It is the perfect hotel and location for relaxation. The guest relations manager, Katerina Kyurkchieva, was a wonderful lady who greatly impressed me. She has a personal touch to the whole experience, a very classy lady who represents the best of this hotel, the spirit of hospitality, understanding of people and their needs, and providing the best to guests within her ability and authority. Excellent! She is an asset to the hotel. The hotel is good in general, with facilities, a great Spa, swimming pool, staff and location. am very satisfied with the experience. I Will definitely return next year.

Location. Stuff is great. Nice spa . Food was good.

There was some technical issue - no water for short period in the morning and doors not open after coming back from Spa . Also there is amortisation in the room . Both things are not expected for the price range of the hotel.

I am impressed by the way the hotel is run and the quality of service. Loved that there was a kids club and outdoor areas for my 5yo daughter. I was very impressed by the restaurant in the hotel. The food was impeccable every single time.

There was a large water stain on the carpet in front of the bathroom which was not completely dry and gave off a damp smell. The bar and restaurant would charge for water (8 lv for a liter bottle) which is just silly. It is way too expensive for water even for a 5 star hotel, and even more ridiculous considering all of the water in Velingrad is mineral springs. Literal mineral water coming out of the tap, seemed silly to have to order water bottled in Bankya.

the staff was really nice, they upgraded our room for free, it was a nice surprise. the room had amazing view and was very spacious and comfortable. the bathroom had both shower cabin and bath tub and two sinks which is convenient. the spa zone and outdoor pool were great!

Everything was wonderful - dinner, breakfast, room, balcony view, hotel interior, SPA and pools, lovely staff!

It would be great if everyone from the staff (especially receptionists) speak English - foreign guests will feel more comfortable and welcome.

The hotel, staff, and amenities were great. The place was spotless – we used the hot mineral pool, the SPA, the massage parlor and the restaurants. Breakfast was abundant even for the picky eaters there were choices and options. Everyone was accommodating and went out of their way to help and try to address any asks we might have had. In short, the Maxi hotel was a great place to kick back and relax.

What could have been organized a bit better was the game room for the kids – it was a bit too small and getting change for the games was challenging. Also, while the location of the hotel itself was great from perspective of being elevated and offering amazing views of the area, if someone wanted just to wonder around town – that might have been a bit more challenging.

I recently stayed at Maxi Hotel, and I have to say, it was a great experience. As someone who usually stays at Arte Hotel, I decided to try out Maxi this time, and I'm so glad I did. The pools were super hot and clean, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to move around. While the dinner could have been better, it was still fine, with plenty of options. However, what stood out to me was the hotel's staff. They were amazing and, without a doubt, the best part of my stay. The staff were lovely and friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. They made me feel at home, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests. Overall, I highly recommend Maxi Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Velingrad. The hotel offers excellent amenities and a relaxing atmosphere, but the staff makes the experience unique.

I like everything about this hotel! Room was spacious and clean. Employees polite, friendly and helpful. The kids area is very nice. SPA area even better. The food is amazing. I found it very helpful that there is a baby food available at the breakfast.

Spa was excelent , the steam room and the sauna room were working all the time and the internal swimming pool had wonderful temperature . Room is big and comfortable but they refused to give us a room with a city view !?. Breakfast was rich and delicious. they allow us to make checkout at 13 pm instead of 12 am !!!
