Clean room, free water, nice view, the girl on reception let me see two of the two bedrooms apartments so I could check the size to see if it would be bigger enough for us as I have family coming in a few weeks. Now I will be booking this accomodation again for in a few weeks time for me and my family.☺️

House keeping came at 8:30am when i have only just arrived at 2:30am after a night bus, I didn't appreciate being woken up so early just to give me new water and 2 fresh towels, despite only just checking in. I didn't have the sign on the door but it was only 11am after going back to sleep when I read the handbook to say about the door sign. Also on my third morning the cleaners were out side my door making so much noise, banging the buckets around or something, talking, shouting, it woke me up and happened again later.

The Pool has amazing view. Reception staff was very helpful (specially the guy at night shift).

The Bed was so hard. Not comfortable to sleep with. My husband had a stiff neck during our 3 nights stay. 😥 The Breakfast could've been better. The male staff at the restaurant (we think that he is the supervisor) was not so nice. He didn't even greeted and smile to us even once. It's sad that we found him nice to the western guests. (maybe he doesn't like Asian). We just felt that we are not welcomed on the restaurant that's why we didn't try to eat there during dinner.

The breakfast was delicious (small buffet). I didn't try the pool, but the view on top of the hotel with the pool is great. The location is great and the room was comfortable. The staff was courteous. We were able to have a room with enough space (beds) for our little family of five with everything we wanted like the wifi, refrigerator, air conditioning so we were quite happy instead of booking two rooms.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We had minor issues like the kettle we had didn’t work properly (we didn’t ask for another one because it wasn’t a bother) and the TV service wasn’t working but they told us there was maintenance done by the provider.

The hotel offers descent room size, amenities and most of all the breakfast choice. I feel, they are are not compromising on any angle given the cost of room. The staff is also courteous and helpful. After all the experience in the hotel, when you step out you will realise how close you are to all the places you would want to visit.

Breakfast is same through out the year. I wish they can bring some change every quarter. My case could be different from others as I travel very frequently.

The experience is marred slightly by the service. While the staff are competent, a dash more of politeness and warmth could have transformed the stay into something truly memorable. The food, consistent in quality, offers a decent dining experience but lacks the flair to be deemed extraordinary. The most notable drawbacks were the air conditioning and internet service. In the sweltering heat of Phnom Penh, a faltering AC is not just an inconvenience but a major discomfort. Coupled with unreliable internet, it’s a reminder that the hotel, while charming, doesn’t quite prioritize the modern traveler’s needs, adhering too strictly to policies at the expense of guest comfort.

Buffet breakfast had a gd spread but almost no veg items. When I requested for late checkout since our flight was late evening, the response from the management was disheartening. We were given till 4pm only and that too with payment.

Staff was not approachable at the reception. Not very fluent in English. Had to explain a few times before it was understood.

I loved the hotel design, lobby and the room. It's simply beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. The water heater is good enough and the shower has good pressure. The towels are very soft and of a good quality as well as the bathrobes, those were exceptional. Breakfast is a buffet type, there are several options. My favorites were muesli with milk, noodles, fruits, mushrooms, and omelette. Oh yes, and the internet is just super fast and reliable, better than at my home, no any single disconnection during our stay and I had to work long hours, video calls, movies at the same time. The internet speed was so good, I was able to finish my work without any problems and stress. I literally was thanking the hotel in my mind every hour while working 😄 the internet connection is available everywhere in the hotel: lobby, rooftop and rooms.

My husband said that he lacked meat or chicken for breakfast. But we had to think a lot about what we didn't like, I think the hotel is doing a pretty good job.

The food and beverages, housekeeping and concierge and bar staff were all lovely and accommodating to our needs. The views were spectacular and the pool and nice place to hang out. The tuk tuk drivers were always friendly and willing to take us near and far regardless of the time or weather.

The slippery tiles around the pool. I feel twice hurting my knee and wrist. My mum always said if you want to live to be an old lady dont fall over! lol... a slip matt would be nice.

Fantastic place and apartment, fantastic pool and restaurant on the top of the hotel amazing view. Very good service. And good manager.

Wi-Fi not so stabile in our apartment but okay but not very bad, and they will fix that, and Wi-Fi very good at the restaurant and the reception. All the food is good unless the pizza but okay pizza👍🏼😊

We loved the location it is in a quiet area but central enough for the city. The staff were so helpful they changed our room without hesitation ( as we were opposite the building site) the breakfast was plentiful with a huge choice and the pool and rooftop bar were amazing.
