Really good location for us, parallel to main shopping street and nice walk to the sights. Street not too busy either. The staff were so kind and allowed us to check in early with our baby which was a huge help. Breakfast was good too with a nice selection.

Everything was good really- we had a terrace with decking on our room bit couldnt use it because it was so slippery due to all the moss so it definitely needs a clean.

The location was excellent, and the room was extremely spacious.

While the staff were professional, they lacked warmth and friendliness—not rude, but somewhat robotic. In customer service, I believe friendliness is crucial. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for its parking facilities. However, the instructions provided were unclear and led us to a different parking area, Q Parking, which turned out to be cheaper and closer to the hotel. Additionally, after making my non-refundable booking, I read a number of concerning reviews about bed bugs. Fortunately, our room was in a renovated wing. I inspected the room thoroughly and, aside from some stains on the carpet, it looked good. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money. However, the experience with the reception staff and the bed bug reviews did leave a bit of a sour taste.

We did not have breakfast but the location was excellent it was close to the train station and shopping centre. Great value for money

Everything was okay

Location is about 10 min walk from Brussels Nord so easy to get train to/from airport. Centre is then less than 10 mins away from hotel which is great.

Not the hotel issue but I would be careful of pickpockets around the city and close to the train station.

Perfect location, very good breakfast and close to all amenities. Just about 3 mins walk to the metro. Staff are very friendly and helpful and allowed to check in earlier than usual time.

Our room had the toilet separate from the bathroom but without a sink to wash hands after using the toilet. You needed to cross to the bathroom to wash your hands.

The hotel was very good, the staff very helpful and polite, the location central, the rooms spacious, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was continental and full English which was delicious, the restaurant was lovely and the food delicious. I will definitely return on my next visit to Brussels.

The price was a little high.

Nice comfortable hotel to stay in, just off shopping areas and quite close to Brussels Nord station if you want to get train to Bruges too (1 hour). One of the Christmas markets - Markt aux Poissons, only 12 to 15 mins easy walk away. Then leads to other stalls and Christmas Market areas but suggest using a market map or asking, as lots to see and shops also to explore. Hotel has good selection at breakfast buffet. Excellent water pressure in shower over bath, really comfortable bed and spacious room. Friendly staff at reception. We enjoyed our stay.

Nothing! The only point we can add is that Bookings description specifys the Hotel has its own restaurant Meat Me. We were disappointed initially to find that this no longer exists but then realised that the Green Mango Cocktail and Burger restaurant connected to the hotel, seems to have replaced it. We didn't eat there but it seemed popular. We can recommend the cocktails there!

Room was clean and a good size, beds made up daily and crockery washed, coffee capsules were replenished as necessary. Location was as expected, close but not too close to the city centre. Close to Metro connections. Breakfast was nice and covered a wider range than expected with bacon, scrambled egg, sausages, hash browns etc as well as standard continental breakfast offerings. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The safe in the room didn't work, reported to reception but not attended to during my stay. Toilet roll holder was pulling out of the wall. The shower whilst effective left a large puddle on the bathroom floor, looks like water runs along the top of the shower tray, under the door and onto the floor. Floor outside of the bathroom and toilet was uneven. TV reception was poor on some channels, discovered on day 3 that wiggling the ariel connection improved this. Minor annoyances that could easily be rectified and would have improved my scores

The location of the hotel is fantastic—right in the center, just a 10-minute walk to the main square. The room was lovely, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We particularly appreciated the coffee machine and the bathrobe provided. The reception staff were generally friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed.

The heating system in our room didn’t work at all, which made it uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. Additionally, the restaurant closes at 10:00 pm, and no food service is available after that, so late arrivals are out of luck. Considering these issues, the price feels a bit high for the services offered.

The rooms were very large and the bed was comfy. The rain shower was so nice after the long day sightseeing and the water was always hot. I never used the bath, but it was nice to have that in the bathroom, too. The room we were in was very quiet but did hear some people saying they had a street room and they were noisy. The breakfast was ample and a good variety, even for vegetarians. The hotel was only a few minutes walk to the metro and about 20 mins to the main station so location was excellent to get out and about.

Could have done with a few more coffee pods in the room rather than going to ask for them all the time.
