The location of the property is excellent. Close to lots of restaurants and the Grand Place. The rooms were spacious and the reception staff were very helpful. Good AC unit too.

The walls are very thin so you can unfortunately here other guests talking in their hotel rooms.

Ideal Location: The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of the Grand Place and numerous other attractions. Room: The room is notably spacious, although the heating system didn't perform as expected. Breakfast: While offered at 15 euros per person, we opted not to take it. Staff: The personnel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Luggage Deposit: A noteworthy perk – there's no charge for luggage storage if you return to the hotel.

While the facility exhibits signs of aging and the lobby is relatively compact, these aspects are understandable considering its central location in Brussels. However, I would suggest enhancing the heating system in the rooms as it didn't provide the level of warmth I anticipated during my stay. Overall, the facility's location compensates for these minor inconveniences.

The location is incredible. You could see the Grand Place from our room and there are bars/restaurants in the surrounding streets. Even though there is a lot going on, the noise didn’t bother us as it was only really noisy at the weekends. The breakfast was good value for money. The room was large, bright and comfortable. The staff were OUTSTANDING! They could not have been more accommodating or helpful with my odd requests having bought a souvenir that needed a new suitcase and additional packing.

Very trivial. Ok - the decor is tired. But who doesn’t like Pink Panther?! Also, our room was a bit colder in the evenings but nothing a jumper didn’t sort.

The Alma Grand Place exceeded our expectations. The staff were absolutely incredible. They were able to print off extra travel documents for us, bring us extra towels and recommend amazing places to eat, all with a smile on their faces. My husband and I loved the location of this hotel, it was just a couple of minutes away from the Grand Place, amazing restaurants (including waffles and chocolate!).

There was not much to not like about this property! The one thing was our room was very cold at night and I do not believe we had control over the thermostat in our room. Other than that it was great!

We have stayed 2 separate nights, what means we have middle night to spent not in Brussels, it is always a nice opportunity to leave some bags in the hotel luggage room and not to have heavy things to handle. Ms Ewa and Ms Sarah were super nice, we had a correspondense in whats up and they provide us with the room a bit earlier official check-in time upon our second arrival, we THANK you, Dear Ewa so much. After the 48 hours trip from Ukraine (our airports are closed during the war time and we have to take 2 trains through Poland and one flight to get to Brussels) the Hotel Alma Grand Palace is the best choice to have a complete rest after the long and hard trip and to enjoy the beautiful heart of the capital of Belgium.

You couldn’t imagine better location, to be honest - all famous central sights can be reached on foot. Absolitely amazing staff - Sarah at the reception explained in very details what we should visit and see, shared a map and provided details about public transportation.

Missed a larger assortment of vegetables at breakfast, but all the rest was good.

Small, but cute cozy hotel with nice personnel. The room was clean and warm. Really nice bed. The bathroom was also cleaned. The room was equipped with all things that I need. Really good location - you can see the tops of the Grote Markt buildings in your window.

It was a bit cold in the bathroom. Looks like it was some issues with the bottom radiator. Also, my room's windows were on a street, so it was quite noisy most of the time. But it's a price for a super close location to the city center. Because of a big number of tourists and because of nice and tasty Belgium beer. So nothing to do with this I believe.

The staff was superb. Everyone was quite helpful and friendly. The location was also perfect for getting anywhere. the train station was close by as is Grand Place. The room was also very comfortable and the housekeeping staff is great. The room was spotless when I checked in.

There was a minor issue but the hotel dealt with it professionally. Sometimes problems happen that are out of the staff's control and their handling of it was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property or any others with this company.

The location was really good. Just down the hotel, we have all different restaurants where you can eat. And they are open very late night. The staff was always smiling and greeting us each time and was really helpful.

The bath sink drains slowly. I raise this issue only on departure otherwise i think they would have fix it. And there is no plug by the bedside to be able to charge our mobiles. Otherwise everything was fine.

This is a marvellous hotel. It’s so close to Grand Place yet it’s not at all noisy. It’s also minutes from Central Station. The hotel room was very comfortable, we had great sleeps. The bathroom was good, shower absolutely fine. Coffee and tea facilities all good if basic. The staff were all lovely and helpful. This was my second visit and I expect I’ll be back. Thank you.
