The hotel is very close to Bruges railway station from where there is also a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes, all day until 7pm, to the picturesque old town. The reception staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Check in is from mid-day which is useful. My room was comfortable and the en suite facilities were good. The TV had English language channels. There is a small Carrefour supermarket nearby and coffee shops etc at the station. I would be happy to stay at the hotel again.

There are not many dining possibilities near the hotel and those there are seem to close quite early. Although it is described as a "budget" hotel it is not really cheap but the price seems very reasonable by local Bruges' standards.

The hotel has a great location - when you walk out of the train station, you are 5 mins waking distance. It was not noisy, the room was clean and is the same as on the pictures.

If you are used with ibis, you know that bathrooms are strange(in a glass cabin in the room itself, the toilet is separated) so I don’t recommend if you are not in a couple and is ok if you book only for one person.

The main reason we chose this accommodation is its location. It was like 3-minutes away from Brugge train station and there were bus stops nearby which one can take to go to the city centre. Just don't trust google maps when trying to find it because it will point you to the back part of the hotel which only staff can access. Guests should head to the parking area for cars where there's a lift and from there go up one floor then proceed to the stairs a few steps away where there's another lift with the small sign IBIS. It can be tricky to see the signage at night though, 'cos it doesn't light up. For the facilities, I brought my own hair dryer, slippers, toiletries, and handwash because I already knew beforehand these were not provided (although I was surprised there was a shower gel) Overall, the room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable enough and heating was good. So if you're just looking for a place to sleep and intend to spend the whole day outside, this is a good option.

I didn’t have breakfast. The view was of the railway station - I work for the railway so nothing new lol. The room was one of the better IBIS I’ve stayed in, very clean and comfortable. Compact, but I’d stay again. I didn’t spend much time in the hotel, it was decent though.

Mosquitoes! I never get bit but I came back with 23 bites from the room ( l opened the window once!) there was only 1 fat mosquito in the morning, it waddled out of the bathroom to join me at the mirror, I refrained from squashing it, we shook hands and decided it won 😑 So take a plug in! We had someone throw a glass bottle at us from apartments next to hotel for no reason whatsoever! They seem to share a garden area with the hotel? Good job it missed us and smashed on the path. I don’t imagine it was the hotel’s fault but it was a bit scary.

The position Is great, literally above the train station and 15 mins walk from the centre. The lady at reception was very polite and friendly. The room was clean , except for the light in the toilet.

The room was very warm and the AC in April doesn't work apparently. We opened the window to get some fresh air but then we could hear the trains passing by next to us. The light in the toilets was very dusty and the shower door was not closing properly so the floor in the room got wet. There were no hairdryer or iron in the room and when we asked reception they required a 10€ cash deposit. As we had no cash on us we couldn't use either of them. It could be useful maybe if they could take a deposit on credit cards.

Everything was perfect. Location is good too. Near central station. Clean rooms. Providing breakfast at 10€ per person. One of the reception guy was super supportive and helpful- his name was Gillian. I would like to thank him again. He helped me to book the room in another ibis chain hotel in Antwerpen. In overall all the staff was super friendly and super helpful, me as a hospitality specialist was amazed by their attitude and professionalism. Appreciation from me. 🙏🏻 Even if it was something wrong with room or any other service, staff was so friendly I would forget about everything because of their attitude. Management should appreciate it!!! Thanks for amazing experience. 🫶🏻

Everything was perfect! The staff was really friendly; they helped us check in early to have space for makeup! I really appreciate that, and also, when I check out, I want to keep my luggage because we want to go out and we don't know where to keep it; they make it easily for us to keep it until we leave Bruges! I had a really nice experience in here! Thank you so much!

There is only one problem: the lights on the toilet is defective, so that we can not have the lights in the toilet when we use! Please fix that so I think next customer can use that nicely!

Comfortable enough beds, tv in room, quite closing room doors. The train station is behind the hotel. We had a room on the station side and didn't experience any disturbed sleep.

I wished that there could have been a kettle in the room and maybe a sliding door for the toilet it is a bit tight in there, also a lower brightness light in there, it is very bright when you are in the toilet in the middle of the night. The car park below was a bit confusing with the direction signs to the hotel. If there was a sign that could be viewed from the first level of the car park, that could make it easier for the guest.the hotel is set back from the car park on the first level.also the towels were a bit on the smaller size.

I liked almost everything - the beds were good, the room was small but cozy. The breakfast was cheaper than eating outside, the location was perfect -next to the station, Carefour, the park and veryy close to the centrum. All in all great experience

For me it wasn't a problem since I was with my spouse, but the shower cabin was kind of in the room with a non see through glass. Just keep in mind- depends who you are travelling with. Also, no hairdryer, if you need one

Although the room was tiny, everything was well laid out, with great thought in having the maximum of facilities in minimum space. The hotel was also just next to Brugge train station, although it was a little hidden. Bigger directional signage could help. We were also able to check in early as there was available room.

We had big bags, and Ibis Budget was on an elevated platform with many steps. There was one lift working near the premises, but we only discovered the carpark lift much later, which would have prevented one level of bag dragging. Again some signage would have helped.
