I loved this hotel! The rooms are really very nice, lovely bathroom, loads of hot water. Toiletries, sdb, tv, sofa, balcony. Lovely pool, wonderful staff, very good food

Not enough coffee in room. The listing is deceptive, it suggests you can check in and check out at any time, but if you arrive before 8am they try and slap you with a $10 early check in charge and $8 for breakfast (this breakfast is definitely not worth $4 a head!). It’s unfortunate as it causes a bad feeling……although I didn’t pay either. They should make the listing clearer.

I loved everything about our 4 night stay - the staff were outstanding and couldn't be more gracious and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early in the morning and the staff managed to get our rooms cleaned and sorted for an early check-in. All the food was cooked fresh to order and was delicious and nutritious. Gin and tonic and the iced cappuccino was exceptional. Looking forward to seeing you again in 2026.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Wide room, comfy bed, a lot of extra utilities, tasty breakfast, silence, privacy, very beautiful, water temperature was amazing since outside was 38 degrees. Tasty coctails.

Mosquitos.. we had to use replements each night. And children of guests were under control, but hotel has nothing to do with it. It would be totally amazing to have this place as adults only.

Pool area was great. Attentive & friendly staff. Cocktails by the pool including good happy hour deals that you can enjoy while you’re swimming. Family friendly. Room serviced daily. Tuk tuks available out the front whenever you require & so affordable to get into town and back.

Breakfast was okay, limited options but still tasted good.

It was a great deal and great location that was easily accessible to many attractions in Siam Reap. The Cambodian Circus was a 5 minute walk, most Angkor Temples were about a 15 minute drive, and the landmine museum was nearby. The hotel arranged transport to and from the airport. We were greeted at the hotel with cold towels and juice upon our arrival. This was a huge bonus on a hot day. While the restaurant took a little while, the food was fresh, delicious, and had a beautiful presentation. The pool was wonderful, with lots of trees and some shade around it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable enough, and we even found a room with three beds, which was perfect for us. There were fresh bottles of water in our room everyday when we returned.

The only complaint we had was that the water heater under the sink was, and had been, leaking a bit. This left the room with a slight mildew smell. I am assuming this was isolated just to this room, and I'm certain the staff would have given us another room if we had asked. Even with this issue, I would absolutely rent with them again.

I like that the property was away from the noise and busy streets but still close enough from pub street.

I didn’t like that there were no lights around the stairs. coming back to our room at night and dark was scary because we didn’t want to get hurt going up.

Pool was nice and big, room was really big and comfy they even put flowers on the bed and decorated for our anniversary. Staff were helpful and really friendly, we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast selection was the same most days, our aircon was leaking on our last day but kept the room cool. Wasn’t much of a gym, had some dumbbells so was still able to workout.

The pool was lovely, breakfast was nice, and more than you need, while the room was large, comfortable and with a spacious balcony. No complaints at all. The staff were great, very attentive without being intrusive/overbearing at all. It was a pleasure to stay there, and I plan to again.

Nothing, really!

I only stayed a night but the hotel was lovely. Easy and quick check in by a lovely lady on reception. The hotel was really quiet and the pool looked like a great way to relax after a day touring the sights. Location was central too.

The staff were an absolute delight! So friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. Pool was gorgeous and clean also!

The beds could have been more comfortable! But otherwise everything was clean and fantastic.
