I absolutely recommend the Thon hotel, where I stayed for more than 3 weeks coz of house renovation. Very friendly and efficient staff who arranged early check. Close to the airport and the public bus route 272 from the airport stopped 400 metres from the hotel. Bus stop we learnt was Diegem Kennedy and you had to tell the bus driver that. I had a fall in the shower and the hotel managed the situation a very helpful and caring way. We stayed again on our return to Brussels to fly out. First question on return was to check how I had recovered from the fall. Wow.

This was my second time visiting Brussels and the second time staying at Thon. Once again, I was really satisfied by their offering overall, including the staff who were eager to help, the delicious breakfast and the close proximity to the companies (750m from my client). Highly recommend for business travelling at least!

The breakfast was really good and there were a variety of items. I was really happy that it started at 7 and that was really convenient for us. Also, the bed was comfortable and it was clean.

The receptionist was really rude. When we arrived we wanted to take a look at the breakfast area. We had brought sandwiches with us and we were looking for a table inside to eat. But she followed us and told us in a harsh and bold tone that we were not allowed there.

My colleague and I were locked out of another hotel, but luckily we found the number of this one and the reception kindly accepted our reservation at almost 1 am. Room, bed, bathroom: everything was clean and comfortable. The bus station is 3/4 minutes from the hotel and it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport.

Breakfast is very expensive.

I got lift to the hotel, but not sure how to get there by public transport during the weekend.

The hotel was very cozy and comfortable, homey even. The location was also very close to the airport with an airport taxi facility available through the reception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot and left my airpod case in my room and the staff patiently looked for it for me and kept it charge while I went back for them. All in all a 10/10 experience.

It is very close to the airport and also close to a trains station so it is easy to go to the city. The staff is very helpful and recommended different activities to do.

In the description of the hotel it said it had a shuttle to the airport and this is not true. It has an agreement with a taxi company that provides the service for $15 euro (which is ok). I traveled with my wife and son and they were kind enough to reserve a big taxi with a seat for my 2 year old son.

The hotel room is small but quite comfortable.

The room didn't match what I booked. I don't like the sound from outside to be heard in the room. So I can hear when my neighbour comes or do something in their room, because it's too noisy.

Well located to the airport and a short walk to local train line. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Screen in lounge provided updated information about flight departures. Snacks and drinks available for purchase in reception 24/7.

Nothing. Exactly what we expected at an airport hotel. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
