Staff all really nice and particularly Kendera who was exceptional in helping us with a off site puncture situation

The constant incredibly noisy trucks why is that allowed along a lovely beach front they deliberately honk their horns and reverse up as they pass pathetically!!

Check in was quick, easy and friendly staff. Room was clean but wish it had a balcony so could sit outside for morning coffee. Breakfast had a good choice, and you once you ordered you sat and waited, the only down side , where you sat and ate your meals people was always walking past, it wasn’t a breakfast room but a space were people were coming past to use lifts, The beach was opposite the hotel, it got really packed when the cruise ships come in but was ok To hire a sun chair it was $10. Which is good because further alone the beach it was $100. For 2 chairs and umbrella for the day which is very pricey

The only thing wrong was if you wanted to go out you had to walk all the way around to front of hotel, as the gates at the front by the pool was locked,

It was nice on the inside. The room was comfortable. I liked that our room had a walk out to the pool lounge area. We were in walking distance of several great local eating places, bars and shopping areas. Not far from the airport either.

I think the outside of the hotel was deceiving. I was a little worried when we pulled up but the inside and the friendly staff made our entire stay so nice and comfortable.

Myself and my partner got the room with a beautiful sea view on the highest floor. We loved it. It was amazing to wake up to such view. Room was spacious, clean and bright in mint colour. Bed was comfy and there was no sounds coming from other rooms so we could fully relax. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was good with hot water running even in the night. We didn’t want to leave this room :) Staff members were super friendly and helpful, especially one lady that did a check in. She was super kind. Thank you so much for a warm welcome.

We didn’t like the location because it was beside a noisy busy street and you had to cross that street to get to the beach. Also the swimming pool was located in a shadow and there was not much sun there.

We did not appreciate the breakfast service, where you have a la carte menu and have to chose and wait for the beverage/food. Sometimes it takes so long and you lose time to enjoy the beach.

1-Front Desk Staff Michelle was exceptionally knowlwdgeable and accommodating of requests. 2-Housekeepping Staff were very good. 2-The breakfast bar staff were very accommodating (but overworked).

1-The USB ports in the room 341 were not all operational and should be replaced. 2-The drink vochers should be for use anytime during the stay vs. only on the date specified. If you return past 11:00 pm, without havng redemed the voucher, it is lost to the customer, with seems inequitable. 3-During the breakfast hours, the breakfast bar should have more than 2 staff persons.

I first want to give a shot out to Mr. Clyde, he attended all our needs, he was professional but like the nice uncle in the family lol. He made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. All the staff were great, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was excellent, right across Junkanoo Beach. We were like a 10 minute walk from the Down Town.

The only thing was light construction going on but there was no noise at night.

i felt anything you purchase from the shop food or the bar was a little overpriced especially when there is a shop 2 seconds away on the corner sells a lot more and a lot cheaper.

In the end, the property offered good value for the price.

Even though it is in front of the beach, Downtown Nassau didn’t feel safe, so we weren’t comfortable going out in the evening after sunset. Most shops close around 5 PM, and the streets become deserted and don’t feel secure for walking.

The ocean view rooms are great even though they face a main street so the traffic noise may bother some. Staff was very helpful clearing up a confusion regarding the reservation. Rooms are very large and beds very comfortable, coffee is also available in every room. Daily complementary drink is a lovely gesture.

Definitely a pricey option but few accomodation sights are cheap in Nassau.
