The office where keys are collected is close to the Central Station and not far from the apartment (5 minutes walking in the City Center). The apartment was at the 4th floor but there was an elevator up to the 3rd. New furnitures and facilities (kitchen and bathroom). Location is SUPERB, just 50mt from the Grand Place

Unfortunately, there are two clubs in the same street and one is just next to the apartment (although at ground zero). The room is soundproofed and the noise is not excessive, but vibrations are perceived.

The appartment is central and easy to find. The location made it possible for my mother and I to get around easily due to disabilities. It was clean and quaint and was better than I expected. I would use rent by night for our next trip to Brussels and recommend to everyone interested in staying in brussels.it was also very affordable.

The property is in a great location. Close to La Grand-place, in the city center, near the best facilities of the city. The most popular places in Brussels can be seen just by walking distances. The staff is also very pleasant. We got answers quickly when we needed them. We were able to get our keys easily, and we also had free luggage storage service when we checked out. The accommodation had everything we needed. Even tea and coffee. The toilet is small, but we didn't need more space. The bathroom is bigger and more comfortable.

The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to Grand Place. However, it’s also close to a bar downstairs so can be quite noisy at night. But overall every good experience. The office staff was very supportive and they gave clear instructions for checking in before we arrive

I was surprised that the office and the apartment is not too close to each other. But it’s within a few minutes walking so that’s fine.

Apartment was very neat and tidy. Location is very central at 2-3 min walk away from Grand Place. Amenities were all good and ad per expectation. We liked the ambience of the room as soon as we entered.

There was music at downstairs restaurant going on till late. May be it was due to weekend. We were very tired and got off to sleep quickly, so it didn't bothered us much. Toilet lock not working but it was OK as we were family. It would be great to have it fixed.

Good location. Towels were enough and the apartment was clean. Kitchen equipped. We went in December and the heating was working very well

Rented 2 apartments and only had 1 key, no one at the reception to help, the cleaning ladies helped. Very noisy apartment located next to a restaurant/bar that was open until late hours. You pick the key in the office and then you have a 5 minute walk to the apartments (it matters if you have luggage and small kids). The lift doesn’t work well so we always took the stairs which are very narrow and sloping. In the middle of the night some other guests tried to get in our apartment twice! They were drunk, we noticed, but it gave us a fright anyway.

Amazing!!!! Location just perfect, type of building great, it makes you feel like you are actually in Europe. Everything perfectly cleaned and spacious. I would like to add that in a hurry we forgot our Tablet in the place and we had to take a flight, so we could not come back to pick it up. I contacted the owner to see if it was possible to sent it over vía post and they were so kind. They in fact went to the post office to place the package for delivery and sent me the instructions. These people are highly recommended for all travelers. TRUSTWORTHY

I liked everything

It was an old gem in the heart of Brussels. It had four floors with the entrance, and for us it was simply perfect. It being an old preserved building, the bathroom had a certain smell. The noise from outside could also be heard quite well. That being said, I would choose this place again 10 out of 10 times.

I have stayed quite a few time at this place during my visits to Brussels and everytime I enjoyed my stay! Good kitchen amenities for cooking and also a dishwasher. Stable wifi/internet, no issues. Once out of the building you are 1 min away from Grand Place and in the heart of Brussels central shopping area. Bars, music and art events just at your feet. Arzu and Timur running this business are always ready to help and give solutions to any problems.

imho a good fresh wall painting would be well deserved :)

The flat was nice with view on roof tops, nice location, nice kitchen, the flat was well equipped and heating was working. Checkin was done virtually pickup keys was fast and close to appartament (if you travel with kids and luggage, maybe you can ask location up front).

Small wc, separate from bath. Suggestion Maybe windows in living room could be changed to be energy efficient and sound Prof.
