Staff very friendly and helpful. Very modern, comfortable beds,good aircon. Great bar and swimming pool on roof.. everybody genuinely friendly and f helpful. Go above and beyond to help you.

I've stayed there few times before. Usually 10/10 for everything... amazing place. But at moment low season so doing some building and renovation to rooms. So loud and some areas closed. This is not a complaint because the work has to be done before the beginning of the high season. Will be finished by October I'm guessing. When you check in, the staff will tell you about this. Not a big deal for me though.!!

The location and how easy it was to get around from there. Very stylish, a real WOW when you arrive. The staff were on hand if I needed any assistance. The laundry service was a fast turnaround and was delivered to my room. Lots of places to eat or grab coffee if you don’t want to stay inhouse at the bar restaurant. I will recommend and would book again.

The womens bathroom on the 1st floor was very hot/humid. Like no air at times. Also, so many mosquitos in the bathroom and rooms not sure how you can change that. Last thing, pool area is great but the pool seemed very murky.

Great stay with great facilities. The beds are very comfortable with lots of storage space. Well located and easy to walk to restaurants and activities or get a grab for longer trips. The rooftop bar and pool are nice for relaxing. I ended up extending my stay here because I enjoyed it so much

Showers didn’t get very hot even after running for a long time. Key card to room stopped working multiple times but staff were able to resolve this each time. Booked sunrise temple tour through the hostel which was good but staff didn’t mention that I would need to bring long pants and told me it would leave at 4am but didn’t end up leaving until 4:50am so was waiting in the lobby for over an hour

Amazing value for the hotel! It is very modern, gigantic and the feel is just right amount of fun, young and elegance! Great staff too. Facilities were really clean and spacious, rooms very comfortable and quiet. You can book activities directly there for the fishing village and all the temples. Location is great if you are looking to stay near Pub street! There is a pool and bar upstairs as well if you are looking to relax for a few hours before going out. Again, this is a no brainer. If you are looking for a very affordable room for a very good price and ambiance, this is the place! Thank you!

The interior design of the building is really nice. A bit unique, especially the pool area where the seats are submerged in water. The rooftop pool size was reasonable. I enjoyed it a lot. Nice sunset view. Don't miss it! There is a lift. Location is good if you prefer not to be in the real center. This is close to the river and you can see lots of trees and plants. Pillows were really soft the room has a phone that worked. The band on the bar was great!

The doors make so much noise. I booked a twin room. I thought it was like a hotel room but it wasn't. Set breakfast costs usd7. It was about 15 minute walk to the pub street. Pool closes at 7 pm, which is too early. shared bath only had one hook

+ Very affordable for what you get + Rooftop pool was nice with sun all day +Beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of space to put your stuff next to the bed. Lower beds have curtain so you have a great privacy. Upper beds didn't have a curtain between them two. You really should add one. +Toilets/showers looked clean almost all the time. +After all I would totally come again. I extended my stay three times and stayed 9 days totally

-There was only five sunbeds. People don't use restaurant so much for food so I don't know why wouldn't add them more. People just lied everywhere on the roof because of that. -Restaurant prices were high, but of course this is a hotel and not only a hostel -You should renumber the beds. People were very confused about which bed is which

I had an amazing stay at The Twizt! The hotel is extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Its location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The pool is fantastic, perfect for relaxing, and the live performances every night were incredibly fun and added a great vibe to the stay. We stayed on the floor with the private rooms and didn’t understand the negative reviews about noise—we didn’t experience any excessive noise as mentioned in other reviews. The breakfast was also impressive, offering a wide variety of Western and Asian options to suit different tastes. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! A great find. Clean, spacious bunks which are well equipped- a great light, foldout table for belongings and thick privacy curtain. The bunks also feel really roomy and it was lovely to have a proper thin duvet, instead of a blanket. I had a hotel quality sleep because of it. Ample shower and toilet facilities which are all very clean. A great spacious rooftop space with generous pool, seating and bar. Didn’t use it much, but was impressed by what I saw.

The room smelt slightly of damp? But was only slight, and I quickly became unaware of it. The configuration of dorms, corridors doesn’t make for the greatest socialising, but the rooftop space definitely makes up for it.

Very modern and great location. Staff were very friendly. The pool area is also great! I also liked the facts the bunk beds had actual stairs rather than ladders, made it much more comfortable when being on the top bunk

The doors to the rooms are incredibly loud and noisy. Showers often flooded though. More of a hotel feel than a hostel, despite the dorm rooms, and wasn’t as social as most hostels. Stayed in a room of 8, but only 3 people staying there, and when I spoke to another traveller in another room, she said she had the same situation. Would have felt more social if they filled the rooms rather than spread everyone out?

The hotel was very modern the shared bathroom was very clean and modern. Room was small but still nice. It is still very basic. The hotel had a lovely pool and outside area. Location was great. There is a lovely Italian restaurant round the corner which I could definitely recommend.

The only thing I have to say that was a negative for us was on the rooftop they have very loud music that goes on and it doesn’t finish until nearly midnight. You can hear the music from the rooms, we were on the first floor and could still hear it from the 4th. We had earplugs thank god otherwise there is no way we would have been able to sleep. Not everyone wants to stay up and drink til late. When you have had a long day it isn’t very nice to sleep with loud music. However I would highly recommend to stay here but make sure u have ear plugs if you like to go to sleep early.
