Everything was great, the facilites are new, everything is clean, staff is great and the location is perfect, couple of minutes walk to the old center. And it is a great deal for such a hotel at that price.

We made sure over booking that the hotel has parking before we came because we needed a parking spot and we were checking in late. We parked in front of the hotel, because there was no information on where is the parking from the hotel. It would be good in the envelope where they give you information about the room and entrence when it's late and the receptionist is not at the desk that they leave this information also. To be fair there was a phone number to call and ask, however we didn't want to disturb since we already saw parked cars in front of the hotel and no body made an issue for parking on the sidewalk.

Great location, hotel is very clean and rooms are very nice.

Upon arrival we asked receptionist about payment methods and asked if we can pay with EUR and he agreed. Couple of hours later (as we came earlier) upon check in, receptionist said that he only accept certain amount which he did not mentioned earlier. Our room had a broken window which can be only closed with screwdriver, i reported that to the same receptionist and he said that the window is working just fine.

Everything.

Breakfast was very simple, at second morning we cannot eat, because the staff leaved earlier. The recepcionist paid back the price of breakfast. The air conditioner air filter was stucked in the room, it should clean more frequently...

It is a good and clean place with extremely helpful staff. The location is also convenient, and you can easily get to the center as it is located next to all the sights. You can pay for your stay with a card, and they may help you with a white card (белый картон).

The mattress was too soft for me, and some switches were broken, but it did not affect my stay.

The bed and the air condition could have been better in our room. If you can’t book parking place at the hotel, you can leave your car in a public lot close to the hotel (1,5 euro/hour). The corner where the archduke was assasinated by Gavrilo Princip in 1914 is only 200 meters from the hotel!!

The location of the hotel is great: close to old town Sarajevo but away from the crowds. Easy access to a park with a beer garden. The facilities were nice.

There were some issues with the A/C which was relevant because of a heat wave. However, I was moved to a different room the second night.

Great quality for the price. Very nice, helpful and flexible staff. The room was equipped well, you can pay by card. Good location, near the cable car and the river.

The breakfast is plenty and tasty, but the coffee machine does not make the best coffee. :)

I love the staff and how they can communicate. It was my pleasure to meet them. Very helpful.

Airconditioning was not enough in my place. When they clean the room they forget to put shampoo and soap sometimes

Great location and value for money. The staff was attentive and responsive, smoothly managed our quite late (2AM) check-in. Good breakfast.

Our room had an unpleasant odor of cigarette smoke that left us feeling that the otherwise clean room was dirty.

The services were beyond expectations for such a low price. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast satisfactory. I recommend! The location is excellent - 5 minutes from the center.
