Loved the location and the room I was in. Easy access to bathroom with shower and toiletries, and to a kitchen. The place was easy to find, and a key was left out for mecin a keybox as I arrived late.

There is no 24/7 front desk like it says on here there will be. I didn’t see any staff during the day either. The key to my room was hard to make work - when coming back from being outside it took me 10 minutes to be able to unlock my door.

Breakfast, is kinda okayish for this price: a boiled egg and a chocolate croissant. Coffee/tea for your choice. Chicory (tsikoria) was also offered, but was so awfully old, so I trashed it. Room: I got a nice big room with king's size bed. Bathrooms are clean. A few aquariums with fish. A property is old, so it's kinda has a history.

Room: I got street-view room. The room was good, the view is good, but for some reason it was a bit noisy, I think the windows are bit loose. Not bad, just a fact: in the room was a table, but near the table weren't any wall sockets. The hall, the kitchen was very dusty at some places. Probably, a bit of a woman's touch could help the property. Both aquariums looks dirty on the glasses.

The stay was ok. I can't call it is breakfast as is only a boiled egg and croissant. The location is good and a convenient store is just opposite side.

The host is not very friendly as he is no communicating well in advance. His message was in Bulgarian and his answer was very late.There is no one in the reception but they mentioned 24 hours reception in booking.com. Breakfast the worst as it is only a boiled egg with croissant. climbing to to it's second floor would be horrible for this with heavy luggage.

At first ,I was concerned how it’s going to be but, the atmosphere was very welcoming and this property was offering everything. It really made me feel like at home. In the morning there were boiled eggs and croissant for breakfast. you could make yourself a cup of tea and coffee at anytime. There was also a second shower room. In my room the whole atmosphere reminded me an old classic house. there were pictures everywhere. it was like an Art gallery.

central location, all the spaces were very clean and it felt like home. The host was so nice. the most important is that although is central area, is quite and perfect for resting

There was little instructions to how to arrive and payment details. I thought it was a hostel but is more like an apartment with no card payment. Also the coffee machine is on top of the fridge and was very hard to get there since I am only 151cm but I guess this does not affect most guests.

Great location in Sofia within easy reach of Serdika metro station and walking distance to the main sites. Maria was a very friendly host and my room was very comfortable. Facilities are quite basic but clean and all working fine. For such a price I was very happy with my stay. The little breakfast (a boiled egg, croissant and hot drink) was a nice touch.

I was a little concerned about the lock on my door which jammed a couple of times.

Large room with balcony. Common areas interestingly decorated. Two toilets and showers for four rooms, so no problems waiting. Hot shower. Very central. Kitchen available. Egg and chocolate croissant for breakfast. Comfortable bed. Altogether excellent!

I messed up getting into the place at first as I didn't receive the email with the code. My fault. This got sorted out, but you will need to check your emails on the day.

I had a spacious room with a big bed. The room was nicely furnished. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets are shared. Free breakfast consists of croissant and egg. There is also kitchen where you can make coffee. The location is fantastic, only 5-7 minutes from the Serdika central metro station, you can also hop on one of the trams which can also bring you to Serdika in 2 minutes. It is also very close to Vitosha street, the main pedestrian street full of bars and restaurants. I recommend this place for an affordable stay in Sofia in good location.

All good, location in the center. The receptionist speaks Italian, which was great to communicate. Breakfast included, which is coffee, a croissant and one egg (I would add a Bulgarian yogurt, they are great). Get in touch with the property by booking.com to schedule the check-in, as the receptionist is not always there.

No shower door and it makes the whole bathroom wet.

I arrived rather late and was provided with self check-in instructions. There is a little sign on the door, The photos that came with the check-in instructions are helpful. The stairwell is rather dark, I'm not sure if some lights were broken. I was easily able to get into my private room. The room has a comfortable bed and a little couch. There is a streetview and regular city noise, not too bothersome. There is a reception area with a nice fish aquarium. There is a shared bathroom that is very clean. Bring your own towel and soap. There is a washing machine to use for a small fee. In the morning, there was a breakfast: a packaged chocolate croissant, boiled egg, and coffee from the espresso machine. The house has nice rocks and minerals as decor and a variety of cool plants. I never saw the host/owner. It's basically self check-in: easy. The location is walking distance from the major sites in Sofia.
