The treatment of the female staff was wonderful at the reception and farewell

1- There are not enough tissues in the bedrooms and living room. 2- There is no bidet next to the toilet in the bedroom bathroom... 3- The pillows are old and worn out and not suitable for sleeping. 4- The lack of a phone to contact the reception to request anything. 5- The taxes must be low at Booking and also clear for the late checkout. 6- The lack of a kitchen and the lack of coffee, tea and water in the beginning, as in the four-star hotel apartments... This is a note. The price comparison is not good because the services are incomplete.

Amazing breakfast , all very tasty and fresh.. Very clean facility.. The staff is very kind and professional...Upon request they can call a taxi to hotel and its efficient. Spacious rooms.. Hair drier is powerful.

Location is not the best.. You need to climb around 100 150 meter up hill to reach the hotel. There is no toiletry provided so you have to consider buying at city.. The terrace is neglected, there is no bar at up there. You need to go to terrace turn on the lights and create your atmosphere.. Don't expect a city view from the room even though its advertised , all you will see will be another building. The TV in room is so small and not Smart, so you cant turn it into a multimedia center. No kettle at kitchen. Handheld Bidet Spray at toilets were dirty , disgusting. Wi fi constantly disconnects..

We stayed here for 3 days with our family of 5, and it was a wonderful experience. The accommodation was excellent – the room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor, which was quiet and peaceful. A big plus is the underground parking, and it was very convenient to have a lift right up to our floor. Highly recommend this place for families!

However, there was an issue with the shower water – it alternated between being too cold and too hot, even when the tap was in the same position. So we had to stay on guard while showering. But overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’d still recommend this place for families!

Great staff, helpful people! Clean room, great terrace view from the top of the hotel. Hotel has its own garage.

Location. Spacious. New, clean & comfy. Window back blinds completely blind light off.

Pigeons very disturbing when using outdoor facilities (balcony and restaurant). Breakfast is very cheap (everything from bread, dairy to fruits) No proper rook service. No adequate toiletries. Towels are quite old and overused.

Very good breakfast with a wide selection ranging from fried eggs to different kind of pate to spread on your choice of bread. Room very cosy and has kitchen tacit so you could cook lunch or dinner after buying groceries which some stores provide which is not far from the hotel. Staff are very helpful and do their best to help very friendly too and will greet you everytime you see them at the desk. The Hotel itself is quite close to the city center you could walk to multiple shopping malls and a couple of places of interest such as a misused is quite close also.

A slight downside is that the hotel is on a hill so if you are walking from the city or take the bus from the airport you may find it quite tiresome to get up the hill with said heavy bags. This isn’t a really big issue though!

Liked the location, 10 mins walking distance to the first shopping mall and 30 mins of calm promenading to Bascarsija. The fact of provided parking space under the garage - top notch. The brekkie was lovely: eggs, ham, cheese, sweet pastry, cornflakes and oats, meat and veggie options. My apartment was very spacious, had two TVs, a kettle, fridge, two closets and a terrace. Great bargain for your penny, I mean, Bosnian marke. Would recommend and return.

Amazing stay at Aparthotel. Can not recommend it enough. We were greeted on arrival by Bakir, a lovely front of house employee. Bakir couldn't do enough for us and gave us helpful advice and list of places to visit. Honestly such a lovely guy. The breakfast is vast considering it's a small hotel. The breakfast staff are beyond helpful and we regret forgetting to tip them on our last day :-( The apartment was very clean, great facilities and very comfortable nights sleep. Free basement parking. 10 minute drive to old town.Only feed back is to provide double duvet togs instead of single togs. Other than that wonderful stay ,highly recommend.

Nothing was fabulous.

The staff was very friendly and oriented to provide good services and solutions (help with advices around city, call the cab, allow extra hours of free parking; .….) Beautifull view on the city from the roof-terrace. Proprety was comfy for kid and me, very clean, having two bathrooms.

No coffe in a room, even having fully equiped kitchen, for coffe there are machines with coffe prices like in city centers. Bring tons of Bosnian coins for a coffe. Also one should bring his own slippers (the one provided by property are super-thin and floor was very cold for the kid). Even being super cool and located on 15 mins walking from US embassy, still I feel quite expensive.

Upgrade to bigger room from hotel, very nice coffee from coffee machine, breakfast was nice

Reception staff could be more attentive and have more knowledge about tourism, give more information, they was not involved nor interested at all to help for city or Visoko tour, sending us to another staff and another timings to ask about it, just not to make an effort an to be involved. Also we ask for heating the room as it was cold and how air conditioning works, one male staff told us one thing in the evening how to turn on, but it wasn't working so it was cold all night and then next day when we ask same person he was convincing us that heaters not working yet in whole hotel and that he told us that info yesterday. We was in shock. Completely same person saying totalno two different things. So it was cold inside our room for us our complete stay. The rest was all good.
