Very convenient location, the room I got was quiet regardless of the construction going on nearby. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. Cleaning service is on demand, up to a daily basis, water/toiletries are refilled, laundry can be easily arranged. Internet is mostly good, sometimes breaks

The furniture is pretty worn out, although they changed the shower once they spotted it didn’t work well. Couple of the towels given were dirty and had to be changed in my request

Nice room, comfortable, quiet. Good location. The staff is nice.

-The controller of the A/C didn't work well so they changed me into a different room. The A/C in that new room was very old and didn't cool down the room even at 18°. -I couldn't pay without my credit card so I had to withdraw US dollars which cost me an extra 5$. -The breakfast is very limited and expensive: 10$ US.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. The team was extremely welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. The room was spacious and great value. The location was near to everything and I look forward to coming back for my next trip to Phnom Penh

I liked everything here. The hotel is in good location in BKK area yet with queite surrounding. Rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy, I could have the greatest sleep that night. Bathrooms were nice and clean too. I personally liked that it has more feeling of home than a hotel. Best part was absolutely the staffs. They were very welcoming, polite and treated me as I was a VIP for long time. They also speak good English and very accommodating to fulfill my inquiries, which I appreciate the most. Definitely would come back for next time and recommend here to anybody visiting PP. PS) There's a very nice authentic Japanese place called 'Jidaiya' right next to the hotel. Perfect for lunch & dinner.

The toothpaste could've been a better product. Wish there was a swimming pool as well.

The staff is extremely nice and caring. It is located in a "interior" street so it is not so noisy or chaotic as principal ones. It is a good place to stay considering the price.

Some equipment should be renovated, specially in the bathroom.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good sized bathroom with great shower. Location perfect- in a great area only 10 minute walk from Bassac Street nightlife and close to all the major sights. Very friendly helpful staff.

Our room faced the street so was quite noisy. Not really any communal areas to relax in other than the expensive coffee shop downstairs.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly. Bed was really comfy and room was big. Hotel is in a pretty central location within the city.

Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the limited hot water for shower. Shower would run out of hot water within 5 minutes and then there would only be cool water.

Great room, big and clean. Nice bathroom with separate shower cubical. Central location with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet hotel which was ideal. Also has a little coffee shop downstairs. Would recommend!

Room view was of a carpark but this wasn't an issue.

Security Boxes did not work in either room. Refrigerator did not work in one of two rooms. Exhaust fan in one bathroom didn't work. Ceiling fan in common area on 2nd floor was too noisy to use.

the overall environment has beyond my expectation, the room is very clean, the air conditioner is fine, the restroom is very clean, and hot water is really good also. and the location is in BKK, the most popular area. I think the CP rate is higher than what my imagination.
