When we arrived we were greeted with the most amazing service and this continued throughout our stay. They always welcomed us with a fresh fragrent towel, water and a smile. Our rooms were beautiful, spacious and very clean with super comfortable beds. They had large balconies with view at the pool and garden. The hotel is situated in a quiet area not too far from downtown. Max 4-5 min with a tuktuk. Hotel looks well decorated and clean. The pool and garden inside the hotel are also very well maintained. A la carte breakfast was excellent especially the cappucinos. All the staff were helpfull, attentive and friendly especially miss Chhorvy of the reception desk. We really loved our time at Khmer Mansion Residence and we will come again for sure when we're back in Siem Reap. We were sorry that we had to leave after 5 days, because we had an incredible stay at the Khmer Mansion Residence. Really wished we could have stayed longer. We recommend this hotel to everyone!

Fantastic and personal customer service. Excellent deluxe room with wonderful bath/shower/garden feature. Modern smart TV that allows for personalized streaming. Pool and courtyard area is really terrific, great atmosphere with swim up bar and infinity feel. Included ordered breakfast was very good, along with limited buffet option. Little features like having cold towels and water each time we arrived at the property, bringing out chips/water when at the pool, and nice treats in the room after cleaning are all great touches. Good location only 5-7 minutes from Pub Street and Old Market via Tuk Tuk. Peter/Tim/Sami get shout outs for exceptional personalized service.

This hotel is amazing! We stayed in October 2022 and again in May 2023. The hotel is great but the staff are what make it absolutely fantastic. The front desk and restaurant staff remember you by name, breakfast is delicious, and the pool has a bar with food and drinks. We stayed in a Family Room both times and they have great layouts with lots of space. Two double beds and a king bed could easily sleep 6/7 if you have several small children. We have three younger kids and the rooms are perfect for five. The hotel has a Tuk Tuk and driver available for ready use. The housekeeping staff does a great job making the room comfortable and welcoming with personalized decor and fresh flowers. The kids especially loved the special treats left in the room after a long day of sight seeing. Take away breakfast is available for the early morning departures to Angkor Wat. And you are greeted with cold towels and drinks when you get back to the hotel after a hot day. They really do think of everything. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and we can’t wait to stay again.

If you're wondering where to book in Siem Reap, this is it! Myself and my partner had the most amazing stay at Khmer, it exceeded our expectations! We stayed for 3 nights and it wasn't long enough! We arrived early (very long and early flight from Australia) and staff and management went out of their way to make us comfortable and prepare an early room for us, including a room upgrade. Our room was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool and swim up pool bar was amazing- some of the best cocktails I've had in SE Asia, as was the breakfast buffet each morning (Hot eggs made the way you like them, pastries, fruit, yogurt, asian dishes... they will even make you café style coffees!) I have never been met with so much attention - the staff are always trying their best to ensure you are comfortable and offering their assistance - Cambodia and Khmer Residence in particular had some of the friendliest people I've ever met on my stay. Staff will get you a Tuktuk within 10 seconds if you need to get anywhere (5 minute tuk tuk to Pub street and only cost $1-2 USD) and offer lots of sightseeing services such as Angkor Wat. Couldn't ask for anything better and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else if I visited Siem Reap again!

Just a wonderful place to be. The staff could have not been hospitable than they were. Warm greetings, cold water and a refreshing towel every time you enter. The memorise your name and take time for a conversation. They assist you every way possible which made our stay so very easy and smooth. The hotel looks the part too, you really feel that you are in a special place with great local art and matching designs. Bar service whilst in the pool was top notch. Food in the restaurant very good. Room was specious and the bath tun in front of the bed, with the flower petals was just the finishing touch. In short: we had a fantastic stay and can really recommend this hotel.

Just loved the place

Khmer Mansion is a great place to stay. Sam and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. An outstanding value for the price. And, Mr. Hak, the driver they hired to pick me up at the airport and who took me to Angkor Wat was excellent too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is a bit out of the way, no decent restaurants nearby. However, Sam will help you arrange transportation to Pub Street where there are multiple dining options.

Our stay at the Khmer Mansion Residence was exceptional! From the minute we arrived, we were treated like royalty. We were given a free upgrade, we were able to check in early, we were greated everytime we came thru the front door with ice cold washers and ice water, which was a blessing in the heat. Even our Tuk Tuk driver had ice cold towels and ice cold water which is just what you needed when visiting the temples. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The food from the restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented. The cocktails at the pool bar were fantastic. The rooms were big and beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the aircon nice and cold! The pool and gardens are just beautiful and very well maintained. The hotel is like an oasis that can not be faulted. All the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to make sure your every need is met. They all speak English and are trying harder every day to learn more. The staff are able to organise anything you may need to make your stay in Siem Reap perfect. This hotel is exceptional in every way. We would never consider staying anywhere else. All the staff are exceptional, and we would like to personally thank you all for making our stay extra special, I wish I was able to remember everyone's names. The ladies in the restaurant, Sam, Tim, Coo Kaa, Gry, Mr Douet, and all the staff I have missed were all truly amazing. Thank you for the birthday cake and the beautiful room, it was so special. A truly unforgettable stay at Khmer Mansion Residence.

Staff are truly amazing. They will bend over backwards to help you with any details. They all ask your name and then greet you by name every time they see you. They meet you every time you return to the property with a cool, fresh towel and a glass of cold water. They will help you with reservations, tours... anything you need. The chef runs a great restaurant. The ingredients are very fresh and beautifully presented. It is a bit more expensive then the road side places in town, but the quality and taste are much better! We tried a couple of very high end restaurants and the hotel food was as good or better then those and more affordable. They also have a great happy hour each afternoon. I had a massage and it was very soothing and comfortable with just the right amount of pressure.

I would not suggest a 4th floor room as you miss the pool view. I think the lower floor rooms might have a bit better atmosphere as they are more shady and closer to pool view. My daughter stayed in a ground floor room previously and loved it too.

Staff all friendly and polite, learnt our names quickly. Cocktails and mocktails from pool/swim up bar were great. Small spa with good massages. Lovely small pool with shallow area for kids to the side. Family rooms good size. Breakfast good with fresh omelette, eggs, and noodles cooked on request.

Bar closes 9pm I think so nowhere to relax after dinner out except for rooms

Oasis of calm in our hectic Angkor Wat tour. Everything was gorgeous, from the decor to the staff to the exceptional service. Thiem at reception was very kind as were the 2 boys at the swim up bar and reception. Rooms were enormous and very clean and beautiful. Lovely pool too. Excellent F&B. Can't recommend this place enough.

Just a tiny thing, breakfast wasn't a buffet but we had to choose items from a menu, which was a bit more time consuming than a buffet when we were hurrying to get to Angkor wat in the morning. Great food though.
