It was great stay in overall all. The location of the hotel is excpetional, simply in the heart of Sarajevo, you get to feel the life of the city every moment. The reception and the check-in process was great. The hotel facilities in overall are excellent including the room size and furniture, certainly I will come back

- The variety of breakfast could be improved, especially if someone staying relatively longer he would feel unsatisfactory. - The level of cleaning service/ room make-up is not meeting 5 star hotels standards elsewhere. - The type of pillows can be better. I hope this would be improved to make it a perfect stay in this beautiful.

Swissotel Sarajevo is undoubtedly among the best and newest hotels in Sarajevo, yet slightly inconsistent. It generally leaves a good impression with a tried-and-tested functional design. More importantly, it ensures guests feel commodious in the rooms and the conference centre. The entire hotel functions well and exudes a bit of prestige. Originality is another trait of the hotel, but the staff and service do not meet expectations related to the brand. Regardless, Swissotel Sarajevo is still a typical Swissotel at first glance: likeable, instantly recognisable and very Swiss. It would be a crime to overlook it, as it is among the leading hotels in the city. When visiting Sarajevo, staying at this hotel is a reliable choice. The spa, stretching across two floors, is intimate, innovative and above standard. That is due to the staff, overall quality and size, as it measures a roomy 2000 m2. We undoubtedly recommend visiting the spa after a long event day.

If you expect alcoholic drinks in the mini bar, restaurant or elsewhere in the hotel, you should find accommodation in another establishment. Nonetheless, halal food is a great choice in our opinion. Swiss hospitality is the trademark of Swissotel. But having such a motto raises the expectations of guests. The actual experience of each guest depends on the daily form of the staff. As we stayed at the hotel, we experienced everything from super-professional and kind staff members to an ambivalent receptionist at the check-in

Everything was beautiful. I loved the room big and spacious, bathroom, the mountain view from my room 811 and I loved the Resturant and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I booked three rooms unfortunately they only gave me one mountain view 811, the other two 806 and 810 had very bad view, city view but being on the 8th they were overlooking the roof of the mall and the glass was dirty, it had rain stains. I suggest people should have the choice to choose between mountain view and city view, and be charged a bit more for mountain view.

calm area

I have stayed in the hotel for 5 nights it was an amazing experience except for the employees working in the resturant during breakfast time, most of the time they were not helpful , few had some attitude and other ignored your request.Except for one day the service was really good , i believe the manger in charge was there specifically on the 7th march 2023 at around 9 am. This shouldn’t be the case the service should be always up to standard even if the manager is not there. Please look into this matter and improve your service for a full enjoyable experience in this hotel. Kindly take this feedback in consideration.

- very clean room, hotel - spacious rooms - very diverse breakfast - walking distance from Baščaršija (old city centre) - hotel is part of the comerical centre

- garage extra pey (10 EUR/day) - elevator only, stairs are fire escape only. I have problems with claustrophobia. Rooms are available on higher floors (from 8 or 11). - wellness (during our stay was available just 2 savnas and pool). We spent more than half an hour to find the person who gave us sauna towels. Bur she was very quick to warned us that we have to leave the saunas 10 minutes before closing time. - hotel is dry hotel -they are not offering in the mini bar and in hotel bar alcohold drinks.

The location, the staff, the general hygiene, and cleanness, the room was extremely spacious, the city view was breathtaking.

The following points are minor compared to my general satisfaction expressed earlier. 1) The main entrance used to get crowded most of the time due to the lack of valet attendants. 2) The phone in my room was quite dirty with dirt and food stains all over it. 3) The bathroom shower dispenser was not filled prior to my arrival. 4) The towel rack in the bathroom was quite loose, barely attached to the wall.

The hotel is near Sarajevo City Center, very safe to walk in and out anytime of the day. The view is very nice from the room. We’ve had one of the best breakfast and the lady chef cooks the perfect eggs each and every time. Harun from Cafe Swiss was very nice and polite. Also when we checked out, Bakir assisted us and was very nice and accommodating. They clean our room everyday and we had the best stay in Sarajevo. We will surely stay on this hotel next time we come back to Bosnia.

Excellent breakfast, some 20 minutes walking distance to the old town. Nice swimming pool. great breakfast.

The tour guide, whom we hired through the hotel, was not not professional, did not know basic information about history of Bosnia. He even said that Albania was a part of Yugoslavia...

The hotel is clean and modern and staff is very friendly. It is quiet despite having access to the mall next door. It is on the pricey side. You have a few grocery stores in the area and modern food choices. However if you want traditional dishes or sightseeing it’s about 30/50 min walk

Nothing everything is fine
