This hotel is really lovely. A little gem in Phnom Penh. The building is absolutely stunning. The rooms are lovely - nice pool area. Great location. Good breakfast.

What really tainted our experience, was the fact that the hotel allows outside guests at the pool area. The hotel was already busy as it is and the pool crowded enough. However on both days, when we tried to relax at the pool in the afternoon, there was a group of german and french expats. They really crowded the pool area and it was a bad vibe: Drinking heavily, talking loudly, smoking in the pool! Some people really have no manners. I think the pool should be exclusively for guests, that is what we pay for.

Our family absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed - the hotel lobby is inviting, peaceful, clean, and beautifully decorated. Our room (family of 4) was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and there were so many various options to choose from! We tried their cocktails and dinner options/room service. Everything was fantastic! The location is great too, not to mention the whole staff who were so kind, patient, caring, and always provided service with the biggest smiles! Thank you! We will highly recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family.

The room was spacious and spic and span. Breakfast was very good. The pool is terrific with very good options of food at the pool side restaurant. Hotel's restaurant serves delicious food. My reccomendation: The spa at the hotel is a must do. It was very good and relaxing after all the sightseeing in the city.

We booked a taxi to Siem Reap through the hotel but the taxi was in a very bad shape & condition. It was raining and the taxi was leaking from almost all sides. Our luggage got soaked and also, we had to ask the driver to stop during the rain on the highway as his car's wiper were ineffective and the visibility was almost nil.

Everything! Lovely, relaxed vibe - a really green, forest like oasis in the midst of the city, within easy walking / tuktuk distance of main sights. Loved the pool and the breakfast buffet was amazing and very varied. We had a studio and even with three of us it felt really spacious and comfortable. The sofa bed is happily a full sized single bed on a platform so even my tall 18-year old found it very comfortable. Extra large bed superb. Lovely bathroom amenities, rainfall shower and quiet, powerful a/c so we slept very well! Interiors were stylish and pleasingly understated. Staff were just wonderful, keen to help and always so friendly. We really appreciated their hospitality. Wish we could have stayed longer!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The pool area was lovely, and the service was excellent. The location in Phnom Penh is fantastic. The staff were top-notch—attentive and welcoming. The spa was great, and I especially enjoyed the oil massage in a private room. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide choice of fresh fruits, made-to-order omelets and eggs, and noodle soup for those who wished. This was our favorite hotel during our 3-week trip in Asia—an absolutely fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!

The only minor downside—which wasn’t an issue for us—was that our standard room’s small balcony faced directly into a wall, with AC motors overhead, making it not the most inviting spot to sit. However, the hotel’s fantastic common areas more than made up for it! For a longer stay, I might consider booking a different room type.

This hotel is such a great find! A lovely little oasis in the midst of the city, close to the river and palace yet peaceful, especially around the pool area. We loved the fishpond at the entrance, with food provided every day so you can feed the fish, which my daughter found very entertaining! Our pool view rooms were quiet and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the using the pool, gym and spa (we had an excellent aromatherapy massage). Most of all, the staff were just wonderful. We were trying to track down a charitable organisation, and the lovely people on reception couldn't have been more helpful. They managed to track down the director, called her for us to arrange our visit, looked up the location (as it had moved out of the city) and organised a driver to take us there and back.

This is truly a very beautiful boutique hotel. This property used to be the French administration unit so it reserved the French colonial architecture and building. I read somewhere saying their building was restored in 2011, with the help of the Heritage Mission of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts and the support of the French Embassy. The lobby has a small fish pond, trees, some exhibitions (paintings and stuff) along the walkway, a well-functioned spa, a very nice outdoor swimming pool and great restaurants (I have a fine dining dinner at a French restaurant upstairs (La Pergola - you get discount as a hotel guest) and breakfast at another one near the pool). The food here is so good, you do not need to go out to have proper eating. This place is like a tranquil getaway, a green oasis to relax after a busy day. I highly recommend it. It sometimes hosts some cocktail functions for business chambers. This place also has a working/business lounge for busy people working, or reading a book. Their General Manager is also very friendly and approachable. I like this place very much. I will come back if I visit Phnom Penh again in the next few months.

I would love to have more space in the room given the room rate. However, couldn't ask for more given the nice facilities the hotel provided.

We loved the property and the staff but if you’re not paying the full price the rooms don’t really have nice views. The balconies they have are a bit gloomy. The rest is good. On the first day we arrived they had upgraded us to a larger room which was nice of them. But as soon as I’ve entered the bathroom there were long, black hair on the shower walls. They of course cleaned it asap but the memory of it haunted us. On the other hand, the artwork in the hotel is amazing. The overall style makes you feel like you’re in a hidden Eden. The breakfast is amazing.

Some rooms don’t really have good views and you cannot understand this based on the photos you see online. The hygiene must be better.

I had a wonderful stay at Plantation Urban Resort & Spa. The environment is beautifully designed, with lush greenery creating a peaceful retreat from the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with an excellent variety of options to start the day right. The hotel and pool areas have a serene, relaxing vibe, ideal for unwinding after exploring Phnom Penh. The location is also excellent—central yet quiet. Reliable taxi services of the hotel make the ride from and to the aiport relaxed. Highly recommended for a tranquil and comfortable stay!

Constant smell and feeling of humidity even with air con The massages were ok (but we had much better during our stay in Cambodia) and we could hear the noise of the building work while doing our massage which was not the most relaxing experience Not a lot of sun beds (they have some spaces around the pool but if you want to enjoy a sun bathing day, you better book your sunbed early)
