The Baitong is a fairly large resort hotel. Very clean, everywhere. Great check in and out. Some lovely amenities -- two pools, spa, small gym. Pleasantly located. My room was lovely. AC worked great! Bath area was super. The fridge, safe, and clothes cleaner [a steam cabinet by Samsung] all worked great. The bed was lovely. Highly recommend!

The included breakfast was mostly Asian type food. The western food was very good if a little limited. The egg station was great! The rooftop cafe was good and prices were fairly reasonable. On the one hand, I loved my room. That said, I was "under" the "rain forest pool" so I saw very little sunlight in my one week there. So, while everything I looked out on was green, beautiful and lush, it was limited. The location is fine. It is a little further from the Palace and the river than on my previous visits to PP. My "patio" connected to about a dozen other patios and that door was insecure. Nothing went wrong. Otherwise, as I note, Highly Recommendable.

Amazing hotel. Really liked the building with outdoor corridors and stairs between different areas, and decorative plants and lights as well at nighttime. Two great pools, especially loved the 'jungle pool' + a jacuzzi. Spacious room, clean and well-equipped. Great facilities and lounge areas throughout the hotel. Helpful and pleasant staff, offered to change rooms when we noticed cigarette smoke coming in through air con late on our last night.

Had cigarette smoke coming in through the air con late on our last night in the room, which disturbed our sleep a bit (especially since it is supposed to be a non-smoking room). Reception staff very helpful though and offered both to switch rooms or to have a fan if we preferred to have that and to turn the air con off. Wi-Fi in common areas locked and had to go and ask staff for password for every area as passwords were different.

The Baitong Hotel is an exceptional property in Phnom Penh. The rooms are spacious, clean and well organized. However, the most outstanding element is the attention to detail and customer service. We had the pleasure of checking in with Kiry at the reception desk. He went above and beyond in the area of customer service. Whether it was tour connections, restaurant recommendations or checking in on things during our stay; we were amazed by this young man’s willingness to assist in any way possible. The hotel staff in general were all amazing but Kiry was a standout. In addition, I spent the entire morning in the Bodia Spa and can also highly recommended this experience. The cost is very reasonable for the half day package and the services provided were exceptional.

Everything is perfect. It is well worth the money. Thanks to the architect, the spaces are very nicely designed and well-integrated with nature. It is a green pocket in the urban fabric, you feel so away from the city yet so intact with it. The main pool is the most enjoyable part of the hotel. The rooftop dining area is bright and spacious, we enjoyed our breakfast time very much. The location is near to local pubs, cafe and convenience stores, and easy access to tuk-tuk.

The front desk personnel were very helpful. The onsite breakfast buffet was phenomenal and the restaurant staff awesome. Room views are diverse; one room overlooked the city street and ongoing construction, while another room faced other rooms.

I don't like it when hangers cannot be removed from the bar (I understand why) because it's impossible to hang laundered clothes anywhere. No laundry line in the bathroom either.

I have stayed at the Baitong a few times, including earlier this year. It is definitely my hotel of choice in Phnom Penh. What is also very satisfying is that over the years, as I continue to stay, the standard of service and facilities remains high. Too often one returns to a favourite hotel only to find that it isn't as good as it was the last time. This is certainly not the case with Baitong, as every stay has turned out to be exceptional.

Baitong is my new favourite hotel in Phnom Penh! The rooms are HUGE, the pools are delightful, the food is great (both buffet breakfast and room service exceeded my expectations), the spa is lovely and well priced, and the staff are very kind and hospitable. The location of this hotel is exceptional, within walking distance to so many fabulous restaurants, bars, and businesses. The sustainability focus is well implemented, I can't wait to go back.

Just a note that the pool on level 2 is a bit chilly, but the pool on level 4 is heated. Also, the arrow pointing to the day spa on level 2 is pointed in the wrong direction, the spa is located next to the gym - turn left when you exit the elevator from the lobby 😊

This property attracted us because of its design and it didn’t disappoint. The facilities were outstanding and the staff couldn’t do more to help. Our room layout was lovely with a separate toilet. The amenities in the room were really nice, if you like your gadgets then this place is for you. We had breakfast with our stay and once again we couldn’t fault them. You had a menu, buffet and there was a chief there to cook your eggs and noodles etc.

The staff was excellent. Srey Leak as the receptionist stood out as being extremely helpful, but every staff member was courteous and helpful.

The lounge wouldn’t provide a free glass of water for an order of whisky and water (it’s in the name of the cocktail!). The breakfast was plentiful but didn’t really appeal to us. Also, one morning (out of four) they provided 2 pots of tea and zero pots of coffee. Very strange.

First of all i really wanna thank all the staff here in baitong because they're so helpfull and friendly also full of smile. I experiences a warm and cozy stay here. Also i have ask for early check in before by email and they reply that it will be extra charged but on the day i stay i still come earlier as my schedule but the staff told me they bad prepare my room already at 11 a.m and please me to check in without any charged which is normally need to be charged $35. I really enjoy staying here. Wish i'll stay more nights in this property on my next trip 💜

I have to be honest because i stay in suite room for 3 people which is me and my 2 friends. We found the sofa bed that i sleep on is a lil bit dusty which make our skin itchy and coughing. Also the bed is too soft which is not really healthy. But i really love to stay here. Wish the maintenance in baitong getting better and better.
