Location is excellent. Close to shopping center and a short walk to the old town, Baščaršija. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Although I reserved a parking spot, I had to drive around to get to the parking spot near the hotel that the receptionist directed me to (not in front of the hotel) . The entrance to the parking spot was tight and had to (very carefully) maneuver the car to it.

Good location; about 2 kilometers to the bus station and about 1 kilometer to Baščaršija. A shopping mall with a grocery store just next door. Nice, friendly and helpful staff, modern rooms. The breakfast could have a bit more variety, especially regarding yoghurts and fruits. But they have real coffee, not a machine, which definitely is a plus!

The pillows are too big, and sometimes there was a sort of like cigarette smell through the ventilation.

Hotel was cute, perfect location, close to everything, but not not on the very busy road, so not noisy to sleep. It was clean, comfy bed and staff was so friendly and helpful

Came to breakfast late but I would have liked to have had more bread options, like multi seeded bread or a brown bread. And some honey for the tea :-) otherwise it was great

The hotel is very conveniently located. I really appreciated the divine kindness of the staff and the remarkable level of diligence with which you go about their tasks. The city decorations in each room (including the breakfast room) and the colourful atmosphere are also delightful. Highly recommendable!

The persistent smell of cigarette smoke in rooms (not a matter of cleanness as the hotel is indeed clean), which is unfortunately quite common in the entire area and region.

A great stay The staff was amazing and they were always super friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean and in a convenient place across from the grocery store, shops, restaurants.

It was a bit further out from Old Town than I would have liked, and the soap wasn't filled but overall a great stay.

Have zero things to complain about. Decent size rooms, very clean. The staff was great and welcoming. After the checkout, they allowed us to leave our car on their property for several hours. When you see the location (amazing!), you'll understand what that means.

The staffs were super friendly and nice. I stayed in a single room, and it was a bit small but still fine. The location is also great since it takes about 10~15 min to the old city yet very quiet. Recommended.

Air conditioning not cooling at all. Hot summer in Sarajevo, windows are designed to keep rooms hooter, so, bad combination.

It's small hotel near town center and Baščaršija and is new renovated. The stuff were nice and helpful. The highlight was for me free parking place in the centre.

The room and bathroom were a little small, but not in the way that disturb us. For one night stay ok.
