Good hotel with bar and swimming pool the room was huge,we had a big window, fan and air-conditioning hot water and the room provided all we needed, it is in a great location within walking distance to many of the sight seeing areas and there is a bar if you want a late night drink for location would stop here again staff are friendly with really good English.

we had no hot water however, discussed this with the manager who agreed that it would be fixed the day after and eventually we decided to move to a new room. which was great. staff very proactive at getting things fixed.

The reception and bar staff were excellent and very attentive. it was reasonably central for the top sights and there was always a tuk tuk outside. very nice to have a pool after a long day sightseeing great to have a bar on site for quenching your thirst in the heat a very pleasant lush garden to come back to

there wasn’t anything much except the resident parrot/bird outside our window who squawked at intervals during the night. despite this, we slept well

- clean rooms and clean bathrooms - the pictures match the actual property - great location: just about a5 minute walk to the independence Monument and Bassac lane - supermarkets and restaurants within a minute's walk from the hotel - a nice common seating space outside

Not much but rooms are slightly dated. Our room didn't have any natural light but again, enough space to sit in the common area. Overall a wonderful stay!

Lovely peaceful property that’s just a short walk to the hustle and bustle, the staff were very attentive and friendly, the pool area was really lovely, there was a bar area with great seating and low level music, the rooms were spacious and quiet.

nothing in particular, it was a little tired, could do with a little TLC but apart from that was great. Highly recommend!

Excellent central but quiet location. The staff couldn't do enough to help, arrange trips, sort laundry or just chat about what's going on. Great bar area, and pool.

Was going to take off a point due to lack of meal service in the evenings, but it's surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants within a few minutes walk so it doesn't really matter.

Friendly staff, nice pool, clean and comfortable room. We appreciated all the plants and the shady outdoor seating options. Pool towels were also available, which was nice. And the fridge in the room was very nice to have.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff and excellent service. The room was lovely and the pool and bar area are very nice with a free pool table. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They even very kindly went out of their way to return an item to me that I left in the room upon check out. Would recommend to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

Aircon was super powerful & cold!! Room was clean & large. Pool was lovely. Staff were very friendly. Location was great for many good restaurants around, and not too far to walk to the riverside, which is what we did in the night. Also great hub for seeing all the must-do sights in Phnom Penh like the genocide museum & the royal palace.

Amazing hotel! And for the price it's fantastic. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and always smiling at you. They even upgraded my room for a night! I had food poisoning and it really made my day. The rooms are amazing - super clean and comfy with smart tv's. Close to lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery store.

The place was spotless, staff is very helpful and attentive. I got a room upgrade, thank you..!! There was a safe box and fridge in room. And for some reason my room was cool enough to sleep without air con (it was provided but was great not having to use it). Bed was very comfortable.
