I am a 10 year old boy from Singapore and I think Ankor Heart bungalow was the best hotel I have ever been to. I really love the fact that my familly and I had our own private swimming pool next to our room. My mother liked the fact that it was quiet. My father liked the fact that he could listen to the sounds of nature and my sister -just like me-liked the swimming pool. We all agree that the bungalow deserves 5 out of 5 golden stars.🌟 😃 💫 Hello I am a 7 year old girl from Singapore. Everything and everyone! I highly recommend staying here. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond. Within minutes of us arriving back from our day, we had fresh cookies and juice delivered to out veranda every time. Whatever time of day like you arrive back, you are always welcomed with a very big smile. The hotel collected us from the bus station free of charge and also provide a tuk tuk free of charge to the town between 5-9pm each day. A very nice touch. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent prior to our arrival and any questions we had were answered quickly. The bungalows are fabulous and comfortable. The daily cleaning left the bungalow spotless. The breakfasts at the hotel are very generous and they lay the table on your veranda and deliver the breakfast to you at the time you request. If you do stay, definitely visit the Phare Circus which is opposite the bungalows about a 1 minute walk away- this is an NGO which supports local children into work. The performance was outstanding- unlike anything we have seen in Europe. Would definitely recommend this and stay here again. Big shout out to Nana whose customer service is exemplary and made out stay!

What a truly relaxing oasis. We were so happy to come back to the hotel every day after sightseeing. Manager finds out about our plans and needs in a very subtle and unintrusive way to provide best possible service (eg serving little snack/fruit and refreshments right after you come back to the property). I dont think I ever felt so welcome in another hotel. Breakfast is massive and served on your own terrace with pool view - something to look forward to every day. If you decide to order lunch or dinner in - it's tasty and reasonably priced. Most of the time we felt like we had pool to ourselves, bungalows are nicely arranged around pool and spaced out on the property. Bungalow was spacious and had nice modern bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The location is not walking distance to Pub Street but after we found out how busy and rapidly developing Siem Reap is, we were so happy to be slightly outside. The fact that hotel provides free transportation to the city everyday from 5pm and that the tuktuk costs 2USD to come back perfectly covers for that "inconvenience".

You do hear street noise when outside - louder at some parts of day. Did not bother me at all but of you need perfect silence to relax, please consider this.

the bungallow was big and clean. felt like you are in the jungle (even a monkey visited us by the pool). but the location is actually near the road and you can hear the cars all the time. The people there are amazing they give tea and biscuits every time we got back to the hotel, they even gave us to choose some scarfs as present at the end of our stay. the breakfast was exceptional and you have some choises that you can choose from like continental breakfast or chinese. also they offer one per day tuktuk ride to town for free. they also call tuk tuks or cars for you if you want to go on trips or to town. The guys that took us in tour were speaking very good english and they explained a lot on the way. Alao the car that took us to the airport was new and confortable.

the fact that you can hear the noise from the road

This is the best staff l I have ever seen! Manager Sopheap is very accommodating and helped us a lot. We were very lucky when we came there before check-in time and they already clean the room, so we can take a rest before check-in. The hotel even have free pick-up service! All staff are nice, helpful and careful, they prepared everting we need. And the beakfast very rich, we were pretty stuffed and gratification. The room is real traditional Khmer style, although the hotel is not 5 star, but we feel like better than 5 star! If you want experience the best Khmer serve, don't doubt that Angkor Heart Bungalow is the No.1!

This accommodation is absolutely amazing! Our first visit to Siem Reap could not have left a better impression. The bungalow is perfectly equipped, breakfast on the terrace is perfect, you can order any other food during the day and they will bring it to you. The transfer from the airport was punctual and fast, the tuktuk driver Sokkhen was nice and helpful during the day when he took us around the temples of Angkor for a great price. The private pool at the bungalow was beautifully clean, the ladies at the reception were very helpful and beautiful. No noise disturbed us, we thoroughly enjoyed this short stay and we would be happy to recommend this accommodation to others.

I honestly can't recommend this place enough. We had a private villa with our own pool, it was worth every penny. The staff here are amazing and can't do enough for you. Breakfast delivered to you balcony at a time of your choosing, free tuk tuk into town, free airport transfers. I could go on and on. If you are visiting Siem Reap do yourself a favour and book the Angkor Heart private bungalows. I wouldn't stay anywhere else

So little to say. Maybe a bedside table each side of the bed and a small rug to dull the noise of the wooden floor. I'm being really picky here. It wouldn't stop me going back or recommending it because overall it was simply a beautiful stay.

This place is a hidden gem. It is a small boutique hotel that is just over a year old. The bungalows are adorable and the bedroom has great AC. The staff was amazing especially Meina who took care of anything we needed. We had breakfast on our porch, massages by the pool, and they even arranged for our Tuk Tuk driver. Our private pool was so refreshing and they had very comfy loungers to relax in. Our driver was Lai and he was OUTSTANDING!! He thought of everything and took us wherever we needed. We would recommend asking for him specifically as you will not be disappointed. If you are looking to have an authentic experience and connect with the Cambodian people while you see Angkor Wat you shouldn’t miss this place.

The only thing that we would say is that the beds are a little harder and the water pressure was low.

A lovely peaceful place with a good menu selection, lovely staff and very helpful management. Cleanliness was excellent.

The villas with private pool are not within the hotel grounds but situated on a plot about 200 metres along the road. Therefore, you cannot use the big pool for swimming exercise. Although the food service at the villas is very good we would have liked a bar and restaurant for the social situation. If this had been made clear we would have chosen to stay at the main hotel not in a villa with private pool.

I felt like I was at a beautiful oasis. Which it really was. I loved the layout and the bungalows, the beautiful trees and plants and the birds singing. Also nice enjoying our meals right on our nice patio. It was an awesome place. A special shout out to the manager, Sopheap, and all of the staff who were all so friendly, kind and helpful. You never seen them hanging around yet when you went to the pool towels would appear and when you got up in the morning your breakfast table was set and ready. They always seemed to be there to greet you when you got back from a day out and about and provided a nice refreshing drink and treats! Another very nice touch with them bringing a special little thank you dessert and a basket for us to select a beautiful scarf that was handmade in Cambodia before we left. It was certainly a nice touch and made us feel really special!

Occasional street noise from other businesses which can’t be helped but nothing too bad. There is a bit of an ant problem around the pool loungers. And the vinyl loungers and umbrellas could be cleaned up a bit or replaced but really this did not take away from the fabulousness of everything else.
