I been here for three nights everything was great. Staff is very friendly , good foods, the room was clean and cool enough for the aircon. Swimming pool is good for relaxing after tied from the tour. The hostel also arrange the tour to Angkor and the floating village as well. Perfect place to stay. Nice dorms with lockers, a great happy hour, and excellent food, pool is also great.. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Sinorn, She did show me the good attractions to do in Siem Reap they make booking tours to Angkor Wat and other attractions very easy as well as arranging cheap airport transportation. Would highly recommend staying here!

I had an amazing stay at Siem Reap Chilled Backpacker! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always eager to help. My room was perfect—comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning was excellent, the shower worked perfectly, and the overall cleanliness of the place was impressive. Its location was simply ideal, offering easy access to all the main attractions in Siem Reap. I highly recommend Siem Reap Chilled Backpacker to anyone visiting this beautiful city. I was in a private dormitory, which to be honest you get what you pay for for, bed very comfortable, aircon working nicely. The reception team was also very helpful and easy to speak to. The bar downstairs is a good place to work from your laptop and also have nice food. Location is also very handy there is always Tuk tuks at the door even at night.

I was on the Third floor and the wifi there was not the best, I had to use my phone most of the time, also there is no shower curtain and being a woman a shower curtain will be appreciated in the bathroom since wash your hair can be very tricky.

The staff were very friendly! Overall the bed was comfortable with big secure lockers underneath. The dorm I stayed in had two toilet/showers connected to it which was very convenient. There is a pool and pool table in the social area which looked fun, although I did not join in since I stayed here only briefly. The hostel organizes private and group tours of important tourist attractions in Siem Reap, including the temples such as Angkor Wat. I did the short sunrise group tour and it was great! The hostel was quite clean. Towels were available for rent. The hostel has a good location, near to an interesting temple, and a 15 minute walk to the night food stalls and pub street.

The top bunks in each dorm had no curtain, and the walls between the bunks were quite short. This wasn't that big of an issue, and if you just kept to yourself you wouldn't be bothered. That said, you don't have much privacy from the other guests staying in the upper bunk. It also means you cannot turn on the reading light of the top bunk or you'll light up the entire room. The lower bunks all had curtains and were very private. Oh also, the rooms themselves don't have keys and the large lockers require you to bring a lock, reasonable but just something to keep in mind. Great for the price and good overall!

I had a great time at this hostel. I booked for 2 nights and extended for 3 more. They offer an airport pickup and the driver is going to contact you beforehand to make sure you won't miss each other. The staff is very friendly and everyone is fluent in English. They were very helpful with everything and have long reception hours. The room was nice too, privacy curtains, own light and a power socket, also a huge locker for all belongings. The city is rather small and the hostel is conveniently located so it's easy to walk to most destinations. The restaurant offers good food with long opening hours and good portion sizes. If you're going to Siem Reap you can't do anything wrong by booking this hostel :)

The hostel offers many tours which is great. The guided tour to Angkor Wat is pretty cheap and a solid choice if you're on a schedule as I was. However you should know that the group is rather big because people are joining from different hostels. We were a group of 20-30 people in the end so it was sometimes hard to hear the guide in such a big group. If I had to choose again I'd do a bit more research on my own and get a smaller guided tour even if I have to pay a bit more or read up on the history myself and do an unguided tour. However the staff is very transparent on what to expect and good pricing so everything felt fair :)

Great place to chill. Knowledge staff who speak clear English, especially Chivong. Great common area to work and also meet people. Great value for money. Near the fruit market. It has an in-house restaurant with good food that works until 11pm. The dorm has two big bathrooms, making sure that you never wait in line.

The privacy curtain in lower beds does not cover the ladder. The upper bunk also has no privacy curtain, only a short panel. The ac in the room is not doing the job, leading people to use the fan which is uncomfortable. The room floor was not clean. I saw the staff sweeping it but I didn't see them washing it. There are shampoo and liquid soap in the bathroom but since they are not labeled, it's not clear which is which. Since there are no place to hang the clothes people do that on every corner of the room and bathroom, which doesn't look good.

The place was perfect, the room was really spacious and well laid out with a really comfortable bed. The place is quiet to be able to sleep peacefully even with being on the restaurant side. The restaurant was great and had a lot of choices. We spent a week there and had every single meal in the place as they have an extensive menu. And there are deals for drinks or food that change every day of the week. :) Laundry service is really efficient, cheap and your clothes smell amazing. Everyone is super friendly and very welcoming. It is honestly great value for money to stay in Siem Reap.

BEST! I honestly loved the staff they are so welcoming and kind and they have no problems and are really patient in helping us. The room was clean and i met few friendly people aswell! My bed was on the top but i had no problem with climbing up they privacy walls and curtains which is very convenient. The hostel is big it had a large swimming pool with a bathing area and plus a restaurant too!! I havent tried the food but i did tried the coffee and it was tastyy!! I came here for buisness so im always on my laptop and i must say the wifi is fast which is super easy for me to finish up things quickly and easy. 10/10
