The location is good and the rooms are clean.

As it is a budget hotel, the facilities are average and the rooms are small. It can be difficult to find the entrance. Keep in mind that it is in the second floor on a parking area. You can use the elavator which has an Ibis sign on it or the stairs next to this elevator to find the entrance.

Budget ibis is a very affordable hotel, the rooms resemble a bit the cabins on a ship, they are small but very well designed and had everything we needed. There is no privacy if you use the sink as the sink is in the bed room, the shower is also in the same room but completely enclosed, the toilet is in a separate room but the door can not be locked. For us it was perfect but it may not be sufficient if you travel with friends and need more privacy. the breakfast was surprisingly good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is direct at the trainstation, to the city centre you can walk within 15 min. A parking garage is exactly next to the hotel.

for us it was great, but we missed a cupboard for clothes but admittedly the room was too small for that. there were a few shelves and hooks but we would have preferred more of that. if you leave the windows open you hear the trains and the announcements from the station, it was no bother for us but for others this may be disturbing. When the windows were closed you did not hear anything.

Location location location ! Best location. Right next to the train station and just outside the old city. Parked the car and all you had to do was walk into the city. The hotel is basic but very clean. You paid for what you got. Small rooms for 2 adults and a 11 year old but the space was managed well. Parking charges were nominal and nice coffee shops near by for amazing coffee and breakfast. After exploring the city we got back to have a well earned rest ! Didn't try the breakfast - just went out for a great brunch. Beautiful place.. Bruge !

Again no tea or coffee in the room. Small rooms with basic facilities but the price was ok and the location was very good. Other than the coffee and the size of the room there was nothing wrong.

Was quite surprised about the quality for more or less low price. The price is of course too high if you ask me, but it’s barely possible to find something cheaper in this time of year, specially for us it was the only available option, basically, we booked not in advance. The room was clean, fine quality furniture, good sound isolation, ergonomically furnished room.

Too small rooms, but what can you expect for the budget hotel? So it wasn’t a surprise. View on the train rails. Also it was expected due to its location. It was a bit hard to find the way in from the public parking garage, so we had to make a long round around the building. The small bed is not suitable for children under 6 years.

We may be dummies but found it very difficult to find even though it is right next to Bruges train station! When you come out of the station, go up the stairs/escalator in front and to the right of you. There is a lift on the right on the corner of the building which goes up one floor but it's a bit stinky, so you can walk straight ahead with the carpark to your left and will come to another flight of stairs up. Once there, there is another set of stairs up or a lift for one floor, once you get to the top here, you will see the hotel entrance in front of you. It is about a minute walk but took us about 10 mins to find it :-) We didn't have breaky or anything but the room was clean and the bed nice and comfy. It is a budget hotel, so the room is small but totally fine for us for a 2 night stay, Bruges is far too lovely to spend any time in your room anyway! Staff told us we could leave our bags there for the day on check out which is a great help if you want to have a last wander through this absolutely beautiful place. It is right by the train tracks but we didn't hear anything much at all, so don't worry about noise.

Maybe instructions could be provided on how to find the entrance, I am sure we wouldn't be the only people who couldn't find it?

Fantastic location. On the doorsteps to the Bruges Station for those travelling to the city by train. For those arriving by car, there is ample parking attached to the Rail Station and very decently priced in comparison to the rest of Bruges. We only spent about €6.10 for over 12 hrs to park. The city centre is about a mile away and not too strenuous to walk as on flat terrain. The reception staff was absolutely fantastic considering we checked in at about 1am.

Absolutely weird arrangement of splitting the toilet and the shower room. The shower room was glass in plain view, however with smoked glass so some level of self-respect remained intact

Good location ; near to the main train station of Brugge. You can start your tour to historical Bruge just after 5 min. by walking (starting from Minnewater>Channels>Old Town) Breakfast is fair enough... There is a big car parking building just under the hotel (safe & cost is not too much)

They can give better info about the enterence of hotel. There is a very big car parking building just besides main train station (on main street level). After parking your car you have to use the steps for upstairs, then you can discover that there are a few hotel buildings on upper level , IBIS is one of them in between. It was difficult to find at arrival. But easy after learned.

Close to station. Friendly staff. All basic amenities in room. There is no hair dryer in the room but you are able to borrow one by leaving a 10€ deposit with reception staff, and you will get this back after returning it.

Room was very warm even with air conditioner on the lowest setting so we had to keep the window open. Unfortunately our room looked out over the train tracks so we could hear the trains pulling in and out almost all night. Having the windows open also meant having mosquitoes come in.

Location is good, short walk to downtown. Minimalistic, just critical needs to spend a night. Very comfortable beds.

This hotel have this weird design, where shower just in the room, so you step out of cabin literally in to the room. Not working if you with coworker or family with kid. Toilet is separated but zero soundproof. Take this to consideration. One side of building facing train station, if window is closed it's fine, but if you travel in summer ask room facing opposite direction. Also, if you booking this hotel to catch night bus to airport or elsewhere, keep in mind, train station which you have to cross to get to the bus station on opposite side, is closed at night, you can't go through. But there is a tunnel, check Google map, select 'drive by car' to get direction, it's not a big detour, but you have to know your way at night.

Location is excellent for a day trip to Brugge - 10 mins to the center via the park and 2 mins from the railway station. Nice staff, luggage room, decent breakfast at 9 EUR/person. The rooms are very small but smartly planned. I missed a chair and a desk though, but OK for a one night stay.

Wouldn't recommend for longer stays since rooms are tiny. French windows do not open although there is a railing outside - with such a small room it would give a feeling of spaciousness.
