Nice location next to the main trade street and also close to the Grand Place and to a metro station for the farer sightseeings. The staff was realy kind and let us leave our luggage before the check in time.

It was really noisy early in the morning, because of some construction work at the another building on the same street and also because of the nearby church' bell. The stairs are really tide, which was ok for us, because we was only with a backpacks, but for people with a big suitcase that can be a problem.

Location is ideal. The hotel is at the heart of the city.

The shower head has an irregular pattern of spewing out water. The shower door needs to be fixed. The windows need to be cleaned thoroughly especially the frames. So are the side tables and cabinets. Dust accumulates quickly. There should be an additional lighting in the room. Double walling is suggested as well. Noises and voices can be heard through nearby rooms, hallways, and on the streets.

The location is very good. You can leave your luggage before check-in if needed. Also, every day, the staff would clean the room (make the bed, change the towels, etc), which was nice.

It is really noisy - you can perfectly hear the talking from the corridor or even the noise from the lobby, which bothers when you are trying to sleep...

Very central location friendly staff great little spot if your in Brussels for a night or two. great value for money. Right next to casino which is fantastic for myself as I do love a good fruity

A little run down could do with a little bit of TLC but other than that okay decent for the night slept fine no issues would of been nice to have 2 pillows though

Location of the hotel was perfect. It was near the center of Brussels. We could easily reach the center of the city. The room was comfortable and clean. The receptionist was very friendly. Great location, great value for money, there was soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, a towel, and a very comfortable bed. I didn't need anything more. Staff were friendly and helpful

There was nothing not to like, its very basic but that didn't bother me. It had all the essentials I needed.

A very clean, comfortable room in the best location possible in central Brussels with convenient access to restaurants, mass transportation, historical monuments and relics, shopping facilities, bookstores etc. Highly recommendable. Great staff - friendly and very helpful.

The people working there were super nice and helpful. The rooms were isolated very good, so it wasn't noisy. They clear the rooms every day. The location is also very good. Overall I'm really happy with the place.

The base is a little bit old. With some renovation can become one amazing place!

Everything that were needed for the short stay was at the property. Bed, wardrobe, shower, shower facilities (shampoo, shower gel). There was also a hairdryer but it didn’t work
