This hotel was in the perfect location for exploring Brussels. It is integrated into the Royal Galleries of Saint Hubert.Finding the door to the hotel was a little tricky, but if you go to the very center of the galleries, the door is a few steps away next to the Maison Dandoy. The staff were all very helpful, all very professional and friendly. The breakfast was beautifully displayed and they have a lovely selection of fruits, breads, cheeses and meats, cereals, yogurts, and you could cook your own soft or hard boiled egg. The Wi-Fi was secure. Our room on the 2nd floor looked out over the Gallery and we enjoyed the music and activity going on below. However, when we were ready, we closed the window and barely heard the sounds. It was good soundproofed windows.

Our room’s safe did not work when we checked in and they could not figure out how to fix it. Our alternative was to leave our valuables with the staff and it was locked in their safe.

The breakfast included was very good, in a lovely, light room next to a pretty interior courtyard. All the staff in the hotel were great, very helpful and friendly. It's in a super location, very close to the main square and on one of the main restaurant streets, but because the street is pedestrian and it's a hundred metres away from the restaurant hub, it is quite quiet and peaceful for where it is. The room was clean and airy and perfect for us, needing a couple of bedrooms, as we were travelling with our adult daughter.

The room is not very cosy. We were not there for long, a brief overnight stay, but the room wasn't well equipped as a place to return to and relax in the middle of a busy day of sightseeing. There weren't really any chairs or sofas to sit on and no pictures on the walls, for example. Just the beds. The bathroom was fine however.

The location is good (except, it's a pedestrian zone, Uber doesn't go there, and cobbled street up with the luggage is not fun). The staff is wonderful and very helpful. They are really trying their best.

I do not understand how this hotel received 4-star rating. The conveniences and comfort are of a 3-star hotel, if we are really generous. We were placed in room 27, which is probably the worst hotel room we've ever stayed at. Thank to the staff, we were moved to room 12, which was much, much better. But still the conveniences expected from a 4-star hotel are simply not there!

Very cool decor and lovely vibe. All staff were warm and welcoming. My room was unique, accessed via a ramp down to the rooftop of another building. The room (38) was split level with bathroom upstairs, and bed/living downstairs, with WC also downstairs. Beautiful bathroom and very bright, lovely aspect. View across rooftops was amazing and breakfast is something you absolutely cannot miss - beautifully presented and in a calm bright environment.

It would be good to have a small fridge and simple set of cutlery. I bought and donated a bottle opener for the room. I couldn't get the bath plug to work. But that's just me.

The hotel has a really good location, just a 5 minute walk from central station. It's located close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We managed to move around solely on foot. We didn't need to walk more than 20mins to navigate across and explore the capital. I liked that the entrance was locked and a member of staff was always present at the door. Breakfast was simple but effective with lovely coffee and fresh orange juice.

We did have a slight issue with the rooms door. The staff did look into this but were unable to solve in during the staff. Felt more comfortable that the entrance/ lobby door was shut and locked so only other guests had access to the building.

A great location, at a walkable distance to many sites, as well as to the Central train station which allowed to make our day trips easier.

The hotel boasts an excellent "location" right at the heart of the action, offering the convenience and vibe of a central spot. The "room" was comfortably appointed and clean, though the noise levels from the bustling business district below were somewhat noticeable—not that it mattered much since one doesn't choose this place for a sleep retreat. As for the "breakfast," it was rather uninspiring and on the sparse side, which wouldn't be an issue for those who tend to skip the first meal of the day. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience.

First, the location of this hotel is excellent. Minutes walk from the central train station, on the edge of the St. Hubert royal galleries, and a quick walk to the grand place - you’re in the middle of everything. (I note that as with any place with such a central location, it is a bit noisy, but nothing that kept us up at night.) Second, the rooms are very large. Our room was the king room, which had a bedroom with a chair, desk, and door, an entry area with luggage storage and shelving, tea/coffee station, and a massive bathroom with stand alone both and walk in shower. Third, the water pressure was excellent. Fourth, the staff were great. The main lobby in the building is tiny and for guests only, and the staff there was so pleasant. Fifth, the internet was good.

While the hotel itself has great potential, it is let down by lack of care. For example, in the shower there was rust, a hint of mildew and a lot of missing grout; there is a gap between baseboards and the floor; the bedroom carpet has seen better days; the chair in the bedroom had a broken seat; some of the towels were discoloured. So while our stay was fine, these things made the stay left comfortable. In addition, the rooms were lacking a deep clean (clearly the bedsheets and towels were clean and common surfaces were cleaned, but the window ledges a couple of the bathroom walls and a few other spots needed cleaning. Finally, we ran out of hot water every day.

The room was spacious, clean, and nicely appointed. The towel warmer in the bathroom seems like it would be a great amenity (except it's connected to the radiator heat so it never kicked on for us, but must be great in the winter). The hotel vibe was very cozy and charming. Our private balcony was excellent. It allowed us to listen to the city while we took a nap.

The balcony floor was very slick with moss. My wife slipped and fell as soon as she set foot on the balcony (she only suffered a small scrape on her foot and wounded pride, nothing to worry about). Having that scrubbed and less slick would be great. The bed was firmer than I'd like and the pillows a bit lacking.

The location is superb; couldn't ask for better. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Amo who was there most of our time. We would certainly go back.

The step up to the toilet and bathroom is a bit unusual and there was a bad smell emanting from the shower drain which almost caused us to change rooms but to the credit of the staff (or possibly good luck) it was remedied quickly. As I said, we wouldn't hesitate to return.
