I asked for a room far away from the lifts. I was allocated Room 417. I had a good sleep every night ( 14 - 17 July 2024 ) BUT ASK AND PAY FOR A SOUNDPROOF ROOM - a King room.The room and bathroom ( shower ) was comfortable. The room has a fridge. The hotel is a mere 400 meters from Centraal Station ! And near the Grand Place. Buses to Luxemburg and Dinant depart just around the corner - but buy a ticket on GetYourGuide in advance - the bus I took on 16 July was FULL ! Many shops including supermarkets and pharmacies, & restaurants are around the hotel in a SAFE area.. LASTLY the staff at the hotel, like Vanessa and Jane make you feel welcome !

A real jem in brussels excellent value for money , room is top clean , nice lights ,modern bathroom , house keeping is super ,friendly staff , i liked alot the unlimited coffee/tea 24 hours and light meals car inside lobby , decor is so rich ,elegant, cozy and warm ,20 meters walk to Gallery Royal entrance and afew minutes walk to grande place and the main shopping streets as well , so excellent location . Also what a funny thing they put such button in elevator which upon pressing change elevator lights to disco with songs for 10 seconds of fun for all guest . Again would like the thank the housekeeping whom really are very responsive and carefully cleaning room daily ,staff personnel are top as well surely will come to this hotel again and again

Great location. For a capital city a decently sized room. Quiet - good windows and carpeting in the hallways, coffee machine with GOOD coffee, friendly staff, very good bed and good use of available space. And the lifts require a room key so relatively secure. Loads of towels (far more than we needed) but more importantly good quality and large. Nice bed linen as well. Magnified and lit makeup mirror (great getting old and going blind).

While I appreciate carpeting in the hallways to minimize noise, I personally think that carpeting in the rooms is a health offence. The self check in/out seems to have a lot of glitches, not just for us but for others too. Not really a problem as the staff dealt with it all anyway and in a friendly and efficient manner - but if it doesn`t work then why have it?

The hotel is very well placed, near the old centre, and also near to the central train and metro staion. The room was quiet and well furnished. The informal lounge and reception arrangements worked well.

The bathroom was badly planned, with an over-large basin unit and not enough space in front of the toilet. There is no grab rail in the shower, which is necessary for older people. Booking.com says there are two restaurants, but actually there is none! There is a breakfast bar and 'food to go' shop but it is closed after lunch onwards; you can get a single type of pizza in the lounge, but neither of these can be considered a restaurant!! Fortunately there are plenty in the nearby streets.

The "lobby" bar area had a cool loungy feel - it felt homey rather than hotel-y. Got a real kick out of the disco glass elevator. Really liked the coffee station. I had planned on using the gym but it didn't work out. It looked really good though.

Although it was ok in my room for just myself, there wasn't a lot of room for clothes - few hangers but no drawers or shelves. The area that I thought should have been a desk was where I opened my suitcase and used it as a luggage rack. Odd space just inside the door that could have had shelves maybe? I took the water jug and glasses off the one round table and moved it next to the other round table that was a nightstand and used it as my desk for my laptop.

The hotel is an absolute delight with unique charm and thoughtful quirks that make it feel special. The décor full of personality, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond to make guests feel at home, offering personalized recommendations and always greeting you with a smile. Whether you need directions, an extra pillow, or just a friendly chat, they were more that happy to help. The reception area was really great, free tea/coffee machine with waffle biscuits which encouraged guests in to the seated area - it felt so inviting and cosy! one of the lifts had a button you could press ‘push me’ - this was a great idea - music and lights for your short journey in the lift.! Great fun. Location was amazing right by the station Comfy beds, quiet - I can’t rate the hotel enough. We would absolutely recommend and would return

Room was compact but lovely, staff helpful, lounge area was a great place to sit with a hot drink and a book. Unlimited drinking water from a water fountain on each floor, so easy to fill the glass bottle provided for the room, and water bottles for on the go. There’s a gym, which looked very well equipped.

Room wasn’t spotless - carpet not hoovered properly and something unpleasant dried onto the bathroom tap (though overall the standard of cleanliness was high). Shower tray very shallow and didn’t drain quickly enough for the water flow, so it flooded out onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast extremely over-priced for what was available, and there are lots of local bakeries and a small supermarket close by, so lots of good value breakfast options available nearby.

Excellent service! They allowed early check-in upon request. From the moment you step into the lobby, the aesthetics of the place are truly impressive—everyone can find a cozy spot to sit and relax after a long journey, with the added bonus of free, high-quality coffee ☕️. The hotel's layout is unique and memorable. The room was incredibly cozy, designed in warm tones. The shower was thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, making it both convenient and visually pleasing. There’s also an in-room coffee machine, and you can fill up the provided glass bottle with fresh water from the hallway fountain—huge respect for this feature! The room was also well-heated, which is definitely important. We felt completely relaxed and slept like babies on the comfortable bed. wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! If I visit Brussels again, this will be my go-to place. The location is also fantastic—everything interesting is within walking distance ♡. Another great perk: there’s an excellent gym included in the price! The reception area also features a bar and vending machines for guests’ convenience. Great location, clean, stylish room. The hotel is really well situated near to Brussels Central station, several tram stops and the metro. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants within a short walk of this location. The staff were really welcoming & helpful. It has a nice atmosphere with pleasant, quirky interior decor. Really nice to have a bar in the foyer and a water fountain on the landing.

If you can, check out your room in advance, we had no fresh air. Our window looked out to the internal courtyard which was quite nice but meant but no opening windows and the aircon wasn't great. Also a very noisy fridge right next to the bed/ pillow, had to unplug to be able to sleep.

I literally like EVERYTHING about Hotel Hubert. Firstly, the position of the hotel is perfect: right in the heart of the city, just few minutes away from the historical center main attractions and main transports. Yet, the location is very quiet and safe! Secondly, the hotel itself is a little jewel. I was impressed by the lovely architecture and cozy lobby, where you can have drinks and (free) coffees anytime you need. The hotel also has an internal gym for its customers to go anytime they wish. The room itself was lovely and super clean. The managers really have an eye for detail/greenness of their business. Finally, the best thing of the hotel is that I truly felt like being at home. And for this, I have to thank the AMAZING staff for their professionalism, attention, kindness and availability. Truly an amazing stay! I will definitely return there for my next trip to Brussels.
