Although not overly spacious, it was functional and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. What impressed me the most was the hotel's thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary coffee and tea to all guests, even those who didn't book breakfast facilities. Great location, great price given proximity to old town. Self check-in very easy but staff on hand to help if any difficulty. Didn't use the bar but looked good from what I could see. Public parking available immediately outside the hotel free on Sundays and can pay for up to 3 hours on other days using parking apps. Room was small but sufficient, no desk space so would not book this hotel if I needed to work in the room while I was there. No tea/coffee making facilities but wouldn't expect this for the price and in a 2 star hotel. 2 star in terms of facilities but much better than that in terms of comfort.

As usual, awesome staff. Helped us again with early check-in when we arrived far ahead of schedule. Very good coffee in the morning, it's available in the dining room even if you decide to skip breakfast. Few free parking spots just vi's a vi's entrance, if you're lucky ;) I like location, and there are few Velo bike stations around where you can buy €5 Daily Pass and cycle around the town.

No complimentary water in the room, but we were told that, and that's just how they go, so no issue.

Very nice place to stay. This 2 star hotel is much better than many 3 and 4 star hotels I saw in my life. This hotel has everything: perfect quite location near the harbor, but in the walking distance to the historical city center with all important sightseeing places; private aparking; beautiful designer interior, very friendly and always ready to help stuff; facilities and good breakfast. BTW, at the breakfast you won’t get very large variety of options, but everything they offer is very fresh and good quality. They also have sophisticated coffee machine :) I will definitely stay there again during my next visit of Antwerpen 😉

Beds were comfortable, location was good and you could get free tea and coffee during breakfast even if you didn't pay for breakfast which was a really nice touch!

Would have been better to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, as well as a fridge. We were also disappointed that the cleaners did not clean our room during our 3 night stay, despite putting the sign on the door asking them to do so.

The location was near the MAS (but a 20 minutes walk to the center (Grot Markt) ). Good, pleasent design. Staff very nice and attentive. Very clean. Comfy bed. Lots of plugs to charge your devices. Wireless charging on one of the nightstands, and USB on the other one. Nice selection of hot beverage for the breakfast. The croissants. The pancake machine. The 24 hours bar with a nice selection of wine and beer.

The shower had very low water pressure - it was hard to wash the soap off your body or hair. No place to work with a laptop in the room. Individual blankets for a queen size bed. Missing scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit at breakfast.

Very clean room with a desk. Friendly front-desk staff. Good location with easy walking and public transportation access to major Antwerp attractions. On-site bar open 24 hours with free drink vouchers provided at check-in. Good soundproofing between rooms.

There is student housing near the hotel and on one night, there was a party with loud music past 2 am. I complained to the front desk staff, who indicated that the police had been called about the noise earlier. Unfortunately, it seems the police don't enforce noise laws so in the future I would ask for a room not on this street. The room AC and heating is centrally controlled and you cannot set the heat above 21 degrees Celsius. Perhaps that's warm for locals but it was still too low for me. The hotel did offer extra blankets though.

It was a very clean and well decorated hotel with staff that was very accommodating and spoke many languages as needed in a city like Antwerp. In spite of the location near large roads it was relatively quiet and the windows were solid and sealed to keep the noise out. In a convenient location where you could easily look or take a tram either towards the central station, shopping or historic city center. There was parking for cars and bicycles. Front desk staff Jen, Edgardo and Poek were particularly helpful.
