The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the trees and a glimpse of a view in the distance. The shower was good and the compact modern bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The heated towel rail came in very handy to dry our costumes after spending time in the spa. The hotel provided a gown and slippers for use in the spa which had a great hot tub, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. We both had a back massage in the spa that we rated highly. Breakfast was good each morning with a selection of hot and cold breakfast food. We ate in the restaurant each night with lovely views and we enjoyed our meals which were reasonably priced with an extensive drinks menu. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Taxi drivers seemed reluctant to take us to the hotel due to it's remote location and steep climb up and back. I would recommend pre-booking your taxi both ways.

The hotel is locatad in a peaceful and tranquil place. The room was clean and cosy with beautiful view of snowy pines. Breakfast is pretty common, and the dinner menu is much better, I was not disappointed. Staff is polite and cheerful. And the hotel itself is stylish. What I liked the most was views: from the room, from the dining room, from the lobby. I want to visit Moreni again.

Sometimes there was no one of personnel in the lobby bar when I wanted buy some snacks or soft drinks. Considering that the hotel is distant from grocery stores it would be conveniet to have an opportunity to get something from the bar.

A great accommodation. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a spacious terrace (which we didn’t use due to the cold weather). I liked that robes and slippers were provided for the kids for the SPA. The SPA isn’t large, but it’s a good place to relax. Delicious dinner at the restaurant. Great views and outdoor activities nearby.

It's great that there’s a playroom for kids, but it’s next to a room that smells of smoke and is also quite chilly, so it doesn’t feel comfortable to stay close to the kids while enjoying a drink or a book. The breakfast was good, but it lacked more vegetable options and quality bread choices.

We stayed here for five nights and overall had a positive experience. The staff are pleasant. The rooms are small but functional, the shower has a good amount of power to it, even though it soaks the bathroom floor. (Never understand these open showers) There's a good breakfast selection - no complaints there. Free parking right outside. The road up to the hotel is an experience but not as bad as some folk make out. The hotel is half way up a mountain - what do you expect? The spa facilities are clean and fabulous. Sauna, steam room, hot tub, relaxation area. It's fine if it's quiet - not sure what it would be like if it was really busy. Maybe an outdoor hot tub would be a good addition. As mentioned, overall positive and would definitely recommend.

The carpet in our room had seen better days. Either needs a good deep clean or replaced. The restaurant at night was a strange experience. There's one waiter who looked and acted like the caretaker - not really appropriate. One night we ordered starters, they arrived, immediately followed by one of our main meals. So one main dish had to sit on our table for 10 minutes while we finished our starters and then wait for the other main to arrive. This is unacceptable. Turns out, the chef can only prepare one set of main dishes at a time. Don't really understand this but here's a tip. If you want to enjoy a meal with your partner at the same time, order the same thing! Must add, there was nothing wrong with the food.

Great location, great hotel, great facilities. Amazing views and excellent bar. This is wonderful hotel very close to Sofia which gives a great mountain chalet experience.

Please lower the lights at the SPA, it really ruins the ambience. Check in should be faster and once the guests arrive it would be nice to be offered to have seat rather than waiting standing at the reception for 20' until check in is completed. Seriously, remove all the fake flowers from the reception, and restaurants they look cheap and really undermine the wonderful interior.

For us it was the second stop at this hotel, one year apart. We like very much that it is in the middle of nature, on the mountain, it has a fantastic view, the rooms have spacious balconies, the food is good at the restaurant. We didn't go to the spa yet.Very kind staff at the reception and at the bar&restaurant.

The only thing that we didn't like and that we noticed only at this stop is the sofa in the apartment. It is almost impossible to sleep on it, uncomfortable, half of it is made of wood. We chose to sleep all 3 in the bed in the bedroom, which is really spacious and with a good mattress. I see that there are several comments on the subject and it is a shame that the management does not decide to make a change. for example to buy a topper for these mattresses if not to replace them permanently.

Food was tasty, staff was always polite, the hotel is maintained well, it was clean and nice, the views from the hotel are amazing. Good start/finish point for trecks, especially in winter. The slopes for skiing are close. Bus from Sofia stops right outside. SPA is ok and clean, however if there are more people at once, it is rather small.

I missed a selection of simpler meals in the menu (without so much tastes combined together, or a simple steak with side salad). What I tried tasted very good tho, it's just my preference.

Clean rooms, big rooms, nice shower and nice staff , everything i would expect from a hotel.

Hotel was built some time ago by a really good designer, the people maintaining it ... should be fired, there are little things like cables hanging or door handle having a large screw instead of small one and now its popping out and its an eyesore, i know i'm nitpicking but its a shame for such a nice hotel to have these "little things" spoil the experience.

It is a wonderful place, amazing location, very cozy, warm, a lot of attention to the details! The food was excellent 👌 The lobby is such a magical place, yet, keep in mind that it is also a pricy one.

There are two things we disliked. The first is the size of our room, it was not spacious enough, we found it difficult to move around after bringing our luggage in, please, keep in mind that there was no wardrobe in the room. The other thing are the prices in the lobby bar, 4 euros for a coffee is OK but the coffee is not a very good one, we believe such a classy place should offer a better one for this price range, maybe even a specialty coffee brand ☕️☕️☕️ We have no other negative remarks.

-Staff was very helpful. The capsule coffee machine in the room didn't work. The staff offered help but also they couldn't make it work. Then they offered us a cup of coffee in the lobby, free of charge. -Room was big and clean. Also the decoration and lumination was excellent. -There was a 1.5 liters water in the room. -There was hotel slippers in the room. -Excellent quality of the goods they used for the breakfast. -The view in the room made us feel we were in the heaven.(we stayed in a room with a balcony) -Very calm and silent location.

-Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. -The options and variations are limited in the breakfast. (Only 3 type of cheese, 1 type of olive, no choco cream etc)
