Restaurant was wonderful - menu had a great selection and the quality was excellent, breakfast buffet was very good, shuttle was very helpful and easy to access, room was very nice, all staff were wonderful - front desk, restaurant, shuttle driver.

We drove in from Luxembourg and didn’t realize there was no parking even to unload our luggage. We pulled into where the hired cars were parked and were able to get a luggage cart across the lot to unload our luggage before we returned our rental car. We were told there was no parking on site, so if we had a personal car it’s not clear what we would have done. I understand that it works differently in the US, but we were just not prepared for the parking situation (or lack, thereof).

It was an exceptional example of client centricity. Initially I choose this hotel as it was close to the airport just to save some time in the morning and sleep longer. And also there should be shuttles available. But shuttles start at 6 am during this time of the year. The receptionist proposed to order the taxi for our convenience. Unfortunately taxis didn’t want to take orders from the hotel and the receptionist took his own car to help the guest to get to the airport and not to be late. Thank you very much for this amazing attitude and the help. Also the hotel is quite comfortable to stay including room, beds, shower/bath facilities.

Nothing to complain, I think the hotel staff is able to help if something happens

The rooms were very nice and we especially enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. The bartenders were great and very customer friendly.

The only thing that bothered us is we ordered breakfast room service one day, put the tray outside when finished but the staff for some reason refused to pick up the tray. We called room service and asked them to remove it, no avail. We called the front desk twice but still no movement. We finally move it to the table by the elevator, still no movement. The tray was there when we left, more than 24 hours after most of the food was consumed. Why would a hotel allow a used food tray to be viewed by other guests for so long? Very odd, unless someone was trying to make a point.

Great choice for flying out early from Brussels. Superbly clean, excellent bed and bedding, large bathroom with good hair and body products. Very close to the airport and easy to get in and out. Parking free of charge. We left too early to check out the breakfast offerings, but by all accounts we would've had no complains in that respect, either. Very good soundproofing, we didn't hear any planes at all.

I'm not sure the thermostat was working, and the room was a bit cold as a result. The mini fridge was empty, but we had the option to call down to the reception and fill it up. However, as we got there fairly late and then set off early in the morning, that would've been too much of a hassle.

I had a great experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel! The team there was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Although we encountered an issue with the locker, the staff promptly addressed it and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered us complimentary breakfast. This thoughtful touch truly reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and hospitality!

The hotel was very well located, close to the city and with easy access to our other destinations. The breakfast was excellent and had so much variety and good quality options that you can stay for days with no concern to be repeating same stuff day after day.

The room had a disturbing noise in the bathroom, audible from the room. Over night, the location is quiet and tranquil - but this made the sound even more upsetting - we could not have a proper night of sleep. And because it was Easter weekend, no one was available to fix. What a shame - that could be easily the best hotel in our trip, but it was downgraded to an average position because of a simple maintenance problem.

The hotel is located a short drive from the airport. If you rent a car, it's a perfect location, but it's too far (in my opinion) if you plan to walk to the airport. The room was big and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and featured a bathtub as well as a shower. The room was clean. The food at the restaurant was excellent ! We had an a la carte dinner there, and all of the dishes we ordered were great (the streak was a bit too done, MW instead of M, but that was the only thing). Breakfast was also very good. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, even more so the staff at the restaurant.

Comfortable beds, quite, next to the park, free airport shuttle that runs every 30 mins, has everything you need in the room, very clean, big room.

A bit far from the train station, closest restaurants are about 30 mins walk to a downtown, lots of constructions nearby.

I don't often write reviews, but this hotel far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a convenient place to stay, close to the Brussels airport, that would provide a shuttle to the airport early in the morning for an early flight. We had a very nice experience. The hotel was comfortable and clean, the staff were kind, helpful and cheerful. There isn't a lot near the Brussels airport so we didn't go out. We ate in the hotel restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were fantastic. The hotel breakfast offered EVERYTHING we could possibly have wanted--fresh fruits and vegetables, abundant eggs, meat, smoke salmon, cheeses, smoothies, yogurts, granola, pastries...We also had espresso and cappuccino with fresh squeezed juices. It was a great way to start a very long day of travel.

The property is very nice and our room was well appointed and clean. We arrived on my birthday and were given a room upgrade. We had dinner at the bar and the staff brought dessert and sang HBD to me. The next day we took the free shuttle to the airport. It was such a lovely stay! We would definitely recommend it.
