The bed was comfortable.

We arrived on the evening of Thursday and wanted to eat something however it would appear that the ENTIRE restaurant was booked for a "private event" ad we were sent to a vending machine in the hall or to the gas station to find something to eat. In my humble opinion, a Hotel located in a not so comfortable location like the Park Inn by the Bruxelles airport should never book off the entire restaurant and have their clients go to a eat at a gas station or the vending machine. At least offer room service at a discount. That did not sound too welcoming to me. I hope you find that reasonable.

I cannot understand in this day and age why there were customers waiting at reception for exactly 3pm to check in, so out dated. One customer had been waiting by reception for two hours as check in could only start at 3pm and not when the room was ready. I arrived at 2 59 and was told i had to wait for precisely 1 minute before i could start check in. Couldnt rooms be allocated if they were ready??

front desk staff was curt, bordering on rude. not helpful in explaining options to get to the airport nor warning us that we had to book the shuttle to take us there in advance.

The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and I really like the walk in shower. The location of the hotel is perfect for a short walk into NATO and a short taxi ride from the airport. Uber drivers rather than taxi drivers are the way to go when travelling short distances as the taxi drivers get grumpy if they get less than 25 Euro per trip. Took the Buffet in the restaurant and while it was more than I would normally pay for dinner (as a lone traveller in a hotel), it was good value and high quality.

I arrived at the restaurant and was told that there was only the buffet. It was a good buffet, but at 35 Euro, more than I would spend for dinner when its just me - and I just want something light. On leaving, I saw another guest with a burger, and another one with a salad. So in fact there was not only the buffet. The second night I arrived at restaurant and was told the same thing - this time I asked for the salad and yes... it was available. The price - 19 Euro. So less food than the buffet yes, but at 9pm its as much as I wanted to eat and cheaper. Its a bit cheeky to say there is only the buffet when there is other options available.

Very well set up for Business travellers. There were great amenities available too. I was most impressed with how professional and friendly all the staff were considering most of the patrons are only at the hotel for very short stays due to this being an airport convenience hotel. Most of these types of hotels the staff don’t make any effort to engage with the patrons. So I personally appreciate this about the Hotel.

The only very minor issue was that I asked for 1 large bed and I got two singles pushed together. But it wasn’t so much of an issue I felt the need to complain or ask for a room change.

Staff is very friendly, the room is quite large and offers the right amenities needed for a business stay - for example, an ironing board. The underground parking is very easy to use and definitely made my life easier in order to get around. You need a car if you're staying here - you can only access the nearby businesses on foot and the Diegem train station. If you have a car, then you have easy access to the Brussels ring and then the different highways. It's a short 10 minute drive from the airport.

Nothing to mention.

price and facilities are very good. It looks like it has been renovated and room was very big. However there is nothing around in the hotel and it is far from public transport. The parking is very expensive for its location.

Parking fee is very high for the location. 15 euros per day while in the center you can find for 12 euros. Prices in the restaurant and bar are extremely high. 4 euros for a bottle of water and 4 euros for a chocolate bar (twix) !!!! Obviously they take the chance to rip you off because there is nothing else around!

This is a very nice, value for money hotel close to the airport. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are relatively spacious, very clean and with comfortable bed and pillows. The bathrooms are modern. A sumptious breakfast is served with something for everybody. I will definitely stay here again on my future visits to Brussels as the hotel is in close proximity of the train station and the airport.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We needed a shuttle to the airport in the morning and when the service was cancelled, the hotel staff arranged for a taxi at no additional cost. The interior design is different, very cosy and inviting. The breakfast was very decent and the room was soundproofed with a very comfortable mattress.

The breakfast could include more variety of fresh fruits and wholegrain bakery products. Also, we had a beer at the bar and we found it overpriced (6-8 Euros per beer).

requested a king sized bed and was told there were only twin rooms available. not sure I believed that as the hotel seemed very quiet. also the shuttle to the airport is not free - only €5 but seems that they should be offering that for free…
