Very old house in the center, it means sometimes + and also -, with art deco interror mostly in corridor. Beds has small curtain for emotionally and visual barrier from others, rooms relatively big but full of beds and mostly random and chaotic in numbers, toilets and shower in the room in form of small bathroom but really not very comfy and small. Reception has own app for users smith like "Goki" but not very friendly app. Breakfast and others staff is hard to say, not using f.e. luggage, laundry, kitchen ... but looks simple. Reception very small in corridor and hard to be there... Can't wait awesome, can't wait bad ..in the center ...

Perfect central location! Safestay Brussels Grand Place is right in the heart of the action, just steps away from most of the city’s major tourist attractions. The convenience of having everything within walking distance is unbeatable. That said, the rooms are a bit compact, and being close to bars and pubs means you might hear some street noise, especially on lively nights like Fridays. We did encounter the sounds of partygoers, but since we were exhausted from exploring, it didn’t bother us too much. If you’re looking for a vibrant, centrally located spot to stay in Brussels, this is a great choice!

Kind staff, easy check in. Comfy bed. I don’t mind the noise or light and can sleep anywhere, but it might be a bit loud as this is a popular party/bar area and might be loud throughout the night, so bring earbuds!

Not about the property, just wanted to complain about one of the room mates. Grown ass old Thai lady with bed C in a four female room, having a tantrum each time someone enters the room. Yells at others. Tells her to get a hotel if she can’t sleep with people as a resolution. Says no, continues her tantrum thumping the wall and heavily thrusting in the bed when people enter/ use the restroom/move in their sleep. People don’t have control of the noise if the door is heavy when we enter, or the noise of using the restroom, or moving in their sleep. 💀🤡

I loved that the room had a bathroom, there were curtains for privacy, a small fan, and a window that was able to be opened. The lockers were big enough for a small check in luggage and a small bag. Check in process easy, and easy to find it's location. It is in the city centre too. Felt pretty safe for a female solo traveller.

You needed a key for the locker but you can buy one downstairs (I did have my own, so bring one yourself. You can buy one downstairs). The ELEVATOR was scary to use, sometimes it was good to use but the buttons didn't always work, so I walked the stairs afraid I'd get stuck in the tidy elevator. No shampoo/soap, the staff were busy talking to each other during check ins (but I can't be quick to judge, unsure of what they were speaking about) . The keys to the dorms were Bluetooth, not sure how I feel about that. Also it is in the city centre, so at night the noise can definitely affect your sleep.

Location wise this was sooo good, very central. You can walk from the central station and it is located in the middle of the downtown market. Room was nice for a single person to relax and not share it with anyone. It was a complete definition of personal space with a private bathroom. (alogn with towels, sheets and hair dryer and toiletries) The room was airy, toilet was clean, bed was comfortable. A vending machine if you want water or snacks because water otherwise was not available in the vicinity. Luggage room is also available.

The toiletries in the bathroom could have been better for this price. The water in the faucet was not clean to drink which was very weird. The stairway carpet is not so clean and it is narrow, but there is a lift.

Great location. The bunk beds were clean and comfortable. Every bed provided with a socket AND a USB outlet, which I found very convenient. Although a bit noisy with the window opened, compared to other places, it was more of a comforting humming :) I actually enjoyed falling asleep watching people walking around the street.

The room is tiny! :D The kitchen area only opens from 8 to 10am, so we had trouble with breakfast as we had to leave before 8 o'clock. Sadly early check-in could not be provided, but we were offered to leave our bags for 3€ per bag. The tiny elevator did not work (we usually use stairs but were offered to use it to bring the baggage up). The sink was dripping on the bathroom floor.

The location probably what I liked the most. Its literally in the heart of old city of Brussels. only 5 minutes walk to Grand Place! I arrived at 00.30 and check out at 8.30 so I did not really used all the hotel facilities. the room was quite comfy, the amenities was there, and you can get all the basic needs you need from the hotel.

I need to take the stairs manually to the third floor since the staff already turned off the elevator (it's midnight already so I am not complaining, though). The elevator was quite small so if you travel big be prepare to lift your belongings into two or three times by the elevator.

The bed with the curtains give you privacy. The locations was amazing. Just in the heart of everything. Walking distance from train station and sightseeing. I would recommend it 100%.

In 5 days only could use 3 times the lift. Always busy, or for 2 days did not work. You could hear everything from every single room. Inclusive, people having sex very loudly. The looker was very small. The room is big enough to replace it for big ones. A person has done a check in 1:30 am, I think is not a great time to allow someone to do the check in when everybody is sleeping. The rest was alright. I would recommend it.

The location is great exactly next to metro and the grand place. Morning reception was nice and kind. Good wifi.

Breakfast was not so good, limited options. There was no card or key for the room. Upon arrival, while you’re tired and sweaty and you’re dying for a shower and a nap, you have to download and install an application to be able to open the door. But when you finally do, it doesn’t work and the door won’t open… So have to go down again and see that they actually had a card they could give you from the beginning😑

Clear communication, and very good services! The room was nicely decorated, and comfortable. I really liked the shower, and the way of checking in was quite fancy! Using your phone to unlock your room wasn't something I'd seen before.

The stairs are a little tight, so carrying suitcases up was a bit of a hassle. The floorboards upstairs also felt very uneven, though not to a concerning extent. The elevator was kind of scary- I didn't use it again.
