The Ornament Hotel has exceeded all my expectations. The superb location in the center of Sarajevo is one of the biggest traits that allows one to reach all destinations on foot and very quickly. The free parking slots are especially worthy. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The cleanness is awesome, and the interior is quite new. The breakfast is tasty, and the menu is versatile. The hotel allows one a good stay and rest at a reasonable price. All other features (TV, air-conditioner, refrigerator, and Wi-Fi) are fully functional. I highly recommend this facility!

This hotel is an ideal place to stay in Sareajevo. It is situated in a very central, convenient and beautiful location. The staff is kind, friendly and efficient when you need anything. The room is very comfortable and very clean. There is also convenient free parking for your car if you need it. I will definitely stay there again.

There are no things I did not like, because the place is lovely. Perhaps the breakfast could be improved, but that is a negligible detail.

Staff is super kind, supportive and helpful. The place is so well located (walking distance from the best area in Sarajevo); the room was flawless and spacious. It was a great experience, we pay at our arrival exactly was it was agreed online.

We’ve a restrictive diet (vegan), not suitable for the breakfast the hotel offers; the good thing is that there are many restaurants around where you can find something.

Super convenient to old town area. Comfortable bed and plenty of room for people and bags. Nicely appointed bathroom. Breakfast was adequate - nothing special, but enough options for everyone to start their day. Staff left keys for our late-night check-in.

We would have enjoyed whole-grain bread and more fresh fruit at breakfast. Also, we suggest softer / lower-wattage lighting in the room (the bedside lights were super bright).

The hotel is completely new. It is very nice, clean and on great location, just 2 minutes away from old center and Baščaršija, Sarajevo’s old bazaar. Taxi stop is right through the door, even though every attraction is easy accessible by foot.

I would recomend just one thing and this is a food heater, that would keep food warm, because at the breakfast all the eggs were cold very soon. Otherwise I liked everything.

Very nice room, super clean, very good location. One of few places in Sarajevo where guests are not allowed to smoke inside.

We were quite disapointed with the breakfast. We showed up at least 30 min before it was supposed to finish, but the food was nearly all gone by then. We only managed to get some bread and cheese spread.

Great location right next to the old centre of Sarajevo with free parking to boot. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff speaks English very well, which makes communicating easy for international visitors. Great value for money and a definite recommendation when visiting beautiful Sarajevo

Very nice hotel, about as close as you can get to the centre. We were a little lost when arriving and the staff were extremely helpful. Top hotel, well worth a visit. Will use again if I am ever in Sarajevo again.

Ornament hotel is a lovely place to stay, right next to the Old Town in Sarajevo. The rooms was comfortable and well appointed. Taxi stop is right outside the front door. A very convenient place to stay in Sarajevo.
