The staff were wonderful at the hotel I can thank them enough. the place was clean comfortable. The staaff were very welcoming, parking was not problem either plenty of spaces. The TV received very good channels news in english you can get Euronews sky international and other channels very very good was able to catch up with new from home. Breakfast was very good with plenty of cooffee and bread. Yoana who served mew was so nice and her customer service was exceptional too. I will always stay in the hotel 5 min walk from the Metro station and 10 mins drive from Sofia Airport excellent hotel.

It was Easter in Bulgaria and a holiday too. So the restaurant was closed for easter in the evening , no worries there is a Happy Restaurant across the road had anevening meal there. maybe better sign posts for the exit from the main road becareful as the entrance is arrow and you can drive past the hotel.

The hotel was very conveniently located for us for catching an early morning flight at the airport. Staff was very polite. Relatively clean. The main bed was comfortable. There was place for car parking, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Quick check-in and check-out.

My daughter did not feel comfortable on the sofa bed. They were really polite to offer us breakfast packages, but it turned out the food was not worth taking it.

The property was very clean, and the aroma when I walked through the door was delicious, truly the smell was just amazing, really homely, the staff were very friendly and helpful especially as we arrived a little late.

Unfortunately, the sink in my family members room was a little ´out of order‘ shall we say but it was all ok in the end.

Hotel contacted booking.com and said c/card had declined for payment. I called the hotel and made payment with card. not many channels on the TV in the room would have loved to see Euronews etc

Very quiet, clean hotel, close to the metro. Very polite and friendly staff. Spacious bathroom with very good shower.Breakfast was limited but nice, it had all essentials and good coffee.

Parking was full and someone had parked badly,taking 2 spaces. We told the hotel staff but they didn’t do anything.We had to park further up the street,in front of an entrance to a building site-luckily it was a weekend,but please improve the management of the parking spaces.

We were upgraded from a standard room to an apartment with an extra room. The room was very big! The staff is attentive to every request and problem. Close to the airport - very suitable for us!

The shower is not closed enough and the water splashes out. The entrance to the hotel and its exterior should be renovated - it looks uninviting even though the inside of the hotel is cozy.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, everything worked, there is a minibar, the bathroom has the necessary things. The location of the hotel is convenient and easy to find. Hotel employees are polite, ready to help with any question. Breakfast is classic, delicious

There were something wrong with the water flow of the bathroom of our room. The floor of the toilet room was full of water after taking shower.

They deserve 10 out of 10. The location is a good one. The staff was nice and have great customer service and made sure that we are comfortable and have a pleasant stay.

The Room was clean The bed was super comfy and the television channels were excellent I was able to watch many UK channels. The room was warm and the bathroom was good with shampoo and soap provided. I had a good nights sleep because it was quiet. The Hotel is in a good location with a restaurant in the hotel.

The breakfast was good with toast and coffee and a good choice, however the serving were small and some juice would be appreciated and may be a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee
