Modern, very clean, and big rooms. We liked the divan in the room. Was very surprising. Not an average hotel room furniture. Hotel is very well equipped with fitness room, billiard table etc. We liked the 24h vending machines in the hall. Many happy people playing billiard or having fun at the bar, good vibes on our arrival in the evening. Even though next to the airport, to our surprise the room was very quiet. Being in the "pampas", you have much space for walking your dog.

I could write "the location" but we were only on the way through and we knew what we get into. Restaurant and bar closes at 10pm or so. We stayed hungry on our arrival. No restaurant nearby (not the hotels fault).

Truly superb rooms; very comfy, spacious and stylish, and great beds!

-Getting to the hotel is a drag, as ONLY in the hotel are shuttle times displayed. And why does one need to pay an extra palsy 5 EURO for these shuttles, through a complicated online token system? Bit unclear, as website and review states they are free. Best to take a taxi to the hotel and buy a token at the reception for retour to the airport. -Truly in the middle of nowhere, so be prepared to pay top overpriced dollar for drinks and food, unless you load up at the airport prior to going to the hotel.

check in was smooth and got tickets for the bus to go to the airport the next morning. rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff at check in were very helpful.

Would have liked a coffee machine in the room - only tea supplied the shuttle to and from the airport - when we came here on train and got to the airport at 4 - the shuttle only started running at 6 p.m so we had to take a city bus which was a little stressful. went down for a bite to eat and had to eat on a low table in the first section - the waiter told us the dinning room was only for corporate events yet we saw people in there after we finished - we also saw we could have sat outside as it was a nice day!

Everything! Exceptional stay. First, the staff from each department was beyond amazing with their service and care. The front desk personal were so kind with my parents and caring. The restaurant staff service and attention were extrordinary. Second, the hotel facilities are spectacular and modern, our room was very big, and the beds very comfortable. Finally, for transportation to the Brussels airport you have the option by taxi or shuttle bus and the distance is less than 10 min. In addition, tbis hotel is within 6 min walking distance to Diagem train station so you can connect with Brussels North, central or midi in less than 10 minutes. Definitely is a property to come back!

Close to the airport for connections to other cities. Breakfast was able to cater for my gluten free and non dairy needs-thank you.

Due to delays, our airline put us overnight into the Holiday Inn and included dinner and breakfast. We were too late for dinner as the kitchen had closed but went to the bar and bought a bottle of wine (€40!) Within 10 mins, we were asked to leave the bar as it was closing and had to sit in the lobby. We hadn’t been told this when we bought the wine! Many fellow passengers were stranded here and it is disappointing (as hotel guests) that they couldn’t stay open long enough for us to finish our wine at 11pm and could have offered crisps/nuts.

Nice rooms, comfy beds and amazing breakfast. Shuttle service from and to airport running every day and punctual! Perfect for a night stay while waiting for your next flight.

The self check-in did not work for the majority of the people arriving with me and only one receptionist had to process us all. He was fast, professional and friendly, but of course this prolonged our waiting time for the check-in quite a bit.

When arriving very late we could still use the little kiosk to purchase beverages and enjoy this while playing a game of pool, in a discrete corner of the Lounge/reception area.

That I was obliged to paythe full 24 hours parking for short overnight as we were leaving early the following morning. Alarm was what sounded like an articulated lorry outside room window. But thankfully I'd had an amazing sleep :)

Very clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast with lots of choices (enjoyed the fresh smoothies a lot). Modern feel. Restaurant was great for dinner, good food and nice, efficient service. The little shop is super practical, and I love that you can pay w self check out.

The shuttle bus is very useful but doesn’t always turn up for pick up at the airport. Even though I had reserved and paid in advance, I waited for half an hour in the cold in the evening and ended up taking a taxi. Receptionist was nice and at least gave me a complimentary ride back to the airport. That was was on time and smooth.

I had to leave by 5 am, breakfast starts from 6 or 630 am. I asked the reception lady if there was any chance to get something. She brought me cookies, yoghurt, apple, pear, mineral water and juice. That was much more than I expected. I was hoping for one banana. Amazing support;

There was mini electrical panel in the wardrobe. It was very noisy and it was hard to sleep

The location of the hotel is very convenient because I was travelling from Brussels Airport the next morning. The hotel shuttle runs regularly and got me there with plenty of time. I was impressed by the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff, especially Carlos at the reception when I checked-in. I appreciated that there are many places to work at my laptop, the decor is very nice and functional. The fitness centre is small enough, but well equipped and it felt great to get some exercise in after/before a long travel day.

The pillows were too soft for my liking, but that's something I'm finding in a lot of continental European hotels. The bed overall was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep.
