the warmth, etiquette and friendliness of the Azerbaijani people we came across in our 6 day stay. Rooms were tastefully designed and very comfortable All amenities were top quality and room fittings etc were all of high standard. Exceptional value for money Breakfast was always fresh and well made. Good variety and choices laid out Restaurant/ breakfast area was big and elegantly designed. Again a decent standard and quality Sound insulation was decent - we were facing the Main Street and live music could be heard faintly but usually stopped around 10/11 pm Beds were super comfortable and linens pillows were fresh

The location of the hotel is super. The staff were vey helpful and respectful. And the house keeping services were excellent. The garden view of the room was excellent enjoying the fresh air while being in the room.

The breakfast menu could be of more varieties with life cooking section. The guest reception formalities could be modified instead of signing papers, digital forms is much preferred to be more green and use less papers.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Baku, right at Fountain Square. The moment you step out of the hotel lobby, you are greeted by the vibrant atmosphere of the city. A short walk brings you to the historic Old City wall, adding to the charm and convenience. This location truly cannot be beaten for anyone visiting Baku. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel, very close to all central attractions. Great value for money (we had a big room for 2 adults and 2 children ) it’s was very comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast and very nice staff. I will recommend this hotel for my family and friends.

Everything was good

The overall experience is very good. The staff is very cooperative and available at all times. The room (junior Suite) was very good, and the housekeeping was up to the standard. The only negative is that the window was opening to a closed area, so the outside view was not available to enjoy.

Even though the breakfast was good, expect to add a little more variety. But it was still good.

The hotel is very nice the staff employee who help us was very polite friendly and patient i forget his name the hotel was clean and the room was clean the tv has Netflix if u want to chill and watch something the best thing it is in nizami street you can just leave the hotel and go to nizami on your foot Water in rooms are free and love that they offer free water to clients

There was strange smell in The bathroom but it was cleaned and very good i dont know it is not the only hotel like that most of baku’s hotel bathrooms has strange smell in them loool there was no problem in cleanliness just thiss weird smell but it is not very annoying

The hotel was very nice and clean, service was super, special thanks for mr Evez the bellboy he was very kind and helpful he gave special upgrade for my room really appreciated brother Evez, much thanks and for sure i will come nack again .
