Amazing design and decor- really, really lovely and staff were great. Easy walking distance to the river, food and markets.

Concrete walls and heavy door latches = very very loud! We were woken constantly by doors opening and slamming shut and by the sound of people partying on the roof which echoed all the way downstairs so loudly we thought it was outside our door. Honestly wanted to pack up and leave in the middle of the night! :( loved this place so much but PLEASE install some acoustic buffering/insulation! Still get an 8 because everything else was great.

My friend and I stayed in the Twin Room with Shared Bathroom and we were very impressed. Since there were 2 of us we had the whole room to ourselves and on each bunk we had a mini pullout desk to work with electric sockets and two different lights (just for our personal bunk). There was also lockers in the room and a big desk that we put our bags on. The hostel was very clean and spacious.

Though we did not mind the shared bathroom (which was very clean), it was pretty far from our room. This was not the greatest at night if you wake up in the middle of the night to use the toilet since it's so far and the bright lights in the hallways really wake you up from sleep. Also, there is a crack at the bottom of the doors so you can hear everything happening outside the room very clearly. One night a loud group of backpackers came home and woke us up at 2 am.

- They clean the bathrooms several times a day. One minute the toilet paper would be out and the sinks would be dirty and the next time I went into the bathroom, everything was stocked and clean - Great rooftop / rooftop pool - Shower got cold for when you were hot after a long day outside! - At least in the private rooms, they give you a shower towel (could use for the pool if you wanted) - You can use a pool towel for $1 - Lots of food/drinks to pick from the kitchen/bar - Private room got nice and cold from the air conditioning - Laundry service offer for $2/kilo (kinda pricy but sadly this is on the cheaper side in Siem Reap hotels) - Live music nightly from 7-11 (I think)

- Costs $1 to use a towel for the pool - No window in the room but personally didn’t mind. It was dark and cold for night - Bed was much too hard for my liking - Pool closes at SEVEN. This is a big reason I left and went to a different property (plus the bed being hard). This is much much too early.

Room: Clean and Spacious, has comfortable bed, lounge area, balcony, work desk, refrigerator, tv, hairdryer, enough cabinet space with hangers. Includes free water, coffee, and tea. Bathroom: Separated shower, toilet, and vanity sink. With bidet hose and exhaust. With free toiletries. Staff & Housekeeping: Very friendly, accommodating, and always smiling! Location: Located in a quiet area. There is also a nearby convenient store. Breakfast: Plated breakfast with no coffee. They don't offer packed breakfast for Angkor Wat tours. Amenities: Pool and bar with live band was great but the bar food and drinks were on a pricey side. Great stay here! Would still book here when I visit Siem Reap!

Wow, I'm totally blown away by this hotel's design! It's absolutely stunning. The way they've combined different colors, textures, and materials is just amazing. But what really impresses me is how much thought and care has gone into every aspect of the design. You can tell that every little detail has been carefully considered and planned out. Not only does it look incredible, but it also creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. I'm so impressed by the level of detail and effort that's gone into creating such a beautiful space.

I made a reservation for a bunk bed in a dorm room, but after arriving at the hostel, I realized that the top bunk is positioned quite high above the ground and the ladder steps leading up to it are curved, making it difficult for me to climb up and down safely. I'm concerned about my safety and would like to request a room change or an alternative sleeping arrangement if possible.

No waterrefill provided. Imagine how much plastic could be saved in a hotel/ hostel of this size. A lot of mosquitos everywhere. Fans rarely on. Also very humid in the bathroom. Waterbasin sometimes dont work, and if, the presure is so high, that you spread the water widely. Mosquitonet broken on the hall-window on roomlevels. In the dorms no hooks for towels provided. Only a fancy not practical worldmap. Food in the restaurant ok but nothing really special, nothing vegan, a minimum of unattractive vegetarian food. No weekly rate offer. If you pay in Riel the rate is 4200 Riel to one Dollar, but you get 4000 Riel for a Dollar back. This is just bad business. If you pay in Dollar, its 4000 to one.

I absolutely loved this place. You walk into the lobby area and it feels like a 4 to 5 star hotel. With a warm greeting from the receptionist. I stayed in a 4 bed mixed room, they were really clean, super comfy and still felt like I had privacy. Bathrooms and showers were cleaned daily, showers were always hot if that's what you prefer. Moving up to the rooftop where they had an amazing pool and looked amazing in the evening with all the lights. If you wanted to book attractions, you can also do that from the desk I think I paid about £6-7 a night, and I extended from 2 nights to around 5 nights because I felt really comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone if you're staying in siem reap. Located about a 5 min walk to the canal where there are lots of local food stools, entertainment, and restaurants. Also about 5 to 10 min walk to walking street if you like a party scene or drinks and little more expensive food.

They could have had some more sun loungers to accommodate more people around the pool and the food in the restaurant was slightly expensive so my opinion I prefered to eat out but these things wouldn't change my opinion about staying here again if I return to siem reap

Loved the beds here, slept SO well! They are properly constructed, so no shaking if your bunkbed mate moves etc. what I really appreciate. Thick curtains for privacy, big locker for your bag inside the room. AC worked very well. Also some space to store things inside the bed. It's literally a hotel with dorms, everything very hotel like. Lovely and helpful staff at the front desk. Soap & shampoo are provided in the showers.

No hangers in the rooms, for wet towel, clothes etc. Hangers in the rooms & inside the beds would be really helpful. Also not a hostel for socializing.

Great rooftop pool and we always managed to get a sunbed, good prices for the food & drink they offer, shared bathrooms were always clean and were never busy so there was not waiting for toilet or shower! Aircon worked well, staff very helpful with laundry and helping us to book sunrise tour and suggesting a good bank and SIM card shop which is always helpful. Comfy beds with lights and plugs, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend

Noise in the hostel can travel far such as music from the rooftop, doors slamming of a night, people talking & returning to their dorms. We still managed good sleeps but it can get quite loud of a night

Really nice room. Air con was on when we arrived in. Room was absolutely spotless. We had a fridge stocked with water and a tv. Rooftop pool is really nice. Staff are friendly and attentive. Check in was straight forward and lots of local tips and recommendations were given regarding visiting Angkor Wat. When checking out, we could store our bags at reception and explore the city more before our bus departed. Overall our favourite place to date and we’ve been travelling south east Asia for 6 weeks now.

First world problem, but the sun loungers were steel and you’d almost burn yourself on them in the heat. It would’ve been great to have the option of raising a parasol. Coffee shop options were limited which meant we often went elsewhere during the pool days.
