This hotel was a great surprise. Not expensive and so close to the Grand Place, I did not know what to expect. What I found was a beautifully cared for hotel, the owner responsible for the thoughtful decoration and attention to detail is a wonderful character and piano player. The room was genuinely charming. I will absolutely go back to the Hotel Mozart. Perfectly positioned, very clean. A hotel with a soul.

The owner’s hospitality is amazing! He goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome. The hotel itself is perfectly located — right in the heart of the city. The decor is enchanting, the room was clean and spacious, the piano playing on par with a professional concert, satisfying breakfast, lovely staff. The whole atmosphere is charming and well worth a visit.

Given the central location of the hotel, there is some street noise. We expected this because it was Friday night, so it was not a problem. Perhaps light sleepers should request a room further back from the hotel front.

The interior is so crazy it's even worth seeing! The location is perfect.

I was given a room that had an internal door to the neighbouring room. Even the breathing of the guest in the next room could be heard. In addition, the guest was coughing all the time. And even the sound of water pouring in the bathroom of the neighbouring room was so loud that it was as if the water was being poured right in my bed. Thank God the guest in the next room was sleeping at night and not listening to music or talking on the phone. On the other hand, the window overlooked the courtyard and it was quiet. I give the hotel a 10 anyway because otherwise the hotel was good and I just had bad luck with the room. And the coffee at breakfast is just dirty liquid. Worst coffee in the world. But I still give it a 10 because I know any hotel is a big thankless job.

Loved the vibrant decor, layout and different vibes from each area/floor of the hotel. Great location (3 min walk to the Grand Place), high energy spot with lots of foot traffic and restaurants to suit your mood and appetite. The owner is super friendly, welcoming and entertaining! Staff were lovely. Breakfast was simple(croissant and slice of baguette with juice or coffee) was already set up when you come downstairs. Was different but also family feel.

The rooms were hot even though they provided fans, just no a/c so expected. There were Remnants of peeled oranges on the night stand and bathroom floor when we arrived. They have two lovely cats but I presume their litter box was on the second floor as you can smell it as you pass by the one hallway.

Prime location for all attractions, hotel is on a vibrant street, beautiful, beautiful hotel on the inside, the staff were nice and ever so helpful and the owner is a lovely man.

The first night I didn't sleep as my room was facing the street and there was noise from people in the street below dining or drinking and in the early hours of the morning from the delivery trucks. I was able to get my room changed for the next 2 nights I was there which was more quieter. Fans should be available in the rooms in the height of summer as it is quite hot in the rooms even at nights. Breakfast could have been a little more interesting and the mattress on my bed was not the most comfortable.

Central, most staff welcoming. The hotel is eccentric and a different experience. Fan provided. Decent shower pressure. Good night’s sleep on the bed.

Clearly needs repair, had clear signs of water leakage in the room and then a warping floor. Needs a deep clean overall (lime scale, stains, flies in the broken lampshade. Long hairs on the towels and on the bed-I’m short haired. the breakfast is not real coffee. Early check-in time approved by the hotel not then honoured, etc luggage is a leave your luggage in the hallway-not secure. If here over the weekend the noise from the clubs is definitely going to be something to disturb.

Friendly receptionist and eager to help, clean and spacious room with a double bed as I requested and many towels. Also the fact that it is very centrally located is very convenient, everything is at a walking distance.

The breakfast, although I really appreciate it that was included in the price, could be improved. However I cannot complain as the room was relatively cheap so I believe the quality was equivalent to the price. You get what you pay for. Also the fact that there was no actual shampoo just some soap in a cup in the shower was a minor disadvantage.

Mini Marrakesh in the centre of Brussels was amazing. Beautiful decor complete with mini courtyard garden on the first floor. An eclectic mix of old traditional pictures combined with moorish themes and tiling completed with a piano in reception. The owner and staff were all so very friendly and welcoming; they were also a great source of information for local highlights.

A kettle and cups for a drink in our room would have been nice, but we bought our own with us.

I loved the uniqueness of the hotel. The decor was amazing. All the tiles on the walls, the opulent looking tables and chairs. The staff were friendly. There was a piano at the entrance for anyone to play. The location was amazing. Really close to the Grand Place. Close to loads of restaurants. Short walk to all the shops in the shopping area.

The room was quite small. It was quite clean, but the floors under the bed were quite dusty. Breakfast was quite basic but it was fresh.

This hotel is amazing. Mind you it is very basic but the interior architecture is crazy. Looks like an African palace. Just already a joy to be inside. It's an adventure already to find your room. If it wasn't for the architecture it would probably a 2 or 3 star hotel. But again the interior is amazing. Includes breakfast. So all together great value if you do not mind the basic amenities and noisiness.

The rooms are small, noisy, and basic. You can hear the neighbours loudly. But room was beautiful and clean.
