We arrive 9.30 and was allowed early check in by 12 noon. Was allowed to use the roof top facilities while we were waiting. The roof top decor for Valentines day was nice.

The housekeeping that cleaned the room before us did a minor mistake as they left some garbage from the previous guest (left in the cupboard below the TV) and didn't check the mini bar properly. We binned the rubbish(no big deal). However it was kinda disappointing when we got charged for the mineral water from the mini bar eventhough we didn't touch it. We always bought our own water from the shops outside. The price of the mineral water wasn't much but the experience kinda left a slight "bitter taste" of a overall positive stay ("bitter" enough for me to write this comment for future travelers)

One of the best hotels I ever lived in. Perfect place, the night market, Royal Palace, and promenade are accessible by foot. The room is spacious, clean, and being cleaned every day. The staff is very kind, and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool. The SPA is on renovation and this was not mentioned during the booking, but that's okay. The breakfast is delicious and you have a lot of choices! Nice place, the room was quiet and the view is fantastic (we were on 8th floor)

There was one unpleasant moment. They tried to charge us for the damage to the curtain we didn't make. What saved us is my room tour video that I made when we have just moved in. Without this video, we would have lost our deposit. That means that the room check-up is not well-done before arrival. After showing the video the staff excused themselves and we got our deposit back in full. Advice: always do the video room tour when you arrive!

The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom was an amazing size with a fantastic shower. The staff were very friendly - especially in the bar and restaurant area. We enjoyed some complimentary drinks in the evening which was a really nice touch and what I thought set this hotel apart from others. There was some choice at breakfast and enough vegetarian options.

Unfortunately, as we were checking out we were charged for marking towels and the bedding. We’re still not sure what this was or why as we are certain we hadn’t marked anything. It did spoil it for us unfortunately and we felt that $25 was an unfair amount to pay. There was also a lot of construction work going on outside of the hotel as well as within. This didn’t bother us too much but it was very loud.

Very nice room and bathroom. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

Check-in and check-out à bit long and boring. 50$ of deposit or passport confiscation is a bit rude.

The breakfast was good and room was nice as well.

The hotel staff kept us waiting while checking out as 1 coffee cup was missing. Which was taken by their staff the day before when they cleared room service tray. I was embarrassed.

The hotel is comparatively new and clean. The staff are good and well trained. The rooftop restaurant and bar and the tiny swimming pool add flavor to the hotel, especially for those who stay for a longer time.

The hotel system requires a deposit of 100 dollars or the guest's passport at the time of checking in, which indicates that the hotel management does not trust the guests' honesty in paying back for any damage in the hotel room. All guests may not be of the same thought, but it amazes a guest when he or she is asked to deposit some money for any possible damage or loss in the guest room.

The pricing. The Location. The Facility. I think the fault lies with the Portal - Booking dot com as they have shown the LCS Hotel & Apartments in poor light with incorrect reviews and ratings. The Property needs to be rated VERY GOOD considering my itinerary being a Christian Catholic was to attend Good Friday Service on Friday 15th April 2022 whereas I had booked a Hotel quite distant from the Airport and across the Mekong River on Koh Dach Island. Based on the reviews and ratings had landed up at Koh Dach View Boutique Hotel instead.

No ventilation. The breakfast buffet was more of a Cambodian local menu and having limited continental options for foreign travellers. The Restaurant was highly expensive and the alcoholic drinks were not served as per the standard peg measures. The front desk executive kept calling up for the card billing receipt which by error was given to me along with the customer copy. Complimentary Water bottles provided were insufficient. Asking for an additional deposit over and above the room charges paid.

The room was on the 8th floor. We had a small balcony with a great view of the river. An very quiet. Our room was very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable with 4 pillows. Our little living room had a 3 seater recliner sofa, great for putting your feet up after walking about all day. We had a small kitchen area, and there were no utensils. But on asking the front desk, they provided a whole kitchen set. It was nice to sit at the table & have a simple meal without the hassle of going out. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The shower was lovely & warm. The bath was the most comfortable bathtub I have ever used. It curved at the back, so you were able to just relax. The breakfast was a good variety and staff were always helpful.

The getting in & out of the bathtub/shower. It is quite a wide space of tile to get in. They have a small wooden step to the side of the bathtub. But you still have to stretch to step over. Nothing the hotel can do. But the area across the street is still being built up, so banging at 6am.

Amazing view from skybar and pool, beautiful and clean rooms. Decent size as well with workstation and nice bathroom, balconyoverlooking the river. Staff are very nice. Breakfast was plenty and had good choice. It's near the night market and close enough to centre. Don't worry about the deposit, if you're just using your room as you normally would youll get it back, no questions asked. We loved our stay, and actually stayed twice, at the beginning and end of our Cambodia trip. Really recommend it.

The gym could do with aircon. Construction in front, but nothing the hotel can do about. It really didnt bither us.
