The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. Pool. Good size room. Large bed firm but comfortable. Good breakfast buffet at the rooftop restaurant. Walking distance from the cdf store (airport bus stop).

The air conditioning failed in my room but I was moved immediately so only a mild grumble really.

Despite of not being a drinker, I love Angkor Panoramic rooftop bar, with its river view and afternoon breeze. Breakfast is a fairly decent affair. The happy hour (4-7pm each night, with 3 cocktails for the price of 2) is a splendid thing (to some, for sure). The refreshing pool is an added bonus. A pleasant scent permeates from every corner of the place. There is a local market 15-minute walk from the hotel where one can truly immerse in local life (sans the presence of other foreign tourists). What makes the hotel stand out, though, is its team of courteous, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, professional staff members.

15-minute walk to the center of hedonism (night market, Pub Street, old market, etc.) might be too much for some, particularly in the heat; but we all know about this fact during our research! This is therefore NOT an issue. It’s just merely an observation!

staff was attentive and helpful all the time, food in roof restaurant good, breakfast good, quite clean, great value for the price, few shops and eating places near by, swimming pool small but refreshing

for some might be too far from centre, eg walking distance to the pub street about 15min but you can take a tuktuk, the laundry service quick and not expensive but stained my blue beach tower

It's been a great stay; the staff was wonderful and took the best care; the room was very clean and comfortable; the breakfast was lovely on the rooftop (6th floor); the pool was great and had cold water. The location is 10 minutes' walk to the pub street, night market, and old market. Highly recommended!

The staff here are wonderfull, very giving of their time and attentiveness, Most speak good english, so communication was easy. Location good, any needs met, i.e transport, directions, room requests, room tidied like stealthy ninjas when leaving.

Excellent stayed, staffs were good, breakfast was good, room was comfortable, short walking distance to pub street, night market and old market. I love this hotel and highly recommend if you travel to Siem Reap.

We got a good welcome on arrival and all the staff were very friendly. It was perfectly located for a visit to Siem Reap . Transport is readily available and the hotel staff can help with tours . ( we had booked ours before arrival ) The room was large and very comfortable. The artwork on the walls was genius ! There is a pool with loungers ( we didn’t use it as we had a packed agenda ). In the evenings Liza was so kind we stopped at the bar for drinks a snack each evening . As we were departing early on our morning a breakfast box was very kindly provided. We will hopefully return some day to JK Resident.

Massive room, very clean, quiet, fridge in the room, good aircon, lots of surfaces to unpack on, great location. Sopheak, the tuktuk driver used by the hotel is reliable and matches prices for tours - he has good English, so he is a real asset. Breakfast is a buffet so you can fill up for the day! Nice rooftop dining area. For the price I'd stay here again.

Bathrooms need updating, they are old and worn out. Gloomy lighting in the evening. Breakfast buffet had terrible tea and coffee and some food was running out - but there were other options.

The staffs were super friendly and nice. The lady who speaks very well in English is great. Rented a motorbike there and the guy helped me. Overall hotel staffs service are excellent ! As for the room, is ok for me. Although there isn't slippers provided. I guess they are trying to keep green. The room was clean. It was during water festival and i get to see fire work directly from the hotel. Fyi: I check out at 5am, told that lady and she prepared takeaway breakfast for me. Thank you.

I was there during water festival. Can't blame all the noises from the nearby river crowd and activities going there. Yes, there are insects everywhere in the country. Dust everywhere. Also need fixing the flush cos it is not working properly, water continued to run. Had to manually open up the lid to fix the plug to stop the flow.
