Lovely traditional hotel, the pool and spa were great, everything you need to unwind after a day on the slopes. The location is quiet but an easy walk to the gondola about 7 minutes! The breakfast staff are amazing, they went out of their way to make sure there were vegan options for my husband. The breakfast was fantastic - so much choice and they even made us a picnic on the day we left as we left before breakfast. It is such a great hotel, it’s low key, friendly and I’d quite like to keep it as a secret!!

If I was to change anything it would be nice to have a kettle to make hot drinks.

We liked everything - location, room, facilities, food, team, spa. Our family had a really great time in this hotel. We'll be back for sure.

Would be better to have some more different food, the menu was a little monotony. But tastes good anyway)

The hotel is in a nice location, the staff is friendly, the rooms are warm, clean and simply decorated. We very much enjoyed the spa area with the saunas, indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was our favorite activity. The price we paid for half board included the spa and it was 1000% worth it and also very cheap! The food was also okay. We are not picky eaters. The atmosphere was very warm and nice in the hotel.You felt like you were in a family home.Mr Ivan and Mitko helped us regarding some issues with our reservation and we are very grateful for that! Breakfasts and dinners were very good and the spa was great.

It would be better if breakfast started earlier so we could catch the gondola lift earlier.

The rooms and SPA are very clean. Great please and friendly people.

The hotel was old/rustique style but spotless clean and nicely organized. It offers a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a number of steaming rooms. It also has a small gym and games room. We opted for half board and breakfasts were amazing and dinners as well (although if you don't eat pork or eat halal food, you will definitely struggle at the dinner time). The hotel staff were nice and even suggested rental places for skiing equipment with a discount - which is always a nice saver for families on vacation. There's also a big public parking right next to the hotel and it is convenient if you drove to Bansko.

No major complaints- the only small remark is beds were not extremely comfortable, and pillows were either too high or too flat. And if you don't eat pork, you'd struggle if you opt for half-board, i.e. dinner at the hotel.

Peaceful, great spa and pool, breakfast was good and lots to choose from, big garden, our room had beautiful mountain view.
